Bright holiday lights and decorations immediately puts you inter holiday spirit. Of course, I make a bee line for the clearance room. Today was my lucky day! I found some Farm Rio shorts regularly selling for $158 on sale for $29.95 or 81% off. I pounced on that deal! My shopping love language was activated, I.e. sales/discounts! Super cute shorts... Anyways, yesterday I had called to ask the store to hold a dress for me to try on, super helpful. I decided to do some shopping around the store and had a ton of items to try on. I had a lot of white dresses and one of the ladies (I forgot her name but she was amazing) asked what the occasion was. It was for my wedding reception and she went above any beyond finding other dresses in the back that could work! I was also helped by Colleen in the dressing room. I felt like I was at a bridal gown shop with the amount of help I received. The whole team worked together to get my order the last dress in stock and I also got some amazing jeans on sale. This location is the best and more chill than the north location. 10/10

I've been a long time customer of Free People for about 15 years. I love their whole vibe and…read moreaesthetic. This particular store has been better in the past but is still a good store. They used to have a sale rack which was fun to browse through for good deals now they don't have it anymore. They also had a rack for returns that perhaps weren't offered in store and only on line. That too is gone. It seems they try and direct more sales to the app or website instead of a store. However it's nice to be able to try on and see the merchandise in person since their sizing is all over the place. It's a hassle to order on line and then the size is unsuitable or the quality is cheap. The staff is standoffish and not super eager to assist in making sales. I'm a solo shopper anyway and don't need others to make decisions for me on the merchandise. I'm familiar with what type of products FP has. It's right across the street from Whole Foods and has plenty of parking.

You can start with the beautiful shoes, and then move over to look at the various unique displays throughout the store. I found purses, jackets, and other items. Very difficult to leave the store without buying something, and I found something small enough to fit in my suitcase:) It appears as though they rotate the offerings pretty frequently.
