This place hidden in West Warwick is a lovely restaurant. It's one drawback is that it is not open all year. They close down for part of the season because the owners travel I guess. But they have the most delicious Italian food. Their steaks and their fish are excellent. It's lovely and cozy inside and the service is excellent. It's off the beaten path in West Warwick and to me West Warwick is off the beaten path. But it is well worth the trip. Go and you will not be disappointed read more

Pretty good experience. It is not good though when the experiences are this far apart. We arrived and were seated right away. The place was about half full and the crowds grew as the evening went on. The service was nice, but slow. There was only one waiter on duty. The food did take a while, so be prepared to be there a while. I think our total time was about around an our fifteen minutes. When we looked in the back, there also only appeared to be one cook in the kitchen working very diligently. And there was one bartender. So, it made things move a little slow. So now you want to know if it was worth it? We had the Pizza of the Day (BBQ Chicken), a Burger (Bacon cheese with caramelized onion) and a pasta dish with asparagus, sun dried tomatoes... For the drinks, there was Sangria. 1) Food - was well liked and in total we gave it a 4 star 2) Service - we agreed that the one waiter was really giving it his all so 4 star 3) Speed - Management fault - 2 Stars 4) Drink - 3 stars 5) Management for allowing only one cook, one waiter... 2 Star 6) Price - Mixed bag. Pizza ($12), Burger ($8) but the pasta dish was $19.00. It was good, and I do mean it was really good, but it was not $19.00 worth of good. Maybe 12. At first glance the building may not inviting to all, but once you make it inside it has a nice decor. So don't let the outside scare you it is definitely worth getting out of the car. To start they bring warm rolls with a great butter spreadFor an appetizer we had the Shanghai shrimp very large succulent shrimp in an interesting sweet and spicy sauce was very good. For the main course I had gotten the pasta Millonzi it was a solid pasta dish nothing to write home about, but was very good. We also had an eggplant pizza on special the crust was slightly over done but had solid flavors. The decor is very nice would definitely consider sitting at the bar also. Went at 6 on a Friday was very slow, but was gradually getting busier by the time we left. Overall a solid Italian restaurant with a twist. Owner refuses to honor the restaurant.com gift certificate from their own restaurant and it does NOT expire. We are supposed to get a refund from restaurant.com? Sounds illegal to me! The service is very good, the food is the best. Large portions, the meatballs are awesome 3 large meatballs with meal.

We arrived on a busy Saturday night, parking was a little tough due to the small lots and snow piles. Made our way inside and had to hunt down a waitress as there was no hostess to greet guests. Shortly afterwards, we were seated in the crowded restaurant. The atmosphere was lively, most tables had 4 or more people, very jovial atmosphere and very few staff members (2, maybe 3 waitstaff and 1 busboy?). On the night we went, there was a band playing, and a very good band at that. 5 pieces playing all the classics from generations past - trumpet, sax, keyboard, drums, and a singer. The downfall was that the sound was overbearing - even in the back of the restaurant, it was LOUD. Not what we were expecting, but nice to hear - perhaps if it was tamed down it would have improved the feel - everyone seemed to enjoy them, myself included. The service was a little slow at first - waited for a waitress who was being overworked with the large amount of tables to cover. Not a concern, we were not in a hurry. No apps tonight, and a glass ($8) of wine to kick things off. Dinners were delicious, and well portioned. Price was comparable for quality and quantity (actually, on the good side for this.) Veal parm, braised ribs, pastas, were all flavorful and hit the spot. People around us talked of groupons, which may explain the crowd. I wish I knew they had sold one, i would definitely buy one if they do it again. Overall, great food, nice atmosphere, decent prices. I heard they have a great cater menu and would look to have them host one of our parties in the future as well. We've been here a few times and always got an excellent meal. The bread is fresh and delicious and the portions are plentiful. We always have the same waiter and he is great,too bad I don't know his name. We like the atmosphere because it's cozy and quiet when you want a relaxing dinner. We went in with a Groupon to try the restaurant about a year ago and were quite impressed actually and surprised we'd never heard anyone talk about it. We loved the Tuscan Potato Chips and had the ribs as well - I think they were a special - and they had a great flavor. Plenty of food for the price and we had leftovers to take home. We have been to Millonzi's twice in a month, the food is great and pretty fairly priced as it seems to be cooked to order, but we have not had the greatest experience with waitstaff, the first time we had the woman and she was polite and engaging but someone in out party ordered chicken parm and it came out veal, when we brought this to the servers attention they brought us a new one, but insisted that the first order was chicken and it was I definitely would have ate boneless chicken that was that brown when cooked. Again the food was amazing so we decided let's try it again. We went on a Friday there was our party of 3 and 4 people at the bar, it seems like they only have 2 on the waitstaff the guy sat us and then took our orders got our drinks and then forgot we existed until our food came out, we didn't get any bread and when we got out order he kinda threw it at us, so I asked for some cheese for my pasta and he slammed it on our table. We like it there and we wanted to make a night of it but they acted like they didn't want our business so we got our checks and left. Went to Millonzi's after driving by several times. It's a cozy place which was very comfortable. They had a set-up for what looked to be karaoke later in the night but I feel like the place might be a little small for that. Who knows, I didn't stick around. I got some sort of Italian combo, it was called "Mama's something", I can't quite remember but it had a little bit of everything. It was good, but not great. Terrible experience. Reservation for 7:30, on time and greeted well and sat immediately. Waitress to the table quickly. That's the nice part. Everything down hill from here. Order food at 7:45. The waitress apologized many times and told us the food would be coming soon but that did not happen. Food did not come to table until 9:05.This seemed to be happening to everyone. At our table, one man sent his steak tips back because the rice served with it was hard and he was afraid of breaking a tooth. Two of the women did not finish their fish because it was so overdone. Drove there again for the third time and they are closed once again. I've made it a habit to check the website for hours - once they were on vacation, which was only noted on the sign on the side of the building once we got there. I know they cater a lot of events. They did a fantastic job at my friends wedding last year. But I don't understand how they are able to maintain a customer base nor fresh food if they only open sporadically. I went with some friends last night and we really enjoyed our food. Started with the Tuscan chips they were unbelieveable. Then we had grilled pizza ..white with figs and balsamic dressing and it was the best pizza I ever had! Each of us had a different entree which we all enjoyed. Pumpkin ravioli, Chichen Piccata, Pasta Millonzi. and I talked to the chef and made up my own toppings for Linquine. Every dish was awesome. The restaurant is has a nice feel. It is very cozy. Service on the other hand was something to be desired. Our server never introduced himself when he came to the table. The only way we found the name is from the receipt, which had 2 names on it! So, either Kevin or Dave, whoever he is needs a little more... practice. When we walked in, we walked around the empty restaurant for a good 5-10 minutes looking for someone to seat us. Ordering a coke without ice and having more ice than soda in the glass was a little upsetting. We had a few questions about the menu and Kevin/Dave knew most of the answers. The thing that got me the most would have to be that when he was ringing in out order I could hear him complaining to his coworker that we asked "a shit load of questions". The food came out in a timely manner. It tasted great, my only critique would be maybe a little more salt, and cut the chicken in the chicken and broccoli Alfredo a little smaller. Went for dinner. Atmosphere was ok, service was prompt. Food was a bit disappointing. I had the chicken parm which might have been a mistake to begin with considering I was at a Bar & Grille. However, the restaurant name is italian so I gave it a shot. The chicken itself was about a 1/16 of an inch thick. It was tough and could tell it was previously frozen. The sauce was sweet and bland. The house wine would have been better if I didn't have to dodge fruit flies all night. I am unsure if I will give it another shot. read more

I was taken there for my birthday. I was skeptical because of the location. I was reassured that it was a nice place. I ended up ordering Tuscan chips and Chicken Parm. I also got a side salad. The Tuscan chips were awesome. They were hand cut deep fried potato chips with a side of delicious cheese sauce. (I think the menu said it was Gorgonzola leek sauce). It was 8 or 9 dollars. Then I got my side salad. Typical house garden salad. Lettuce, cucumber, tomato, etc. The blue cheese dressing was very tasty, light tasting and smooth. Finally my main course, chicken parmesan. It was a plate of pasta and marinara sauce, a breaded chicken breast pounded out flatter than I have ever experienced before covered with sauce and lots of cheese. The sauce had a bit of the green taste from the garlic. The serving was huge, I think the price of the plate was 15-16 dollars. I would go there again, especially for the Tuscan chips. read more

I would absolutely recommend Millonzi's Catering to anyone that wants delicious food at their event. They have an extensive menu and deliver high quality meals. My wedding plans included a pasta station and meat carving station with an on-site chef. My birthday was made up of a range of dishes including Baked Mac & Cheese to Chicken Francaise and Steak Tips. They will be my go-to for future catering needs! Several guests said it was the best food they've ever had at a party.
