$$-$$$ This was definitely an upscale pub and restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious! I was there with my daughter and my brother, and we sat outside. Even though it was slightly chilly, they had the heat lamps going for comfort. We were not rushed at all and sat there and chatted and had supper which was really nice. I had the pumpkin bisque as an appetizer and the lobster macaroni and cheese for dinner. I ended up bringing some of my macaroni home for a second meal. It is always nice to be at an establishment that does not rush you through your meal and allows you to enjoy the company of your family and friends without being interrupted. If we are ever in Rhode Island again, we will definitely be visiting this establishment during our visit. Make memories and safe travels!

My family and I had an awesome dinner at The Trap! We went on a weeknight and sat on the patio. Love that they have a kids menu. The menu has a ton of great options, it was hard to narrow it down. Service was also friendly and fast. My husband and I both went with pasta dishes. They have homemade pasta from their sister restaurant Pasta Patch. The pastas were delicious. I got the cacio e pepe and my husband got the short rib pasta. Their homemade fancy mozzarella squares were also spot on. We loved their marinara sauce. Overall an awesome spot to sit on the patio and grab a bite to eat.

Had the worst experience at the Trap the other night, our wings were not cooked after asking for well done-I had to send the chicken back on my salad as it was also not cooked and rubbery, they brought me a steak but the pan must have been too hot when they seared it as it was completely charred, my salad had so much dressing it was like soup! Then to top it all off we went to use a gift card, and the gift card system was down so we had to actually pay for the horrible food! When we spoke to the manager she did nothing to fix the issue or take something off the bill-writing this review to save others from this experience!

Found a table indoors (outdoor seating available as well) with ample room for all five of us including dolls, cards, and toys. I ordered a Bloody Mary made with a local alcoholic seltzer which was a great drink but also a significant appetizer with all the fixings. I ordered the "Luca Brazi" sandwich which was excellent and took home half the sandwich for dinner tonight. *Important footnote...I NEVER have leftovers when I order dinner. I ALWAYS eat EVERYTHING!! I highly recommend if you are a tourist (or a local) take the two block walk from visiting The Plymouth Rock and enjoy a great meal and drinks at THE VITAMIN SEA RESTAURANT!!

It…read morewas founded by business partners Dino Funari, Pete Kiley, Josh Sherman and Richard DiBona. Funari, Kiley and Sherman frequently got together on weekends to embrace their love of homebrewing. After doing this for a number of years, and building up a local following distributing their home-brews from a blue cooler, they decided to open a brick & mortar brewery and taproom. At this time, DiBona came on board as a partner and assisted with the search for a location. After exausting all options in the seaside town of Hull, the partners acquired a 3,000-sq-ft space in the "craft beer friendly" town of Weymouth. The name "Vitamin Sea" was chosen to reflect Funari's love of surfing and surf culture. The brewery quickly gained a reputation for their juicy New England IPAs, decadent Stouts, and experimental Fruited Sours. A second location opened along the waterfront in Plymouth in May 2024. I recently visited Vitamin Sea's Plymouth location while I was in town for the day. I was scheduled to meet up with some other beer bloggers at a different brewery later. I soon realized that Plymouth has an excellent craft beer scene and decided to head to Vitamin Sea first. The Plymouth facility is a beautiful location along the waterfront. I really liked the nautical/surf design theme too! I grabbed a seat at the bar and began to look over the menu. I heard that the Plymouth location is known for their excellent ciabatta sandwiches, so I ordered the "Parm to Table" (oven-roasted chicken cutlet, house-made marinara, melted mild & aged provolone, Parmesan, whipped lemon ricotta, basil on toasted ciabatta). It was the BEST chicken cutlet sandwich I've ever had in my life! What made it stand apart from other sandwiches? The whipped lemon ricotta! I washed it down with a pour of "Currency Check" (Double New England IPA), followed by "Mexican Blanket" (Imperial Stout). The beer, like the food, was fantastic! I must also point out that the staff were so friendly, knowledgable, and helpful throughout my visit. I highly recommend Vitamin Sea Brewing and look forward to visiting their Weymouth location!

It had giant comfy couches, tall ceilings, and beautiful, upscale decor that made this feel like a glamorous experience. Our server was extremely personable and knowledgeable, what a delight! He answered our tons of questions and had great wine recommendations for my friend. We got conflicting information from the hostess vs the server on whether food was available and what time they closed, which seemed a little odd. Ultimately I was able to order off the abbreviated trivia food menu, and really enjoyed the Winter Vegetable Flatbread with sweet potato, Swiss chard, kale, and gruyere - very unique recipe with lots of distinct flavors that came together beautifully! The crust was soft and I dipped it in some beer cheese that came with my friend's pretzel (the cheese seemed a little watery to me but had a distinct beer flavor, so bonus points for actually being a beer cheese!) I couldn't tell if a couple of my beers got rearranged on my flight board, so wasn't sure which I liked and didn't. One was smokier than I would have thought it would be but had a sweet taste. The Boch was a bit bitter for my taste. I really enjoyed the White Stout most of all to my surprise - normally a heavier beer is just okay and not the favorite of my taste buds, but this one was so unique in style and crispiness. The beers all seemed very European leaning and authentic in flavor, although a bit on the heavier / less sweet side (fitting for the colder weather but not my personal favorite). The trivia host seemed to have a lot of regulars and the volume wasn't overbearing, I'll have to check it out again and actually play next time. I really loved the cozy upper brewery area - check it out before the renovations finish downstairs LOL!

I had the Cape Vod Po Boy, overall pretty good but a bit too much bread. The house made potato chips were the true star of the show, best chips we have ever had. Only negative with this place was that the service was quite inattentive.

From the moment you walk in, the vibe hits you perfectly: a spacious, welcoming taproom with that perfect mix of industrial brewery charm and cozy, comfortable seating and great music. Whether you're grabbing a spot at the bar, settling into a table with friends, or enjoying the fantastic patio everything feels thoughtfully designed for maximum enjoyment. Berkley Beer Company pours some of the best craft beer in the region. Their Golden Ale is crisp, smooth, and perfectly balanced, ideal for session drinking. Their Fire House Red brings beautiful malt character with hints of dark fruit and spice that keeps you coming back for more. Every beer I've tried here tastes fresh, honest, and packed with passion. They clearly respect the craft and it shows in every sip. The Food is Legitimately Outstanding This isn't your typical "bar food" situation. The scratch kitchen delivers serious flavor. The pizza, apps, and the rest of the menu are all executed at a high level. Everything pairs beautifully with their beers, and the portions are generous without being ridiculous. Service That Feels Like Home The staff here are genuinely warm, knowledgeable, and attentive. They make you feel like a regular even on your first visit. Whether you're a beer nerd geeking out over hops or just looking for a solid pint and good company, they take care of you. It's easily one of the best breweries in the entire Boston area and beyond. I can't recommend it highly enough--Berkley Beer Company is a must-visit. I'll be back again and again.
