Came in looking for a specific dress that online said 'low stock' I was in the area so figured I'd pop in. Store was clean, good playlist going and ample options to choose from. I was able to one of the two dresses I was looking for. Headed to the dressing room with no attendant, tried it on then decided not to get as I really wanted the other color. I don't understand the bad reviews here. First off, I'm a long-time shopper at H&M. They're one of my favorite retailers. Best selection, love the way the jeans fit, and so much more. This store location has a friendly staff willing to help you if needed. Lots of good stuff to choose from. Don't get here too often because it's not close enough to home to be a regular destination action (there are locations much closer to me). Good shopping experience. read more

Haven't been to H&M in a while. I parked right in front of the store, which was surprising. The store is super organized, clean, neat racks. They have a men's side and women's side, they even have a kids section. As I walked around looking at tops, and the new spring clothing, I never once saw an employee. Not at the registers, not on the floor anywhere. Thought that was odd. Didn't really see anything that caught my eye. read more

My granddaughter and I came here to select an outfit for my birthday. The staff was nice helping a 10-year-old pick different sizes and helping us establish our dressing room. The store is clean and generally very organized. This fall's line is very focused on beige and black but there's a bit of blue in the mix. I wish local outlets would get fewer sweaters this early in the year since it was 112 in parts of central Texas today. read more

This H&M has same really good sales and a lot of basics at a reasonable price. You get what you pay for and the quality can be hit or miss, along with the sizes. They had a section of clothes perfect for NYE and my friend and I ended up picking out dresses for only $20- what a deal for a dress we'll probably only wear once. We were able to get into a fitting room no problem and the cashier sold us a bag for 10 cents. read more

If you're in a hurry, please don't walk around the store quickly with items in your hands. The staff might mistake you for a thief and treat you quite rudely. When my wife and daughter were looking for me in the store because we were in a hurry, the staff were very unpleasant to us. Please don't remove the price tags from the items you've taken. In fact, it's better not to remove them from the product at all, as they might get lost. You won't be able to return items without price tags. Although the store staff are generally polite, the company's customer approach is really terrible. My spouse likes the store's products, but I expect both the products and the service to be good. This experience guaranteed that I will never shop at this store again. They are very far from being customer-focused. read more

I was someone just made by the quality of the clothing. One of the seams again to unravel on a shirt I purchased after only two wares. This is a little bit disappointing. Sure, it was not an expensive purchase, but I would expect the apparel to be more durable. My review For college kids not much selection on clothing rather seems the grunge look of things.if I had a bunch of teens or college age then it would be ideal but unfortunately the clothes are either black gray or colors that dont match, at least you know what your looking for. Reasonable prices perect for school age teens and beyond. You would love the fact that at least it some cases quality clothing are sold here. My review consist of three stars today but doesnt mean it cant change BTW parking easy and no other problems I see SO if you travel this direction stop and see what you can find for casual clothing store. read more

Went in to get a simple suit for my husband because his old one no longer fit. Walked in and never saw a single person until we went to the dressing room. Tried on lots of different sizes and I was running back and forth to get him different sizes with two small children. Saw 4 employees (2 standing at empty checkouts) and 2 walking around while in there and not one asked us if we needed help or offered to help find sizes. Finally after having to ask for some attention, they said they didn't have any sizes in stock above a 44 in the suit jackets in slim fit in any color. Someone obviously needs to do a reorder and move half of the small sizes in stock to the back. Also while there my 2 year old daughter who is barely potty trained and is actually on antibiotics for a uti currently needed to use the bathroom and they said they don't have a public bathroom and we had to walk across the street to Dillards and go to the back of the second floor to use the bathroom. I totally understand not having public bathrooms but this was a small child and no one else was in there. Just rude and inconsiderate staff! We won't be returning here! read more

Very nice salespeople. Good mix of occasion styles. Whatever the occasion short of adult formal, you have a shot at finding something. Something for all ages too. I'm careful about my fabric choices here because quality can be lacking . They probably don't allow infants/toddlers in fitting rooms to avoid diaper changes and smelling up the area. I was subjected to this once here and had to vacate the entire dressing area due to inconsiderate mother. As I left a sales person began spraying deodorizer! They also don't provide restroom access. This store has absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was there for about 20-30 minutes and not one person asked me if they could help me or if I needed anything! As previous reviewers stated there were lots of employees walking around doing stuff, but not speaking to customers at all. When I did ask a question the 2 employees both kinda shrugged and didn't fully answer me until I asked a second time. When I came to check out there was no one at the register. I just stood there waiting for someone to help me. When they did help there was no conversation, except at the end when I got an "awesome". Awesome?? I'm a working professional who was shopping for my toddler- treat me and anyone in your store with respect. So incredibly disappointing. Time to train your young wanna be hipster employees manners and customer service skills. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was standing at the register for awhile even had an employee see me standing at the register and ignore my husband and I ! Keep in mind three employees were standing at and behind the register moment before (talking and not even nothing to at any point acknowledge customers). I love this store but this location needs help. The younger male employee working today around 12/1ish today 6/16/17 is the one who made no effort after seeing us standing there.... I really wish I would have gotten his name because we did have good service from another guy at this location and he was good. He will know who he is reading this I guess. Sorry but one star. I decided to check out the H&M that just opened near my work since I tend to buy a lot of their dresses and shirts. I more than likely won't be back to this location, though. The store was very clean and organized, and easy to decipher between the kids, women, and men's sections. That's about all i can think of that I liked about this store. What I didn't like: -There were a lot of employees walking around stocking clothes and whatnot. Not one employee even said hello or asked if I needed help, yet would still look at me. A couple of them did however step directly in front of me, without even saying "excuse me". They were pretty much just acting like the customers in store were inconveniencing them in some way. As someone who currently works in retail and has for almost 10 years, it's rare that I'll see this happen. It's just awkward and uncomfortable. -The selection wasn't the best. Primarily just tshirts and rompers. Other stores have more variety. I've never walked out of an H&M without a purchase. Lame. read more

Came here to return something, called ahead to make sure they were open in time for me to run in (they close at 6pm on Sunday's.) I tried walking in at 5:02pm and they were closed, we waited by the doors and a store worker just shook his head and said no. I live 30 minutes away, wasted my time and gas in traffic. I went in to quickly pick up a mens' shirt which I had no idea how to purchase but was asked to do so for a friend. I tried to get assistance but there was no one available to help me. After taking several pictures and going back-and-forth with the person I'm buying a shirt for, I finally chose one. When I went to the register I asked about sizes and the cashier told me that their sizes run small. So I asked if I could borrow a tape measure to measure the neck of the shirt to make sure it would fit. They said they did not have any tape measures in the store. The supervisor, named Miriam, was standing there when I asked for a tape measure. She said in a very flippant way, "We don't do measurements here." I thought she was very rude and did not offer any other suggestions on how I could choose a shirt that would fit. I was taking the shirt overseas to a friend so the size had to be right because there will be no way I could return it. I ended up having to get a medium shirt but without having a tape measure at the store, I have no idea if it will fit. I will definitely not go back to this place if the management is like that. I have to say I am usually a huge fan of H&M, so when I heard they were opening one in the Galleria I was thrilled. What was not thrilling was the customer service at this location. When I shop at the H&M in the domain I am immediately greeted when I walk in the door and here the workers just looked at me and looked away! That I could get past, maybe that person was having a rough day or something. What I found was a little unbelievable was I had about ten items in my hand (very heavy I might add) not one worker came up to ask if they could start me a fitting room. Instead a worker looked past me and asked a woman shopping close to me if she needed help finding anything (wondered why I never got this courtesy). There were about five people working at this time and only about 4 customers so it is not like they were too busy to help. After I went to the fitting room and decided on a couple of tops, I walked up to the register where there was no cashier in sight. A couple of minutes later someone walks up to help and after ringing me up hands me my bag in silence and doesn't say thank you or have a good day or anything, just walks away. I know this store is new and has only been open for about a month, but man customer service is really bad here. I still love H&M, but now I may try shopping online or just make the trip to the domain location (even though I live in the Galleria). read more
