Honestly, hands down the best pet store I've ever been to. Everyone is so kind, helpful, and SUPER knowledge and educated on all things dog! Harley took the time today to educate me on getting the best kind of food for my Winnie girl Everyone at this place knows their stuff. Great selection of chews, toys, and treats. I love the brands they carry and I love that they only carry brands they believe in and would personally feed their dog or cat. I was visiting Georgetown from California and ran out of dog food. My dog has a sensitive GI tract and I as apprehensive about buying a different brand of food. The owner of Pupology helped me find a food that was much better than the one I was using. My dog loved the food and now it's the only brand I feed both my dogs (Farmina N & D pumpkin). The owner (I forgot her name) was so knowledgeable and was not trying to sell me on a particular brand. She just helped me find what was best for my dog. They are great! My dog loves the treat bar and it is an excellent place for dog moms/dads that own a picky eater. You know I've lived in Georgetown since 2004 and just recently here there are 1 million stores popping up selling dog food and providing self bathing dog wash stations in the back. I mean there really are quite a few of these shops in Georgetown but I have to tell you my favorite one is this one. I should've wrote a review a long time ago but I didn't and I'm kind of glad I didn't because last nights customer service was amazing and about knocked me over. They offer free delivery service now with COVID-19 and thank goodness because last night I was so sick and I really needed dog food for my Luca. I called at about 50 minutes after they closed because wasn't quite too sure what time they were going to be coming to my house that night and the owner herself answered the phone who was doing the deliveries and said I was next on the list. She heard I was sick and asked if there was anything I needed. I said sarcastically to her, "do you want to go pick up my prescription for me at Walgreens?" Well- she did!! I had pre-paid for anyways and then she took it a step further she went to Panera Bread and purchased me 4 small cups of soup because she knows nobody is taking care of me at my house but me. That's unbelievable. This owner really cares about my well-being if she cares as much about me how much would she care about my dog? Exactly. Do I say anything more? I love this owner I love this store I have for a long time I'd love the product that she sells and everything that she sells in it I love everything about her store. I love spending money here and I want to spend more money when I'm in there because it's so much fun. I told her along time ago she needs a reality show at her shop. But who am I just stupid silly Sarah?? Anyways. check out the shop you're gonna love it too and you're gonna love spending your money there! Spend it all! I like this lady- I like her a lot.
