My biggest need was grooming and specialty foods since both of my dogs had digestive issues and skin issues. But over the last year, I had some real issues with the grooming department and was so disappointed that I assumed I would not be bringing my dog back... BUT THEN out of nowhere AUBRI called me. SHE reached out and offer her services as she had now taken over the responsibility of the grooming department. I was tentative at first but her wonderful personality and the fact that she reached out on her own to reestablish a grooming relationship was really impressive, - So I went ahead and scheduled with her and my dog was groomed the other day by her. I wish I would've taken a picture the day I picked her up because she looked the best she has looked in years! Aubri did a fantastic job!!! I'm so relieved and grateful that she has taken over the grooming department. Because the store in general has a great selection and the service is always very good. So when there were issues in the grooming department last year, it was just thoroughly disappointing. But Aubri has completely changed that disappointment into satisfaction! I will definitely be scheduling again in the grooming department here at Pet Supply Plus, and continue purchasing my dog supplies here. Adter a month of a scheduled grooming appointment for my cats with petsmart groomer ... the girl…read morerefused to bathe my cat because she literally hissed ONCE! the groomer appeared to be frightened ( maybe a previous bad experience) but the cat easily allowed her to cut her nails as did her sister who never hissed. The groomer also lied and said she growled.... I was standing right there the cat did not growl. Worse is the grooming area was filthy and she literally placed my cat on a table full of left over dog clippings nails and hair! They want our rabies verification ...I'd like to see the health dept record! So long story short absolutely don't recommend for cats but honestly there's no way I would take dogs here either! They seem very inexperienced and again cleanliness is an issue!

I was so disappointed after a previous positive experience with Fuzzy Friends. The place came…read morerecommended from a coworker who has family member that sits on their board of directors. Since we adopted pretty easily in 2020, we were excited to work with them a second time. We completed the application, were approved and drove over 2 hours from Austin to meet 2 sweet pups. I had even called ahead of time to explain that since it was such a long drive, we hoped to meet and adopt on the same day and was told that "would be fine." Imagine how disappointed I was after making the drive, meeting one of the sweet dogs, just to be told that neither of our selected dogs was fixed and they would both have to be "foster to adopt". They however further explained that only in county residents could be considered because they were still legally responsible and their vet would have to do the surgery. They flippantly stated that they were "sorry", that this had not been explained, but there was no way around it! They then tried to guilt me into adopting a more medically complex dog. After two weeks one of the dogs is still listed on the website as available. No mention of foster to adopt or that the dog still needs to be neutered. The whole experience felt discriminatory. Happily, we have found another rescue and adopted a sweet sweet dog who is now a part of our family. Would not recommend at all.
