The wait was a bit long, but in the end, worth it. The girl at the counter, Destiny, is new, but she did her absolute best, and she was a really big help. It is never easy to learn as you are waiting on customers, but she was great. The other guy at the counter, I think his name was Anthony or Andrew, I'm sorry, I can't remember, he really looked for a long time to help me. I was having trouble with a right turn signal bulb, it would light up, but would not blink, so they looked at turn signal relays, we even looked at a You Tube video to see what fuses could be broken. Then Clayton went to my car to check things out. We thought it might be just the bulb, so I bought 2 new ones, Clayton replaced the one on the right side, it still would light up, but not not blink. Then he switched the bulbs and sockets out, and as he put it on the left side, it still wouldn't blink. By process of elimination and several minutes of them working on it, we finally figured out it was probably the socket that the bulb fit into. Clayton helped me find the right one for my car, I ordered it on Amazon, and I installed it yesterday. It works, and I am so happy! The help I received at O'Reilly's was amazing. The employees went above and beyond, and they made me a customer for life. They all deserve raises. Thank you so much.

She has such a great eye for style (which I struggle with). She pulled together the most amazing outfit for my nephew's wedding. She was not pushy and did not try to upsell at all. She really listened to all my requests/concerns. Not only did she pick out the perfect pieces, but she also helped me select the jewelry that tied everything together beautifully. She made the whole experience fun, stress-free, and left me feeling confident and excited to wear my look. Mackenzie has a real talent and I'm so thankful for her help--I absolutely love this store and what they put together for me! And I couldn't leave there without hugging her neck.

At first we thought we found just a candy and ice cream store, but then we discovered the variety of curated novelties they sell, and took a while to browse the entire store. I couldn't decide what to get, and so I got the miniature ice cream cone for novelty's sake. It was cute for a picture, but I sure regretted not getting a bigger treat! Went to Marble Falls to shop for my Cape Cod trip. Thought I'd find some cute summer dresses, tops…read more& accessories. Loved all the stores. They're adorable & friendly service made me want to go back. Met the nicest Peruvian ladies at Olas. And the ladies at Oil Tap were wonderful as well. Lovely town with good Christian vaules. It's no wonder those stores were packed with repeat customers. But this store, yikes. The sales associate or owner was unprofessional. She was watching something on her phone, standing at the register like a teenager but she was a grown woman. I asked her if she had any silk scarves & her reply was "we only have name brand scarves". I played it off and replied "oh, the logo ones. Ok, no worries, thank you ". Then a couple other people walked in & she's was purposely extra friendly with her customer service & they just walked out haha. I saw a top that I liked in black & asked if she had any other colors. She proceeded to to tell me it's just a boutique store. Sorry, I'm 47yrs old & not only lived all over the US, I've traveled the world. I know what a boutique is. In fact I LOVE boutiques. Hence why I went to Marble Falls to shop & not a mall. As I was walking out, I noticed floral scarves . Compared to the other stores, this store has cheap looking clothing anyhow. It's try to be high end vintage but it gives a cheap vibe due to the cluttered esthetics. Spent a lot of money at other establishments where I was treated with kindness & like a human. As I see other reviews where people were treated poorly, I pray the good Lord blesses this woman to understand her prejudices. I know I look young but that's no reason to treat people differently. Little did she know, I was wearing a hat from a Member's only golf club, my outfit was expensive vintage and jewelry bought in Paris. In my line of work, I also understand quality of service, as I deal with very wealthy clients who spend over 70k on vacations. I was very capable & willing to spend money. But not where I felt unwanted for no reason at all. It's not that hard to put on a smile & be kind to everyone. I don't need validation from anyone but posting this to warn others to have good discernment when walking into this store. If the vibe is off, you're probably right.

Everything fit in my car for the trip back to Dallas except for the chairs. Adie worked with me to find a time she could bring them up to Dallas. Such a wonderful experience from the awesome home decor to the customer service! Thanks Adie! I'll be back every time I'm in Marble Falls!
