This review has been a long time coming...well for a few months at least. As I've mentioned before I've got a pile (if you will) of pending reviews that I'm slowly getting through. For those who seem to be monitoring my progress, I'm happy to report there's a light at the end of the tunnel. Now for the real reason you're here, my review of this particular Gucci location. First off, I'll say the low reviews here are baffling to me. The service I received was beyond compare. I was treated no differently than someone spending thousands of dollars when in fact I only spent $260. I was looking for a new shirt for my bestie, Sir Benjamin Doolittle and decided to pop in hoping they had a particular shirt available in-store. The stores will often carry pet items at limited availability. Unfortunately, this was not one of those items. However, the stylist who worked with us was able to size Sir B. accurately and order the shirt for us. The shirt arrived just a few days after our visit. The complimentary shipping is a bonus. The level of service we received exceeded all customer service expectations. Honestly, the experience felt as inclusive as it did exclusive. Exclusive in the sense that it's an obvious high-end boutique and inclusive in the sense that I was treated with the same dignity and care as someone spending thousands. Another item of note is that I absolutely hate going to The Domain in which they're located but the kindness, attentiveness, and fun of the Gucci experience that day made up for it. The service was very slow seems the company can't afford enough people to work the store. When you finally get a customer service person they seem to be always in a hurry to sell you but are not able to give details about the product such as the leather where it was manufactured read more

Extremely bad experience. I requested to return and purchase a higher priced item and was denied by manager. The product was in excellent condition and never used however the manager insisted all sales are final and was very unprofessional. I love the brand however will never purchase from this location due to my unpleasant experience. read more

The handbag selection in the boutique was decent. The staff were not as friendly as most Gucci boutiques I have been to. I do prefer the Gucci at San Marcos as they have both outlet bags and retail store bags (a mix of deals and retail boutique bags). If you're in the area it may be worth the visit, but I would prefer Neiman Marcus for a more personable experience if I am in the area. There is more value at an outlet boutique and at department stores that sell Gucci, such as Neiman's as you can receive points for future discounts. read more

Yachi was so sweet & helpful during my visit to the store. I tried on a few pairs of shoes and looked at multiple bags and she was so patient. I ended up with the perfect sandals, and she even text me to say thank you afterwards. Can't wait to visit again next year and shop from her again. read more

Store was exceptional but the reason I am reviewing is because the employee decided to school me. I came in because I'm traveling and wanted to try stuff on before buying it. I didn't want to buy there since I leave the same day so I come in and saying that I'm wanting to try stuff on before I buy online, the employee just says welcome in and doesn't help me select or anything and when I'm leaving she says have a good day she decides to say I shouldn't ever come in saying I'm just going to buy online because they only make commission and etc etc. you should never seen desperate in customer service especially for a luxury brand let alone school your customers on how they should act. LV and Coach both made me feel very welcome no matter what I was doing (bought from coach). It's about the customer experience not about your commission, I did not feel welcome and don't feel she should be "honest" with me. Unbelievable. But good store. read more

Do not and I mean do not enter this store. It is filled with crooks that run the business in the worst way possible. If you want to buy this brand, get it from Nordstroms or Saks. Wife bought a hat for me which I tried for one min and it didn't fit. When she went to return it the store employees told her that there is wear and tear because of which they cannot take it back. After explaining for 20 mins they agreed to provide store credit. Baffled at how they run the business and cheat their customers. The sales associates are pleasant and nice until it is time to return something well within Gucci's horrible and short return policy window. They act as if you went to the park and played 90 minutes of soccer in the shoes you may have worn around your home to properly break them in. Another issue with this location is that if you go in for a shoe to be repaired you will not get that shoe back for at least 2 months. Even if it is as simple as fixing a broken heel...2 months. You are thinking well it may take that long to send it overseas, correct? Ummm no! Your shoe will be sent to a factory in New Jersey for repairs, not Italy. Therefore I don't understand why it takes months to fix the easiest of repairs for this retailer. I would much rather get this brand at Nordstroms from now on. read more

Lord where do I start? I had 6 month old Gucci glasses that did not sit on my face correctly (the arms were crooked and they were in pristine condition) I went into Gucci to have them repaired. They told me they would get shipped off for repair, and they would just send me a new pair. While I was there - of course, something caught my eye- $1600 later I finally leave the store. Fast forward 8 days later I get a text from someone @ Gucci that it was going to cost $250 to fix my $400 pair of sunglasses. If that were the case I would of never sent them to be repaired!! On the 15th day I was so mad about their customer service I went to return my $1600 items and coke to find out return is 14 days so of course they did not refund me. I only wanted refund based on customer service alone. I will NEVER go back there - I will continue to vice my business to Louis Vuitton - should of never went here to begin with !!!
