Upon my surprise, the store was quite a bit bigger than I expected! and they had a fantastic selection of men's clothing that are dress wear as well as casual wear. They even had Travis Matthew, which is one of my favorite brands! we ended up buying a tuxedo instead of renting one because of the great prices and great service! My wife also had her dress tailored and they were done in just a couple days! The service is top-notch by all the employees inside the store and they have a great selection! we are so happy we went into Gatsby's which is now one of my favorite stores to shop at!

If my heart surgeon came out looking like that I certainly wouldn't be going under the knife. What happened to dressing for your job? I did this with mixed results, as the first time I did it during a big sale, and they weren't able to pull my order until the next day. So if you really want something, you might want to head over in person, in case it's sold before they pull it from their inventory. Parking is available in the nearby garage, as it's usually difficult to find on the street outside the store. Pandemic protocol includes masks required (for employees and customers), social distancing, and hand sanitizer at the counter. One negative I would say is they need to up date the store. You also could buy boots and shoes... children's items all kinds of nightwear. I would have bought more but I didn't feel like carrying all that back to the car I have to come back later. So in the meantime you will be able to buy sheets,blankets they have everything I can't even list all of them. I had a very good experience that staff is very helpful and they have wonderful cashiers. If they make a mistake on a price they will hunt it down and try to find that price for you. As soon as the sun set, we went back through just so we could double take at the incredible selection this cute shop has in their inventory. Walking by, you'd think just a boutique boot store probably insanely over priced for something you could get anywhere else - and you'd be wrong. Yes, they have boots. Lots of them, brands and designs you can tell they chose with incredible attention to quality and style. I'm not a cowboy girl boot kind of girl, even thought I'm a Texas girl, born and raised. But I even I was checking on a few of these styles for my Christmas list. These are more than the "Texas style", these are artistic and true fashion. Classic or eclectic styles, they have them. We'd driven to Austin (from Dallas) just for the day, and wanted a shirt to commemorate my husband's first trip to Austin. We're not tourist fashion types, but this shop had perfect selection of those "Austin" t-shirts that we'd wear in every day life. You know the kind of T-shirt you wear, and everyone says, " Wow, I like - I've never seen that. Where'd you get that?" And you sound so super cool and local shop supportive when you say, "....this cool little shop off Lake Travis". The shop owner was working by herself, and a little busy helping someone try on a lot of boots. She was so enthusiastically and genuinely helpful as they asked to try on at least 8-10 different pairs. My husband and I were at the register waiting to check out, but this little shop has so much incredible stock, the owner was at an angle where she couldn't see us. Yes, We waited a tad longer than the shop where the salesperson just stands behind the register staring at their phone, and couldn't care less if you need help with a size, or fell flat on your face. But we were listening to her working with the other shopper, and mentioned to each other how patient she was being with them. The shop owner noticed me, and immediately out loud apologetic for not seeing us sooner, as she crossed the shop to ring us out. We told her no problem, but she was continually and genuinely flustered that she had us waiting. She offered a discount to accommodate for our wait. Even though I said that's not necessary ( as I'm thinking, lady, CV19 has been so hard on local retail, you're so kind to even consider it!) she insisted. Her level of personable and happy attention to her customers is what local shops are all ( or should be) about. I'm now following them on all the socials. And when I'm ready for those classically cool boots, or some of those unique dresses and such - I will be back. Might already be time for another day trip down to Lake Travis.

So here is my take, the real true story now that they are permanent instead of temporary business. So they are now here permanently, Which is a big change. Before it wasn't a very pleasant place at 1 time they never had inventory and but now things have changed I ordered quite a few items online so I received my items which I love they fit perfectly and they are compression type of workout clothes. I truly believe that if you visit the store you will find what you're seeking. On the other hand the Manager, Karson, Is making a big difference and making a change at the new location. So when my order came in I noticed that 3 tops that I ordered along with several pants that were supposed to be matching except the color was off but they do accommodate you and get you the right shades that you're looking for. Gabby, was the sales person that assisted me and she was very friendly and walked right up to me because, most of the time when you walk at a yoga place no one is there to assist yo, plus never find your size small is always sold out.. So knowing that information I would definitely recommend this location, since they're now permanent not a fly-by-night property and business. The pants are very high quality they're made very well so you're getting a well, made product for not cheap but an average price for what you're paying for. They also have several sweatshirts that are very well made and high quality I think you would like them too.

On 12/10/25 I decided to stop by this Lululemon store at HCG #11943 on my way home from Gold's Gym…read more I purchased the Groove HR Nulu black flared pant $118 and Align High Rise crop 25 inch $98, total with tax $233.82. I wanted to try on at home since sweaty from gym. Educator #176354 checked me out. 12/11/25 I went back to this Lululemon store to RETURN Groove pant and EXCHANGE align crop for 23 inch length. As I approached the register counter I emptied my bag telling girl I did not want $118 Groove pant and to exchange $98 Align for shorter length. She did an exchange as I went to get shorter Align length. Educator #175557 gave me my new receipt. When I got home I took out new Align pant of bag and looked at my EXCHANGE receipt and was concerned. Instead of given me FULL credit for Groove pant I returned and no longer had, she took price of Align pant $98 and deducted that from $118 Groove pant which left $20+ $1.65 tax totaled credit $21.65. She did NOT give me full refund for Groove pant. I checked my banking acct online and it showed that as well along with original purchase.I waited a few days and kept checking my online acct waiting to see if they saw their mistake and give me complete refund for $ 118 Groove pant, which they did not. 12/16/25 I go back to Lululemon store at HCG and went straight to check out counter. I began to explain what has happened, showed her my receipts and she refused to do anything. I returned the Align crop as well. I never kept anything. It was so obvious what they did that Stevie Wonder could've seen it. She told me to keep checking my bank account or to call " guest services" with the number she wrote on price of paper to call. I told her there's a problem and you owe me refund full price amount of Groove pant I returned 12/11. She goes on to say " we don't have your Groove pant", basically accusing me of stealing. Conversation got loud and I asked to speak to a manager please. She said she was the manager. I asked her for her name. She would not tell me and told me to " Leave Her store!". She is Educator #154718. I got in my car and called Lululemon guest services and spoke to them over 45 mins. A case # was opened up. Got home and forgot I had Lululemon app on phone so I opened it up and my acct showed items purchased and 1 item returned in 12/11 which was the $118 Groove pant that I was accused of stealing and never was fully refunded. Lululemon guest services followed up with me and saw what transpired and they issued me proper refund credit I was due. They apologized and offered to give me a $150 gift certificate which I thanked them for and told them I would not be going back to that store. Educator #154718 is not manager material. She's more of an unhappy , egotistical person that lacks basic customer service skills. And yes, this customer was RIGHT!! Good riddance!!
