They also made it very easy. I think you can set this up via their website, too. Though, you won't be able to pet their kittens that way. They only have one person who works with cats. And that person is always fully booked working on dogs. So, you must catch her when she can work your cat in between her dog appointments. This means not only do you have to call to find out if she's working, but you also need to find out during her work hours, after talking to her, when she thinks she can fit your cat in on that day! You cannot schedule in advance. You are at the mercy of her dog grooming schedule. Why do they advertise walk-in availability for cats if that is not true? Other locations have given up on cat services and just focus on dogs. It seems like this location is barely trying to service felines.
