While at Barton Creek mall, I popped into Lululemon. Since their headquarters are in Vancouver, Canada, I expected some Boxing Day (day after Christmas) sales. I carefully perused all the sale racks looking for something to purchase - leggings, skorts, shorts, tops, etc. However, I did find any items at the price point I wanted to pay. I did purchase some workout socks. I love their socks for working out. The socks grip your feet and do not slide down into your shoe. Some of my socks that are older, tend to slide down into my shoe, however, Lululemon socks never do this. My issue with socks, in general, is that I cannot always remember where I last put them - in my car, in the dirty clothes, on top of the washer in my sock bag. So, when some of my socks are in sock purgatory, I have more to wear. Lululemon is located inside Barton Creek Square Mall. Lululemon is bright, modern, and designed for a high-end shopping experience. The store offers services such as Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store, free hemming/adjustments, and returns/exchanges. Lululemon offers a wide range of women's and men's activewear, including leggings, joggers, tops, and accessories like yoga mats and belt bags. The store also participates in Lululemon's "Like New" clothing trade-in program, which is great for sustainability-minded shoppers. Staff members aka "Educators" are trained to provide personalized product education and ensure a seamless guest experience. They're known for their expertise and knowledge. Lululemon has premium pricing with leggings often averaging $98+, and tops $60+. I always wait for sales before I purchase items at Lululemon or I may have to break open my piggy bank. Terrible experience. Tried three time to buy two pair of pants that fit and finally gave up.Now, Lululemon won't give a cash refund but only store credit. Customer service was not great. No one greets you when you walk in or ask if you need any help. Typically when I shop at lululemon stores, the cashiers are so kind and allow you to choose which color bags you want. The cashier made a stink about taking the color I want from the other cashier next to her. For a loyal customer who has been purchasing from lululemon for 10 years, I was kind of surprise with the poor customer service here. Go to the South Congress location or the 6th street location and you'll find better service there. read more

Had such a great week and WiFi was completely down in south Austin today so decided to take a quick break and do an order for new leggings with my handy dandy (haha!) lululemon gift cards. Also because I was in a doctor appointment and all the pregnant ladies looked so sporty cute in their leggings, jean jackets and fall attire. This fall weather, though!! Definitely time to bust out the leggings but (!) at almost six months pregnant I've outgrown everything and comfort is really important right now! I was able to place an order and the awesome ladies helped my runner so that they could be delivered straight to me. Crazy times but definitely appreciate the awesome ladies working here and the comfy new leggings. Good ending to a good week. I will say - The sizing for Lululemon is a little bizarre :) I'm a 2 normally, wearing a 4 currently but even with my very large baby belly I'm still a size 2 shirt (in the styles that aren't completely form fitting) but a size 10 sports bra... how does that work LOL. Side note: I was a little sad to learn that they're phasing out their little girl lululemon line. They have the cutest things right now so whether you're shopping entirely virtually or your comfort level allows in store visits definitely recommend lululemon for all your fall comfort and for working out those quarantine fifteen! Lots of really friendly and helpful people at this location. Also (!!) maternity clothes are super expensive and very limited wear, BUT the lululemon align leggings are buttery soft, very flattering, and stretchy so fellow pregnant ladies may want to skip the maternity section and check out lulu for their comfort and longer term wear. read more

I bought a pair for my daughter for Christmas. We moved to Thailand on January 1. She wore them three times and they began to unravel at the seam. I sent them back and I was offered a gift card to their store in Hong Kong. The prices there are double and there is nothing she likes. I had to go to a lot of effort to find a FedEx here in Chiang Mai and ship them back. I am very disappointed by the level of support this company gives. I will never buy another pair and will not recommend​ them to anyone. They are so overrated and overpriced. Buy some from Old Navy...they are affordable and last forever! (The original pair was purchased at a store in Nashville​, but my daughter​exchanged​ them for this red pair in Austin, Texas at Barton Creek Mall). I have posted​ this review​ both stores​. Well, they tell you that they'll do free hemming, but what they don't tell you is if they screw it up and make it 2 inches too short you can't get a refund. I think it's highly illegal. So this is a first. This mall is practically empty. There were several associates working in the store. I walked in wearing head to toe Lululemon, even carrying a Lululemon purse. Hell, my husband was even wearing Lululemon. We were ignored for 30 minutes. Not even hello? Granted I'm visiting from out of state but I have a hard time thinking that the training for employees is that different here then in other places. Awwww man. This one hurts me to write. Lululemon has always stood behind their product good or bad....until today. I have been a customer for over 5 years now and will no longer be a customer due to a manager who needed to "flex" her management muscles today. I went in to exchange a pair of T.H.E. short's on the quality guarantee lululemon offers and she told me I had worn them to much in 6 months and she would not exchange them. Flabbergasted. Be aware that the 11-7 hours of operation posted online are not accurate. Showed up at 6:15pm to purchase a birthday gift. Upon arrival I was stopped at the door, told they were closing early due to a of lack of staff. Meanwhile, customers were still in the store shopping. I let the manager know I knew exactly what I was getting for and reiterated this was a birthday gift and was quite rudely turned away, after pleading my case. This was an excellent example of how not to go above and beyond for your customers. Needless to say, I will not bring my business back. I had no idea there was a Lulu Lemon in Barton Creek. I'm 5'11, and it's so hard to find workout pants that are the right length. I have so many goofy pairs that are high waters that I almost gave up. I stumbled across this store leaving Nordstom after finding absolutely nothing that I needed. The girls here were super sweet, knew my exact size by looking at me and ensured that the fit was just right. I'm always a size smaller in Lulu Lemon, so it makes you fell all warm and fuzzy inside. lol They are a little pricey, but if you figure you're wearing them alot, and for me that means even to work, its a bargain! This one is by far the best than the one downtown by Whole Foods, only because it has a bigger selection in my opinion and a larger sale rack. Both locations have phenomenal customer service. Purchased a number of items from here. And I have to give the leggings 1 star. I am more of an Adidas and Nike user, and I have been giving this brand a chance and I will never betray my loyalty to the brands that have stood the test of time again. The quality of lululemon's leggings is so poor. You are paying almost a hundred dollars for a factory worker to fasten together two pieces of improperly measured/patterned fabric, made of synthetic material which always rides down. Nothing about their leggings is worth $100, nothing. This organization is the perfect example of how marketing and corporate greed get people to try them out. The ceo is worth 5.8billion and they won't adjust their return policy a day over 30 days. Poor service and quality for a luxury priced brand, 0 stars if I could. Pretty awesome staff, they definitely want to find something that meets your sport specific needs and most importantly they want to make your day. Although the price tag might be scary, the quality and wearability outweigh this con. I work out 5 days a week, so I practically live in this stuff. The staff knows a lot about the materials and the intended use of each garment. The small, hidden "why didn't I think of that" features are my favorite. There's ample parking, because it is the mall after all. The fastest way to the store is the Nordstrom parking lot or parking next to California pizza kitchen. It's near J. I've purchased discounted items on two different occasions. Both times I was charged the regular price - there was a lower priced sticker on the tag. One item was a gift that was mailed out so I was unable to bring it back with the receipt to show the price difference. My bad the second time that I didn't pay attention to the 2nd time. The item rang up at the regular price. I left the item to get hemmed. I got home, looked at the receipt and the price was the regular price. I left the receipt and yes.... the dog slobbered all over it and it became illegible. So yes basically it was my fault, but when scanning an item, shouldn't the bar code indicate the item has discounted? Not going to purchase items from this store again. read more

Austin's 3rd lululemon store in Barton creek mall!! Much easier to park than downtown and domain in my opinion... After getting the scoop, seems every store receives different merch, some stores get colors/styles that others don't etc... So each shopping experience and trip are all truly different location to location. I was told the mens selection at the Barton creek location is less than the 6th street location, however I did feel there was waaay more gal shtufffff which was exciting! Lovely and large.. They have a great selection and their customer service is top notch. After taking to Sarah, she suggested some pants and shorts that would hold up to rock climbing (I have a tendency to rip the inner seams when I use other brands) so I was glad that I didn't have to go through trial and error with lulus since she knew what would and wouldn't work for my application.
