This was my first visit to Austin Tx, so i came here to visit the store. Joshua helped me with sizing and he was absolutely correct with sizing me. Now i know what to order online or over the phone with Heritage. The quality of their boots is just amazing. The fit was perfect. I will get a pair before my 65 birthday. We were in and out in about 10 minutes with what we needed. The selection, however, was not as broad as I expected. They did not have the wide shoes that had been recommended, only the regular version, so that's what we ended up purchasing. The overall atmosphere also did not feel very welcoming or friendly toward us. There wasn't much interaction, warmth, or even a simple smile during our visit. If you're looking for a highly personable customer service experience, this may not be the place for that. But if your goal is to go in, get quality shoes quickly, and leave, they do accomplish that

Also, the styles and colors are plentiful. Today the store sales associates highlighted that they were having a special Valentine's event later in the evening. They have specials events from time to time in store. Service is the secret sauce in Kicking It! From the time you swing open the door you are greeted in a very pleasant way. The sales associate ask if you are looking for anything special. They are poised to direct you to the section of the store of the requested shoe. The sales folks feel like family, so there is no high pressure sales tactics. You could peruse the sneakers at your leisure. Sneakers are not cheap. My nephews and nieces have quite a selection of sneakers, so I was prepared to hear the prices. In life, sometimes you get what you pay for. For those who seem to be monitoring my progress, I'm happy to report there's a light at the end of the tunnel. Now for the real reason you're here, my review of this particular Gucci location. First off, I'll say the low reviews here are baffling to me. The service I received was beyond compare. I was treated no differently than someone spending thousands of dollars when in fact I only spent $260. I was looking for a new shirt for my bestie, Sir Benjamin Doolittle and decided to pop in hoping they had a particular shirt available in-store. The stores will often carry pet items at limited availability. Unfortunately, this was not one of those items. However, the stylist who worked with us was able to size Sir B. accurately and order the shirt for us. The shirt arrived just a few days after our visit. The complimentary shipping is a bonus. The level of service we received exceeded all customer service expectations. Honestly, the experience felt as inclusive as it did exclusive. Exclusive in the sense that it's an obvious high-end boutique and inclusive in the sense that I was treated with the same dignity and care as someone spending thousands. Another item of note is that I absolutely hate going to The Domain in which they're located but the kindness, attentiveness, and fun of the Gucci experience that day made up for it. I had some previous texting with Gannon who was super informative via text. Arrived at the store and we were met by Juan. Juan was super friendly and helpful. No pressure whatsoever to purchase. These boots sell themselves. I had about 3 different pairs in mind when I arrived and wound up picking a pair that wasn't even on my radar. Currently, this is my favorite pair and I darn near live in them. 3 weeks later, I couldn't help but ordering a 2nd pair. I'm thinking all my other boots are going on Facebook Marketplace. I drove in from Killeen to try on the No. 2s which upon trying, I knew I wanted to walk out with them on. Just to make sure I tried a couple of sizes. Chisos Boots offers 15% off for military service members. Juan made sure I was taken care of. He offered me something to drink, and kept me company. I asked him about the owner, his own Chisos boots he was wearing, and the future of the business. The boots are made in Leon, MX. The team is small, but the quality and value of the product is amazing. I felt that the boots were great quality for fit and for durability. Another customer came all the way from Iowa to try boots for his kid's wedding. He was really pleased with them as well. Juan related to me how some of the boots are made, and offers coming up. I was very well taken care of. Since I could wear my boots or pack them in my luggage, Juan helped me get them sent over to El Paso. They arrived in two days. I love my Chisos boots, I think Liz needs a pair of the No. 4s...she will have to drop by. Maybe we'll be lucky to see Juan again. Totally recommend.

Darting into Money Money was a great respite from the scorching Texas son. They have an assortment of shoes and shirts to choose from. Everything in the store is extremely easy to peruse as they are nicely spread out. Shoes are presented in such as way that you can easily see them from all sides. While this store is touted as vintage most of the shoes looked non-vintage to me. However, in full transparency, I am not a vintage expert. In addition, service was extremely friendly and welcoming.
