This company is a joke to work for, they allow employees to harass and lie about other employees. Do yourself a favor and don't apply here. The store manager is always on vacation, management doesn't know the first thing about customer service and quite frankly doesn't care either. They don't value the employees that work their asses off, but praise the ones that are lazy and worthless and steal from the company. If you want a job that values you go to Atwood's. we came in to use the pet wash. when we got there someone was already in there, so we walked around & waited. once they were done we washed our dog, no issues with the equipment or anything. before we went, i checked online to make sure i did everything properly & if they require payment before or after since we hadn't used the pet wash before. the website clearly states to pay after the wash. so that's what we did. then we went to check out & Sebastian started handing us a towel, we politely let him know we already used the pet wash & did not need a towel, but thank you anyway. well, Sebastian got an attitude and rudely said "well just for the future we ask that you pay first because otherwise you would just walk out." excuse me? we paid didn't we? next time, if there is a next time, i WILL just walk out without paying for the wash. there are ZERO signs inside the pet wash station or on the door to pay first. if you want your customers to pay first, you NEED to put a sign on the door that says "please pay at register to receive towels first." when we apologized & told him what the website said, he still had an attitude saying "well that was wrong." i don't think Sebastian likes his job, he does not seem to do well with customers & i think his role needs to be reevaluated considering there is another review (on google) with the exact same situation, guaranteed that was him as well. i think ill bring the rest of my 4 dogs here & use the "free" pet wash station. read more

Lazy employees no one around help. If you do find someone all they say it's in the back corner. The employees are poorly trained.

I buy hardware here regularly.They sell bolts buy the pound, which is much cheaper than lowes or HD. Most people don't know this, but 5 bolts for 0.20 each each is over priced at the big box stores. It's funny that the people that shop here could careless about yelp ratings. I don't care either but reviews are helpful for restaurants though. read more
