Store has nothing but trashy items. Service was non existent. Lots of nice boutiques to visit in Marble Falls.

I always go to O'Reillys no matter what town because: 1…read more Always give you a hand if you can get there. 2. Loan a tool if needed. 3. Always professional, courteous. 4. Veteran discount. In my 50 years of driving I learned from personal experience to always use O'Reilly's.

The wait was a bit long, but in the end, worth it. The girl at the counter, Destiny, is new, but she did her absolute best, and she was a really big help. It is never easy to learn as you are waiting on customers, but she was great. The other guy at the counter, I think his name was Anthony or Andrew, I'm sorry, I can't remember, he really looked for a long time to help me. I was having trouble with a right turn signal bulb, it would light up, but would not blink, so they looked at turn signal relays, we even looked at a You Tube video to see what fuses could be broken. Then Clayton went to my car to check things out. We thought it might be just the bulb, so I bought 2 new ones, Clayton replaced the one on the right side, it still would light up, but not not blink. Then he switched the bulbs and sockets out, and as he put it on the left side, it still wouldn't blink. By process of elimination and several minutes of them working on it, we finally figured out it was probably the socket that the bulb fit into. Clayton helped me find the right one for my car, I ordered it on Amazon, and I installed it yesterday. It works, and I am so happy! The help I received at O'Reilly's was amazing. The employees went above and beyond, and they made me a customer for life. They all deserve raises. Thank you so much.
