She can be pretty picky about food (and toys and really anything) but the banana peanut butter cupcake was a huge hit! They pipped her name on as well which I loved, such a sweet personal touch. They are big cupcakes, after I let her pull the biscuit off the top I was able to cut it into slices for all of our pups to share and there's still more than enough for them all to have more tomorrow. She scarfed her piece down immediately and started yelling for seconds haha. I will definitely be bringing her back in for more pupcakes in the near future!

The Lab however, I could not accept because of the poor haircut. There were streaks down here back where the clippers did not overlap leaving slightly hair creating the streaks. The back of her head and neck area was irregularly cut. Her chest area irregularly cut. The young lady that brought out the Lab and the slightly older lady told me it was because of the coat on labs. Also, my lab kept wanting to sit down. The older lady did tell me that I did not need to bring my lab back again. The previous time rendered similar issues. What is frustrating about this, is that I have used the Gtown store for probably 7 years. I know they can do better work because they have in the past. Beware of the quality of service at this store because they will probably give you a story if you complain.

The water nozzles are extremely hord to manipulate, the water sprays everywhere because some of the fittings at the wall leak badly, very limited supplies to comb, clean ears and such. They have recently started rationing drying towels and frankly if they didn't offer small, threadbare ones people wouldn't be forced to use more of them. Don't see a return trip there.

When I went to pick him up, I was impressed by how clean the place was, considering how my cats and finches were present. My cat's room was very clean, with a big window, the jungle gym setup, and a loft bed. The kitty litter had added fiber pellets, which I hope he liked since he hates sawdust litter. They gave me back everything that I left at dropoff, plus a toy. My cat was very calm, coming by his own free-will to greet the handler. To me, these were all green flags and I will highly recommend Whiskers to anyone needing a safe place for their kittens and cats to stay for a short (or long) spell. They know cats better!
