They have a good selection of pet products, some you probably wouldn't find at the other larger chain stores but, the prices are higher. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The low point for us is their pet washing facilities. The water nozzles are extremely hord to manipulate, the water sprays everywhere because some of the fittings at the wall leak badly, very limited supplies to comb, clean ears and such. They have recently started rationing drying towels and frankly if they didn't offer small, threadbare ones people wouldn't be forced to use more of them. Don't see a return trip there. read more

When you pull in the parking lot to visit this store, the directions are misleading drive all the way to the back of the parking lot near Wendy's and you'll find it. Their sales are always good deals, they frequently have in-store specials/clearances that allow me to save a ton of money and they even have bird seed for my outdoor bird feeders. My daughter was getting a new puppy so we went here to stock up. The selection of food was incredible, having every high quality brand I knew of, as well as some I've never seen. The store was super clean and the prices were very comparable. But where they excelled was the customer service! They were so kind, friendly and helpful. They weren't "in your face," but very willing to offer KNOWLEDGEABLE assistance when asked. I generally enjoy shopping here. It's easy and they have everything I need. However I came in to return something which I paid cash for and they immediately went to put it on a giftcard. I asked why I wasn't getting it back as cash and the cashier stated "our owner just likes it to go back on a giftcard". Well of course they do, but the return policy clearly states that it should be refunded to the original form of payment. After asking for it to be returned as cash, she said that they couldn't do cash but could put it on my card. We processed the card and then she told me it would take 30 days!! 30 days??!!! That's unheard of. Really doesn't feel like they are fairly honoring their return policy and makes me feel weary of shopping there again. read more

I placed an order online at 8:36 am. I hadn't gotten the order ready email by 11:40 so I called the store. The person who answered the phone said it would be ready in 5 minutes. I arrived at the store at 12:45ish and was told they couldn't find the order and it wasn't ready. They then made me wait 20+ minutes and then Haley (the main person on site at the time?) came to tell me that they didn't have any of the products that I had ordered. NONE of them. Not a single item that I ordered was in stock and there was nothing that they could do. Their response was to just cancel the order and buy larger sizes and they'd give me 25% off which was useless since that's the normal coupon and my cat would never eat the larger size. Absolutely horrible customer service. Will not be returning to this location. read more
