I was able to find many of the things that I use with my cat; however, comparing the prices here with what I can get from other places in the area show that Petco is much more expensive. And right now, money is too tight to be willing to pay more for the same canned cat food or litter. So, while I enjoy looking at the fish and lizards, I'm going to have to stick with the other stores since they are cheaper.

They even set me up with a yearly membership and bulk discount for the food. The litter they use in the scoopable litter bin (shown in my pics) is great. It's unscented, low dust, and relatively inexpensive. Adam and Courtney helped to set us up. They were very knowledgeable, patient, kind, and courteous throughout the process. They also made it very easy. I think you can set this up via their website, too. Though, you won't be able to pet their kittens that way. And they told me to wait outside until the lady in front of me was done. Then a technician told me to go stand in the corner as she passed by me. But she wasn't wearing a mask either. There were at least four groomers there, zero masks, and they have the audacity to tell me, mask-wearing, to get away from them. I don't know about this place. They all seem pretty young, though. Maybe just inexperienced in how to operate. Can't blame them for that.

The collar I just bought is the only one in the building, so there was nothing to pick. I told the gal at the counter she should quit wasting my time, write down the order number, and close it out, at her convenience. When that logic went right over her head, I just told her I could walk right out, as the item had been paid for already. She told me I couldn't do that! Some manager type walked over and started in the whole 2 hour picking nonsense again, then told me she would close the order as a one time favor to me! Hilarious. And people wonder why brick and mortar businesses are dead.

The low point for us is their pet washing facilities. The water nozzles are extremely hord to manipulate, the water sprays everywhere because some of the fittings at the wall leak badly, very limited supplies to comb, clean ears and such. They have recently started rationing drying towels and frankly if they didn't offer small, threadbare ones people wouldn't be forced to use more of them. Don't see a return trip there.
