While at Barton Creek mall, I popped into Lululemon. Since their headquarters are in Vancouver,…read moreCanada, I expected some Boxing Day (day after Christmas) sales. I carefully perused all the sale racks looking for something to purchase - leggings, skorts, shorts, tops, etc. However, I did find any items at the price point I wanted to pay. I did purchase some workout socks. I love their socks for working out. The socks grip your feet and do not slide down into your shoe. Some of my socks that are older, tend to slide down into my shoe, however, Lululemon socks never do this. My issue with socks, in general, is that I cannot always remember where I last put them - in my car, in the dirty clothes, on top of the washer in my sock bag. So, when some of my socks are in sock purgatory, I have more to wear. Lululemon is located inside Barton Creek Square Mall. Lululemon is bright, modern, and designed for a high-end shopping experience. The store offers services such as Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store, free hemming/adjustments, and returns/exchanges. Lululemon offers a wide range of women's and men's activewear, including leggings, joggers, tops, and accessories like yoga mats and belt bags. The store also participates in Lululemon's "Like New" clothing trade-in program, which is great for sustainability-minded shoppers. Staff members aka "Educators" are trained to provide personalized product education and ensure a seamless guest experience. They're known for their expertise and knowledge. Lululemon has premium pricing with leggings often averaging $98+, and tops $60+. I always wait for sales before I purchase items at Lululemon or I may have to break open my piggy bank. Smile.

It's not a healthy obsession by any means but I can't help that every time I come to this location, I seriously leave with at least $50-$100 worth of stuff. Sometimes it doesn't make sense but when it's in front of me, I'm like I totally need this in my life. There's a particular brand of candles and home decor this location carries that is my secret go-to moment. I know the full retail value of them and it blows my mind how I can grab a $50+ candle for only $8. If you see me with 8 candles at once... no you didn't lol. Now Ross is more of a shop where you have to spend time to find the goodie (Not Ciara's goodies but similar). They have bathrooms here and they're super clean just fyi! With their style has changed quite a bit I was not real pleased with the selection I saw at the store today I was very interested and buying one pair of nice Jeans that were stretched kind of like a yoga pants. Couldn't find anybody to help me look for my size cause it was like a plethora of clothing all stacked up. I didn't want to ruin their display. Sometimes you can find some really good deals in clearance sales. There was hardly no one in the store to assist you you have to look around so I kind of fumbled around the table. And I couldn't find my size they were either large medium and that was it. The displays are very nicely done it's one thing I could say that was a plus. It was clean and orderly I would say that. But as far as purchasing something here good luck! After going through all the tables trying to look for my sizes I decided to walk out. So the only people that are working are the people that are ringing you up on the register. Sorry to say I wanted to give a 5 stars today but that didn't happen did it. So next time I will return and see if I could see a salesperson and if not I could see if the table isn't so confusing to search for a particular size. Happy yelping!!

We had a horrible experience buying something they didn't have in stock -- and having it shipped to…read morethe store for us to pick up. Lululemon takes its customers for granted -- and that low regard for its customers is reflected in its stock price. FAIL #1: BAD SALES SUPPORT We ordered the item in-store, for delivery to the store. (We live in a high crime area and can't have items shipped home.) The sales lady asked if we wanted a printed receipt and I said, "no, because you have our name and number and so we can track it that way if need be". If only. Apparently NO ONE at Lululemon anywhere is capable of tracking a purchase unless you can give them a purchase order number -- even if (a) you can tell them the time, date, location, and item of purchase and the credit card used for the purchase, and (b) you give them your name and phone number. When I say "no one", I mean literally "not a single employee at Lululemon, including retail sales staff, staff at their 877 customer service number, and the c-suite" is able to track a purchase without a purchase order number, even if you can provide every other imaginable detail about the purchase. Had the salesperson understood this, then presumably she'd have insisted that we take the printed receipt. But she didn't. And had the salesperson told us this, then of course we'd have taken a printed receipt with the purchase order number on it. FAIL #2: NO INITIATIVE OR CUSTOMER ORIENTATION The store never called us when my item arrived in the store -- even though they had our phone number. FAIL #3: NEVER RETURN A VOICEMAIL MESSAGE, IN SPITE OF OUTGOING MESSAGE PROMISING A CALL BACK "WITHIN 24 HOURS" Since they never called us when the item arrived, and since we couldn't no one at Lululemon could track the package and let us know when it arrived in at their store, we called them to see if the item arrived -- so we could pick it up at their store. We called during business hours and they didn't answer -- and their outgoing vmail promised a call back within 24 hours. We didn't receive a call back within 24 hours or within 24 days or ever. _____________________________________________________ So we had to go in to the store learn if our package had arrived -- because (a) they never called us to tell us it had arrived, (b) they never returned our call inquiring about whether it had arrived, and (c) their in-store staff, 877 staff, and c-suite couldn't track the package and let us know if it had arrived.

We coordinated outfits and paid for professional makeup in advance to be fully prepared. When we arrived, we were told the studio was over an hour behind schedule because one employee arrived late and another did not show up. Due to the delay, we were forced to cancel the appointment, as my daughter would not have been able to complete the shoot before leaving for the airport. All we received was an apology. There was no accommodation, rescheduling priority, or compensation, despite the inconvenience and financial loss. The cost of the makeup alone exceeded the price of the photo shoot, making this experience especially frustrating. Scheduling and staffing issues happen, but when clients invest time, money, and careful coordination for a meaningful moment, better accountability and customer care are expected.
