I was told they hadn't even started working on my two dogs but they where about to in a little bit because they where backed up . So I call at 5:22 to see how much longer being that they close at 5:30 and was told they where still backed up and hadn't started on my dogs yet and also they would be done in a while . Ok so I don't care what the excuse is ,I have no clue if the dogs are in cages with water or have been able to use the restroom outside their cages for at least 8 1/2 ho I've avoided places like PetSmart foe this same reason . They say oh your pets just fine we have water and we walk them when in fact they don't leave their cage for like 6 hours straight and don't have water bowls either . Even with water sitting in a cage waiting to be groomed from basically 9:00 am to past 5:30 is insane . At this point I'm within reason of being upset to a certain degree . I get they are behind maybe lack help or whatever but damn if you had too many cuts lined up for one day all you had to say was sorry we are booked and left it at that . I appreciate taking my dogs in but don't understand how a small poodle and Shih Tzu take 9 hours to get groomed . Even with doing one dog an hour which i doubt is the case you'd had to have had 15-18 dogs or more all before them if you had two groomers at the least . Even if you had only 12 dogs before them that's way to much do offer to cut in the time you guys open and close . If it's not then why is taking so long?

Her nails were horribly overgrown and I was too nervous to clip them myself. On top of that, she doesn't like to have her paws touched too much (in hindsight, maybe they were hurting her because of her freakishly long talons). After dropping her off, I was fully prepared to receive a phone call about how unruly Sadie was being and that her nails couldn't be done. That particular call never came. The only call I did receive was from Megan letting me know that Sadie was ready to be picked up. I couldn't believe it. She didn't chew anyone's face off? She wasn't being expelled for bad behavior? Nope! I arrived and found my old girl soft and fluffy. Her nails were even ground down much shorter than I thought they could be! In a good way! I received a report card detailing everything that Megan did and how Sadie reacted. Knowing Sadie is sometimes a little rotten (but I love her to pieces anyway), I consider Megan a miracle worker for getting her to cooperate! Megan has a true gift! If you're looking for a fantastic groomer, all of these 5-star reviews don't lie! She truly deserves every bit of praise she receives, so you should stop reading Yelp and start booking an appointment!

My husband took our dog Annabelle for a trim a few hours after I spoke to Brittany. Annabelle had very long nails. Brittany did an amazing job cutting and grinding them. It took her little time to do all of the nails and they look AWESOME! We are extremely satisfied and happy that Brittany could see Annabelle on such short notice. We have 3 dogs and we will be asking Brittany to help us with their grooming needs!

He was perfectly calm and happy upon pickup and Savannah made a recommendation on what I could do from home to get him used to the sound of shears for his following appointments. IMO a little more training in the store front on volunteering VERBAL communication with customers could help the experience be better. Out of the 4 times in this shop, I was ignored 3 times. Welppppp it's been 4 years and my Sugars has never been aggressive towards anyone including her groomers. Actually she's praised for her behavior at the grooming appointments. She doesn't like her paws to be touched but with a little bit of kindness she can be convinced, even with her reluctance she has never been aggressive. This woman and her daughter traumatized my baby for their own gratification, it's disgusting. They seem to only abuse mix dogs from the looks of the reviews, so if you have a rescue or a mix breed please don't come here if you want your pups to be safe. In my opinion if you bring a decent behaving doggo, and your expectations are reasonable (this is a small non automated non technical store) you should have a great experience. Tips to clients: Prepare your doggo with a small meal in the morning. Make sure they have gone potty in the morning, Be ready for a call on the day you drop off your pet to come.... else don't plan to drop off your doggo. Keep up the good work Judy and Savanah. :-)
