There is no 'handicapped parking' specifically for Gel's due to the way the parking lot is designed. There is a small vestibule between the outside and the inside where you will find a community food pantry. Take something if you need it, or leave something for your neighbors. This is such a lovely offering and very much in line with Gel's local community mind set. The doors into the vestibule are heavy glass and metal. Seat yourself in one of the booths. When they remodeled they added a small bar to the back area if you prefer counter seating. They offer a variety of mimosa flavors at breakfast and beer and wine at lunch. Although I suppose if you want a beer with your eggs, have at it. The front and side walls have large windows making the interior bright. They offer so many specials. Check out all the white boards on the back wall above the counter seating. These are in addition to their standard menu. Breakfast items include egg based meals (eggs & bacon & toast for ex.), pancakes, hash and lots of al la carte sides. Coffee is good and comes with free refills. It's always hot and fresh cooked as you weigh. It takes a little bit longer. It's definitely no pre-cooking here. It's quiet this morning and this is new time and luckily for us we're getting in before the rush is only about maybe I'll say 10 tables out of 30 that are taken right now.
