When we took a tour (just call, and they will let you take a look at the facility before hand) of Paws Landing, we immediately felt great! We had our puppy for an half day "evaluation" with Durenda, which also made us feel at ease. She is marvelous!!! When we picked her up from that, she went over everything she did, and how she thought our puppy would do. They had her in a small yard first and let our puppy feel safe before they had her with the other dogs. I really like too, how they have the dogs separated into "small dogs", " large dogs" and "very active dogs". She has a great team working with her, watching over them, and most importantly taking care of them all day. They will always send you a text and email to confirm your reservation, which is great. They go inside and outside to play all day. If they go "all day" they will get a 2-hour rest, so they get a break from all the fun! But, believe me, when you pick your dog, they will be tired when they get home, which is "good thing"! Pam will send you pictures later via text of your dog, which is great to see at the end of the day. Now, that my dog has gone for awhile, she gets excited when we get there, and she is excited to see Pam and her team when I drop her off. At other facilities, they would always pull away, but this time they happily followed the staff without even looking back. The daily pictures and updates were such a special touch, and I looked forward to them every day. Seeing them playing, relaxed, and happy gave me such peace of mind. It's clear the staff truly cares about the animals they look after. When I picked them up, there was no anxiety or stress at all, just two happy pups who clearly had a great time. Knowing they are in a safe environment with staff on-site 24 hours a day makes traveling so much easier now. Their level of care and professionalism is rare and deeply appreciated. After boarding her this time (we've been customers there for years), we were told she displayed behaviors such as growling and was no longer welcome to return. What I find most concerning is that this facility also promotes dog training services, yet there was no effort to discuss what may have triggered her behavior, offer recommendations, suggest training options, or work with us on a plan for future success. Instead, we were simply told not to bring her back. I fully understand that any boarding facility has the right to make decisions based on safety concerns. However, anxious and fearful behaviors are not uncommon in boarding environments, and I expected a business that offers training services to have a more knowledgeable and supportive approach. As pet owners, we trust boarding facilities to care for our dogs during what can already be a stressful experience. Rather than feeling supported, we left feeling judged and dismissed. If your dog struggles with anxiety or fear in unfamiliar situations, I would encourage you to ask detailed questions about how those behaviors are assessed and managed before booking. We'll gladly be taking our business elsewhere and won't be back with our current dog or any future dogs.

The staff is not only unhelpful but also comes across as impolite and dismissive when you do manage to reach them. What's even more concerning is the lack of management. I've taken all three of my pets here and spent over $6,000 in just three months, so this isn't coming from a one-time visit. Despite that, the only thing I was told when trying to resolve the situation was that the staff member is "commission-based" and wouldn't get paid -- as if that should be my responsibility. This is especially frustrating considering my pet had just undergone surgery at this same location and was not even allowed to have a bath. I canceled the appointment within 24 hours for that reason, yet they still attempted to charge me. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Poor communication, lack of professionalism, and zero accountability. I would not trust them with my pets or my time.

To begin with their facility they do an evaluation (FREE!) which entails essentially a free day of daycare as they recommend for them to be dropped off at least for 4 hours. In addition, they are running a promo for 2 additional free days of daycare after the evaluation!!! In regards to the actual care for the dogs, you can absolutely tell the staff love the dogs. Or puppy at other daycare was extremely nervous to play/potty but not here she had SO MUCH FUN (never too much). For boarding, they give you a daily report card that includes so many pictures of the pups! In addition, they actually encourage owners to bring a bed/toy to make them feel more at home which most other places do not. On the last day they even gave both dogs a bath that wasn't requested by it was an incredibly appreciated thing they did. They have a webcam as well but I did not feel the need to check on it since I knew my pups were safe and having so much fun. It really took the worry out of our vacation I can truly not recommend playful pack and their staff more, we will absolutely be coming back!!

Again, our puppy was so comfortable in their waiting area! The ladies behind the desk just loved her, and even came out and tried to pet her (she was a little bit shy with them). But, once we met Dr. Chapa and her assistant in the exam room they were soo great. Again, our puppy was a little nervous, but both ladies were sooo nice to her.
