This is a hidden gem and it took me a few years to discover them. Prices are cheaper than the big box nurseries and the quality of their plants is much better. All of their employees are very knowledgeable and equally helpful. I do like that they have a great selection of potting soil and fertilizer and they provide guidance regarding which to use based on your purchase. I've purchased a number of roses, a dwarf magnolia tree, and a number of potted plants and all are thriving. The dwarf magnolia is at least 12 - 15 feet high now. These folks are a great alternative to the big box store at the corner of 183 and Chrystal Falls.

All H-E-B's are nice, However, I didn't find anything in this store that I can't find at another H-E-B closer to me, just many more of them! Not so much today so had to ask and waited a bit for a second person who really didn't address the question. When deals are promoted in this economy they should be appropriately stocked regardless. Always a challenge to do anything other than self check out without a wait in the afternoon. Checkers are pleasant but at slow times can end up bagging groceries as well with customers sometimes assisting in bagging. Is this a management issue? Store is much easier to access than other local HEB stores and otherwise appears well run. We will go back because of overall product availability and quality with parking ease and capable staff. Just needs more personal checker stations staffed.

The price was very reasonable and the customer service was magnificent. They have a large and awesome variety of tools and materials. This is definitely the place to go first for supplies if you have a project that needs doing. I've since been in for AC Compressor coil cleaner. They were less expensive than Amazon AND I was able to clean my compressor coils today. There is even lively and interesting political discourse you can participate in going on behind the counter.
