I simply had a question about a tree but Adam took me around in a cart giving me a tour since it was my first time here. In the end, I did end up buying a tree which they were happy to hold onto until I am ready to bring to my house. All of the staff are very friendly and Adam was especially helpful. They had trees I have been searching for online and some I thought I would have to buy from tree farms and have shipped here. And not only trees, but they have so much for bushes and shrubs and regular plants to decorate your landscaping if that is what you are looking for. Something else I really appreciated was there was no pressure. At other places, I have experienced high pressure sales, but here, they are very knowledgeable and just want to help. I completely lost track of time while carefully admiring and inspecting their fascinating collection of exotic carnivorous plants. During our visit, I picked up a tiny Tillandsia, commonly known as an air plant or sky plant. This evergreen flowering plant is incredibly low-maintenance, absorbing moisture and nutrients from the air, making it an easy and interesting addition to any plant collection. Overall, it was another satisfying visit to Carnevero. We enjoyed admiring the wide variety of exotic and new plants they have for sale. It is always worth the drive to this hidden gem outside the Austin area.

Nick went above and beyond to help me and is so so knowledgeable!! The warranty offered is definitely worth it--we highly recommend opting for it for peace of mind. Our arborist, Martin, who comes out to check on the palm, has also been absolutely incredible! He took his time inspecting the tree, carefully pruning it, and showing genuine care and expertise every step of the way. Martin is not only knowledgeable, but also attentive and passionate about what he does, which really puts us at ease knowing our palm is in such good hands. We truly appreciate the outstanding service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend both the nursery and Martin. Their plants are expensive but they have the most beautiful large plants in town.
