They hold up well to multiple washes and trips to the dry cleaners. There's also a free rewards program worth signing up for. You earn store cash--and there's no limitation on how much you can redeem at one time.

This is a great store located in the Lakeline Mall, way up in the northwest suburbs of Austin. We walked in almost every store (okay maybe half) over the course of several hours, and this was one of the better ones. We had a good time browsing in here, although it's not cheap. It's good though, and when there's a big sale on, you can find some pretty good deals. And other times it's a little expensive, but we like it.

First off, I'll say the low reviews here are baffling to me. The service I received was beyond compare. I was treated no differently than someone spending thousands of dollars when in fact I only spent $260. I was looking for a new shirt for my bestie, Sir Benjamin Doolittle and decided to pop in hoping they had a particular shirt available in-store. The stores will often carry pet items at limited availability. Unfortunately, this was not one of those items. However, the stylist who worked with us was able to size Sir B. accurately and order the shirt for us. The shirt arrived just a few days after our visit. The complimentary shipping is a bonus. The level of service we received exceeded all customer service expectations. Honestly, the experience felt as inclusive as it did exclusive. Exclusive in the sense that it's an obvious high-end boutique and inclusive in the sense that I was treated with the same dignity and care as someone spending thousands. Another item of note is that I absolutely hate going to The Domain in which they're located but the kindness, attentiveness, and fun of the Gucci experience that day made up for it. They also have a big premium section with things ranging $15+, but items that are worth it! I found so many amazing unique pieces, including very flattering extra long vintage 90s jeans on the baggier side (I'm a tall girl) for $15 - I was SHOOK. I went there again yesterday and found amazing pieces! There is also a free section outside in the back (for those in need). Thank you for making a difference!!! I reached out to owner Kelley Rytlewski in advance as a courtesy, when we could have simply walked. Her response was to tell us not to come to her store. Her reason was that she didn't want us taking up space for "real" customers. No explanation beyond that, no alternative offered, even after I responded to her question about whether or not the Girl Scouts would be spending money at her store. (Yes, she actually asked me that. My response was that they were all instructed to bring $30 but it was up to them to choose to spend it at her store or not.) As someone who reached out in good faith, I found the interaction dismissive and unwelcoming. The customer experience was a stark contrast to the warm, community-focused image the business owner projects. If you're a school group, troop, or youth organization looking for a welcoming community partner and experience in Austin, I'd look elsewhere. Imagine being a female owner of a community-focused business and NOT partnering with Girl Scouts. Mind blown. If you are in the same boat then start at this boutique because I have found success with two beautiful dresses from here. I love the layout of the store. I have been to dress warehouses which get overwhelming. This is a smaller boutique with dresses arranged by size then by color. The staff greets you and gets an idea of what you are shopping for. When it's time for a fitting room they take your dresses and set them inside the curtain for you. They kindly offer to help zip you up and are very respectful, never did I feel uncomfortable. Outside of the fitting room is a catwalk with a big mirror. They have an alterations person if you need one but be mindful that prom season gets very busy. The sales are final but if the dress is right then you know that won't be a problem. People told me I looked like a princess in the dresses I got from here and they made me feel beautiful :)

That also took us from initially having two associates to assist our party to only one associate until more staff showed up for work. I was able to find this dress available online and will be purchasing from there. Update: I find it funny how the owner who replied was NOT present and no one repeatedly entered and exited the building. We were all present and reviewing the dress requirements when customers of different races walked in because the door was unlocked and was never locked. Secondly no one cares what your fee is and trust you discounting the price isn't doing anyone a favor. I am not surprised that you found time to respond to my specific post. PLEASE shop elsewhere for dresses where you will be treated with respect and the owner takes accountability instead of trying to shift blame.

Before it wasn't a very pleasant place at 1 time they never had inventory and but now things have changed I ordered quite a few items online so I received my items which I love they fit perfectly and they are compression type of workout clothes. I truly believe that if you visit the store you will find what you're seeking. On the other hand the Manager, Karson, Is making a big difference and making a change at the new location. So when my order came in I noticed that 3 tops that I ordered along with several pants that were supposed to be matching except the color was off but they do accommodate you and get you the right shades that you're looking for. Gabby, was the sales person that assisted me and she was very friendly and walked right up to me because, most of the time when you walk at a yoga place no one is there to assist yo, plus never find your size small is always sold out.. So knowing that information I would definitely recommend this location, since they're now permanent not a fly-by-night property and business. The pants are very high quality they're made very well so you're getting a well, made product for not cheap but an average price for what you're paying for. On 12/10/25 I decided to stop by this Lululemon store at HCG #11943 on my way home from Gold's Gym…read more I purchased the Groove HR Nulu black flared pant $118 and Align High Rise crop 25 inch $98, total with tax $233.82. I wanted to try on at home since sweaty from gym. Educator #176354 checked me out. 12/11/25 I went back to this Lululemon store to RETURN Groove pant and EXCHANGE align crop for 23 inch length. As I approached the register counter I emptied my bag telling girl I did not want $118 Groove pant and to exchange $98 Align for shorter length. She did an exchange as I went to get shorter Align length. Educator #175557 gave me my new receipt. When I got home I took out new Align pant of bag and looked at my EXCHANGE receipt and was concerned. Instead of given me FULL credit for Groove pant I returned and no longer had, she took price of Align pant $98 and deducted that from $118 Groove pant which left $20+ $1.65 tax totaled credit $21.65. She did NOT give me full refund for Groove pant. I checked my banking acct online and it showed that as well along with original purchase.I waited a few days and kept checking my online acct waiting to see if they saw their mistake and give me complete refund for $ 118 Groove pant, which they did not. 12/16/25 I go back to Lululemon store at HCG and went straight to check out counter. I began to explain what has happened, showed her my receipts and she refused to do anything. I returned the Align crop as well. I never kept anything. It was so obvious what they did that Stevie Wonder could've seen it. She told me to keep checking my bank account or to call " guest services" with the number she wrote on price of paper to call. I told her there's a problem and you owe me refund full price amount of Groove pant I returned 12/11. She goes on to say " we don't have your Groove pant", basically accusing me of stealing. Conversation got loud and I asked to speak to a manager please. She said she was the manager. I asked her for her name. She would not tell me and told me to " Leave Her store!". She is Educator #154718. I got in my car and called Lululemon guest services and spoke to them over 45 mins. A case # was opened up. Got home and forgot I had Lululemon app on phone so I opened it up and my acct showed items purchased and 1 item returned in 12/11 which was the $118 Groove pant that I was accused of stealing and never was fully refunded. Lululemon guest services followed up with me and saw what transpired and they issued me proper refund credit I was due. They apologized and offered to give me a $150 gift certificate which I thanked them for and told them I would not be going back to that store. Educator #154718 is not manager material. She's more of an unhappy , egotistical person that lacks basic customer service skills. And yes, this customer was RIGHT!! Good riddance!!
