My seeet girl being brave amongst all the insane noise
    Jessica W.

So, the two stars are for the woman at the front who was welcoming. Originally, I had come last Sunday because my little doodle needed a bath and we had JUST gotten her a groom a week before. *she loves to sniff & roll IYKYK. They are CLOSED!? I was super annoyed. Does everyone who washes their own dog not work during the week or are kid free to come in the evenings? Sundays seem like an obvious day you'd get business. All that aside, I decided I'd give it another try this week. Voila, It's Saturday, here we came! Before we got within 20 feet of the door both my pup and I could hear the dogs tipping and barking. I wasn't sure if I wanted to continue, but we pressed on. (Maybe it was a super fun doggie dance party and they were all excited???) My girl started refusing to go in... again, I should have just turned around and called my groomer. Alas, I did not. When we opened the door we were warmly greeted by a woman who was smiling and kind but whom I could barely even hear over the obnoxious barking and high pitched squealing of almost a dozen mini yorkie and chihuahua puppies. It was NON-STOP. There was another chance where we could have just cut and run, but no. The woman was so nice and I'm a sucker for trying to not offend people, so I smiled and entered the little booth. The tubs are nice and it was pretty straight forward to go hi re out how to use the water sprayer. There's a little harness to keep the dogs from jumping around too much. I felt AWFUL for making my girl stick it out in there with all the noise. I, myself, had a hard time keeping my heartbeat regulated. The yipping was dizzying. There were two towels sitting on the gate that i used and a blow dryer that felt a bit hot but I think you could adjust it? There was no way I could have asked for help because we couldn't hear our own thoughts let alone instructions on how to use something LOL. The brush was wet and dirty from the last use. There was hair in it. Not a huge deal because it's a bit weird to use another dogs brush on your own dog, right? Or they should be clean. Anyway, I feel like it's important to note that all those dogs were NOT customers. As I was checking out I asked why they were there and said "it messed with the ambiance and experience for sure!" I was told they are the owners dogs she is trying to sell. Ha! I told her that I'm sure they could sell them faster if it was nice and quiet in there and they had a lovely wall of photos saying puppies for sale. So, that's it. My review. I hate leaving bad reviews and I'm not sure I'll go back to try and do a good follow up and add some stars: my pup and I were pretty traumatized by it all. Notes: nice lady Should be open Sundays Please clean the brushes? And for the love, it would be awesome to have more of a "spa" experience instead of feeling like we went to the puppy mill. I only took one picture since I just couldn't focus on anything else other than survival. Lol

Well, someone is feeling pretty after their first visit to Dog Wash Spa. This place is a hidden gem! We got in immediately due to cancellations because of the rain. I was grateful, dirty booty is dirty booty and rain or shine her booty needed maintenance. Everyone was super nice and helpful and they really listened to what I was wanting. This is the best haircut my girl has had in almost year. I'm so thankful to have found Gracie her new Doggie Spa :))

I asked for a good trim as him being a puppy. They bathed him and gave a blow out.

Thought I'd take my last review down and give them a shot to make all right. Nope. Still no call after they did nothing I asked when I took all three dogs in. Wrong haircuts. Cut ears and bleeding when I got home. When I first dropped them off, the old lady with grey hair and glasses upfront did something to my dog when she was trying to get her in the cage. I have never heard my dog yelp like that before. They will not call you back to solve the issue, but they will text you and asked if you called. What a sham business. They hire children to cut the dogs hair as well. Makes sense why not one thing I asked on all three dogs was done. Run as far as you can if you care for your dogs. Oh and not to mention to price. $360 for three Cockers to be shaven. Y'all should be hiring professionals if you're gonna charge that much. Not sure why I saw a young female (looked maybe in middle school) through door cutting dogs hair. Wild. Will be contacting this city to see what's going on with this company. Best of luck!!!

My dog was traumatized and injured at Dog Wash Spa Cedar Park under new ownership .... when I took her last Tuesday June 22. She has scissor cuts around her vulva, razor burns around her ears and her bottom is strangely swollen as if she'd had puppies recently. She is fixed and never has. She acted very lost when she got home and for several days afterward. She flinches when I go to pet her on head or back area. I noticed that they had CUT HER WHISKERS OFF! I was horrified! When I brought all this to attention of the owner, she was confrontational and belittled every concern , saying that my dog had heat rash ??? I've spent the last 4 days getting Kaya to trust again. I don't know what happened to my dog at this grooming but I am VERY DISTURBED and considering filing charges . I'm promised a video of the grooming on Monday????

Was able to get a walk in appt on a Monday morning for full groom. I was dogsitting my daughter's dog. He was due for a haircut in this hot weather. The staff and receptionist answering the phone was very friendly and professional. B was so clean, fluffy, and happy afterwards. So handsome. Thank you for doing an awesome job and being available when we needed yall.

Walk in dog wash. Everything included $15

This is my second time being my pups in for "maintenance" . I would have written a review earlier but they were unknown to you. So after a fantastic first visit my my terrier - it was time for the real test. Labradoodle puppy. - I know right. How dare I. It was long. I was told upfront " bring him by 1230. Pick up at close. No Kennels. The dogs just hang out."Cool for me. My dog is so fresh and so clean he could be Andre 3000 himself. The price reflects the work. It's not cheap. Worth it. Nice staff. Communication via text which works for me. So- if you're in the area , drop your pup off - have a pint at whitestone and go on with your day. Close enough I'll never go to another groomer Need just a bath? They have do it yourself bath options. $15 walk in

1st time bring my Golden here And 10 out of 10 would recommend! He normally since he was a puppy went to another groomers in Avery Ranch and he has NEVER looked this good! I walked in and I was nervous and my pup knew what was about to happen and he was nervous But he looks and smells like a million bucks and was very affordable! Great experience and Look at that cute bandanna they gave him

    It'll grow back.

Brought our beautiful white Cavachon in for a bath and a trim. He's a skinny pup, but his flowing white coat fills him out beautifully. Dropped him off at 3:30, and discussed the cut with a kid who was working there. About 2 inches long, he said. No problem, he said. Are you sure you understand, we said? Yes, about this long, he said, holding his fingers out about 2" apart. Four hours later, we picked up our pup, who was shaved so close to his pale skin he looked pink. The poor dog looked like a caricature, his small, skinny body dwarfed by an untrimmed head rocking a 2" long fro. It'll grow back. And at least he is clean.

Wonderful place .... come on in. Visit and see for yourself! Self wash your pups or have a groomer care for your pup.

A beautiful shave but definitely not worth the experience my pups endured.

If you love your pet please stay away from this facility. A few weeks ago I was in desperate need of a grooming for my doodles and was referred to the Dog Wash Spa Cedar Park. Once arriving to the facility the staff were not welcoming nor did they interact with my doodles much. I was hesitant with leaving them after my first impression was disappointing but my doodles were in such need of a shave. First problem was they promised to have both dogs groomed within 4 hours which led to over 8 hour grooming session. I was offered free items to compensate the time lapse but nothing could prepare me for what I was about to experience in the following days. After bringing my doodles home they were not behaving their usual selves with whimpering, crying and irritability towards each other which is unusual as they are so loving especially towards each other. The whimpering carried on for several nights not understanding why; while trying to console them but with no relief. It was several days before scabs started to appear which explained why my doodles were behaving in such an unusual way. They were cut in multiple areas on their little bodies during the shave at Dog Wash Spa and was in distress which is what caused the behavior and all the whimpering. It breaks my heart that my doodles suffered those days without me knowing why and knowing how it all could have been prevented had I followed my first mind and not leave my doodles with the Dog Wash Spa. Needless to say I will never return to the Dog Wash Spa in Cedar Park and neither should you.

    My girl Zena

My girl Zena is a blind Shiba Inu and she can be difficult to give a bath much less deshed. The Railyard did an amazing job. She was in and out in no time smelling wonderful

Wasn't even greeted, I greeted her. Brought me and charged me for the wrong dog. The difference was a $20 credit and she didn't even trim my dogs nails which to her words were "it was included in the package.

They clipped his face and sloppy cut around the head. Are you kidding me......

When we took a tour (just call, and they will let you take a look at the facility before hand) of Paws Landing, we immediately felt great! We had our puppy for an half day "evaluation" with Durenda, which also made us feel at ease. She is marvelous!!! When we picked her up from that, she went over everything she did, and how she thought our puppy would do. They had her in a small yard first and let our puppy feel safe before they had her with the other dogs. I really like too, how they have the dogs separated into "small dogs", " large dogs" and "very active dogs". She has a great team working with her, watching over them, and most importantly taking care of them all day. They will always send you a text and email to confirm your reservation, which is great. They go inside and outside to play all day. If they go "all day" they will get a 2-hour rest, so they get a break from all the fun! But, believe me, when you pick your dog, they will be tired when they get home, which is "good thing"! Pam will send you pictures later via text of your dog, which is great to see at the end of the day. Now, that my dog has gone for awhile, she gets excited when we get there, and she is excited to see Pam and her team when I drop her off. Look no further for a great place for "doggy day care", Pam and her team will take VERY GOOD care of them, like they were one of their own!!!

What really sets them apart is the 24-hour staffing--they provide round-the-clock care for boarded animals, so I never have to worry about my dog being alone overnight. We've used them for both daycare and overnight boarding multiple times, and it's been a fantastic experience every single time. I highly recommend Paws Landing for anyone looking for reliable, loving care for their furry family members!

Secondhand smoke isn't only harmful to humans, it's been proven to cause serious health issues in dogs, including respiratory problems, allergies, and even cancer over time. The fact that the employees think this is acceptable shows a complete lack of professionalism, common sense, and basic compassion for the animals in their care. If they're this careless about something as obvious as keeping toxic smoke away from dogs, what corners are they cutting when no one is watching? I would never risk leaving my dog here. There are far better facilities that actually prioritize the health, safety, and comfort of the pets they're paid to protect. This place is a hard NO for any responsible pet owner.

While I did qualify for their lovely first-visit-free promo this time around, even if I hadn't the price for both of those would have STILL been cheaper than what I usually pay for just his bath. Overall, prices are extremely reasonable and competitive with other animal care facilities in the greater Austin area, but honestly I've tried quite a few places and it just feels like you get *more* at Hounds Town. They informed us that he was too timid and did not make the cut as you may say. Even though they offer Training for situations like this, they did not offer it to us. In an unfortunate misunderstanding between my wife and I we put a stop payment on the recent payment that had been pulled for the first dog due to the plan to pull her from the location. We corrected the situation so that we could go through the process of having the one go back, and we were gonna get training for the other one that is dealing with being timid. We were told that the owners would have to approve either one of the dogs being there because of the stop payment, even though we had taken care of everything from the very beginning. All payments have been made on time despite that issue. When they finally got back with us, they told us that they could not take the dogs anymore because of what it happened. Obviously the owners do not believe in grace or forgiveness from what we can see. My review reflects the fact that while it is a nice facility and the workers do a great job with the dogs, from our experience, the ownership needs some prayer. So in response to Jana and what she posted. To say that payment was made later is very misleading. Payment was actually made on the same day that the issue took place. You make it seem as if it happened up to a week or more later. That is untrue and I do not appreciate it being posted as if that was the case. When we came in to pick the dogs up that afternoon, we informed the front desk person Aaron what had gone on and said we wanted to make sure that we still took care of any bills that were due and I immediately put it on another card just so that that payment was taken immediately, so please rephrase your statement unless you choose to mislead people in what really happened.

Even with water sitting in a cage waiting to be groomed from basically 9:00 am to past 5:30 is insane . At this point I'm within reason of being upset to a certain degree . I appreciate taking my dogs in but don't understand how a small poodle and Shih Tzu take 9 hours to get groomed . Even with doing one dog an hour which i doubt is the case you'd had to have had 15-18 dogs or more all before them if you had two groomers at the least . Even if you had only 12 dogs before them that's way to much do offer to cut in the time you guys open and close . If it's not then why is taking so long?
