My claims adjuster suggested BMC to me and I sure am glad that I listened. I had a great experiance with BMC. Everyone was very helpful and professional. Roger was helping me and he went out of his way to keep me informed and up to date with the repairs of my 2007 Mercedes Benz. Once my car was taken apart, Roger noticed that I needed a new front bumper and he called Farmer's and got it all handled My car was ready as promised and looked even better than I had expected . I'm very happy with the job done by BMC. I would most definitely recommend this body shop. read more

Excellent customer service! Went to have my car inspected and repaired after sadly my wheels and rims were stolen and my car was left on the ground. I received excellent service from Roger, he worked with my insurance company to have everything fixed and replaced on my new Camry 2019. My bumper was repaired, it came out looking better than when I first received my car. After I picked up my car from the shop I noticed there was a clip missing underneath. I returned to the shop and it was taken care of hassle free. Would definitely recommend this shop and will be returning in the future. read more

My new vehicle was keyed in a parking lot. Heartbroken, I turned to my insurance company, USAA. I was referred to Fix Auto through USAA's list of approved vendors. I had the pleasure of working with Roger from start to finish. Roger was honest, responsive, and a master of his craft. He clearly explained the process and was prepared for my questions each step of the way. I also received text alerts that kept me posted on the progress. I got my vehicle back within a week. It looked brand new again! In addition to the repair, Fix Auto also deep cleaned her inside and out. Roger ensured I was satisfied with their service. He's a genuinely nice guy who cares. I highly recommend Fix Auto in San Leandro. I have had some issues with my car these past couple of years from stollen rims to a basketball hoop smashing my window to my back fender being cracked. I have used a lot of repair shops that State Farm insurance recommends and by far and I mean by far, this shop is the BEST. They matched the color of my paint to the T and the work on the body of my car looks like she just walked off the showroom. My car looks outstanding!!!!! Highly recommended!!! read more

This is a great place to have your car fixed. They even took a couple of small dents out of my door that wasn't even part of the repair and shined up my headlight at no charge. We told Roger Reveles that we're in the process of moving to Idaho and when my husband mentioned he needed to polish his headlights before we left, Roger told him to bring his car down and he would polish them also at no charge. Bottom line is that my car looks like new:) read more

So I found this place through my insurance 21st century I came in after they made my appointment for 4 days later once I came in it was a feeling of "hey let's see how much money we can get out off this sucker's feeling" The car was worth $8000 he made it so The cost of the damage was $9500 a total loss for damage worth about 5,000 i took it somewhere else and for half the price. My truck needed some work done after a minor car accident I was in. I'm so thankful my insurance led me to Fix Auto for my truck services. Roger was awesome. He managed to keep me informed with everything going on. And my truck was finished within 2 days PLUS they washed my truck inside and out! I definitely recommend Fix Auto for car repares! read more

Simply fantastic experience. After a hit to a column... sigh... I was forced to fix my car. At first we were going to take our car to another shop in Oakland, but as it turned out, they were sold and the service was abysmal. My husband found BMC and I am so happy he did. They were one of the providers that USAA has on their list. Every part of our interaction was seller. The communication was phenomenal, and we know what was happening through every part of the process. They took it in stride when USAA messed up the payment to them and handled everything to get that worked out. We also took my husbands car in for some random decal removal. They gave us a great deal on the labor and the finished product was lovely. I can not recommend them enough: workmanship, communication, customer service, availability, friendliness - it's all 5 stars. read more

I love this place! I'm very picky about my car and how the work is done and I wouldn't choose any other place. I was recently involved in a fender bender and I was looking for a spot that would make my car look good as new again. This place did exactly that. Great customer service and the owner would always call and update me how my car was doing. If you are in the area this is the place I would have to recommend. Thank you very much BMC San Leandro! read more

Let me preface this by saying that any car-related expenses are a drag. Whether it's maintenance or accidents, it's time consuming and absolutely no fun. My 2005 Acura was swiped at the Bart station and the other party requested an estimate so they could pay for the damage. I researched Yelp and discovered BMC received some glowing reviews, albeit a small number and they were conveniently located. I figured I was just getting an estimate, wouldn't hurt to check them out. When I arrived, Harry greeted me and typed up a reasonable estimate within 15-20 minutes, said it would be a 2-day job, and I was on my way. The shop as well as the office was very clean and well-kept. I decided to sign on with BMC for the body repair since Harry was very straight-forward and no-nonsense. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday morning. I explained to Harry that my driver-side door lock was broken and will no longer lock when I use my remote. He offered to take the door panel off and take a look. He said he couldn't make any promises, but maybe it's something they can fix. On Wednesday, Harry called to tell me that they found the problem with the door and that the replacement part would cost $27.00. I authorized him to do this additional repair and by early Thursday afternoon, Harry called to say my car was ready to pick up at 5:30PM that day. Ready in two days, as promised. The best part about my experience with BMC is that Harry took the extra step to look into a repair that impacts me on a daily basis. I have had several autobody shop experiences and none of them compares. BMC's level of customer service was outstanding and I highly recommend them. My car looks great and my door lock is fully functioning again. Harry and his crew are top-notch. Thanks BMC! read more

I went to BMC last year in January. They fixed my lift gate and my power window motor at a reasonable price. Plus, the customer service is top notch. In fact, I am writing this review because my window got stuck just last week. So, I brought it back to BMC. Roque and his team fixed it very quickly, like in an hour or less. Then, he didn't ask me to pay for the repair! They take care of their customers. read more

I rear-ended another car and damaged my front bumper and was looking for a place that would work with Geico and do a great job. Our Honda dealer recommended we take it to BMC of San Leandro. I'm so glad I did! They worked wonderfully with Enterprise to get me to a rental car and that was all I needed! My car is a particular orange color and the paint job is perfect. They even mounted my license plate upon request, and were happy to do it!!! They were absolutely wonderful!!! I don't know how well priced they are as I had to just pay my deductible and the refs was covered. I DO know that I am pleased with the outcome. read more

Had a minor scratch and dent on my Civic-Si, contacted my insurance company and they referred me to BMC. I was a bit nervous, as this is my first car, brand new, and never needed any auto body work. The color is a Dino Blue-beautiful, and was nervous to see if they would match the exact color. Apparently fixing scratches and dents, that are deep beyond the paint, is a hellla of a work job! Well I Dropped the car off on a Monday afternoon and by Friday afternoon it was finished. I couldn't get a ride at first and bummed that I wouldn't be able to pick up until Monday, but then they called me back saying they can have one of their guys pick me up...really?! Thanks! And they did just that. My car looks amazing like nothing happened, the color is a perfect match, their estimate was the exact price afterwards and their service was beyond excellent! Thank you BMC, I highly recommend them! read more

Harry and staff are wonderful! Called around to get our GMC Yukon headlight replaced because it was out. Thought it was a simple fix, but came to realize we had to take off the entire front bumber. So instead of us trying to mess around, we called a few shops. Each place told us that it was going to be $350 + to have it installed, AND this is with us already purchasing the bulb which was only $20. Went to BMC because I work around the area, and Harry gave us a quote we couldn't refuse. Harry and the staff took great care of us and had our car done within 20 minutes!! Definitely great service and great people. All the other 5 star reviews are true to their word. :-) read more

These guys are great. My 2009 Camry was hit while parked in Fruitvale. The fender and driver's side quarter-panel were damaged. The other driver was decent enough to leave a note, so there was no out of pocket for me, thank god. And while placing my claim with the other driver's insurance company, they recommended BMC. I gotta say, BMC was friendly, professional, and my car was delivered in the time frame they specified. As for the work, the paint blending is perfect. My car was returned to me with a show room finish. I'm actually really grateful. I don't want to raise unrealistic expectations, but two minor scratches in my finish were also buffed out as matter value added service. I mean, that is just awesome. Final verdict: superb. read more

Roger and the staff at Fix Auto did an amazing job on our car and went above and beyond to provide customer service. Our Volvo was damaged in an accident in which the other party claimed responsibility. Our dealership recommended Fix and we took the car there accordingly. Not only does the car look perfect, but Roger took the lead in corresponding with the insurance company and let me know I was eligible to have them pay for a rental for our family while the job was in progress (a couple weeks). Roger clearly cares about his customers and has a great attention for detail - what else can you ask for? read more

Top Notch Service and Repair! My wife's driver side mirror was bent but still operational (backing into our car port, let me not go there) It was finally time to repair it (new position of mirror gave annoying whistle when driving on the highway). After going to 2 other places and receiving outrages bloated quotes we landed at BMC doorstep. We were met with professional service and a reasonable quote. They began the conversation with how they can save us money on the repair. The way the mirror was bent, it did some door damage and needed a possible door replacement *gasp*. They told us they can perform a technique that'll save the door, Nice! The following Monday morning my wife took her car in and 2 hours later the mirror was repaired and no more whistling! I won't hesitate to comeback if needed. read more

I received my car back after $14k in damages to the front and back. The car was only 6 months old and I was skeptical about whether they could bring my "New" car back to its original state. I have to say they did a FANTASTIC job! The time to repair was worth the wait. Thank you, Essa! read more

Thank you BMC! I was not disappointed with USAA's recommendation. The stress and finance during holidays are enough to deal with and to add a car in the repair shop can weigh heavily. But you put my mind at ease with your customer service skills and you took care of me. I got into a car accident a couple of weeks ago and I was referred here BMC (now Fix Auto) by my insurance to get my car fixed. Roger was really helpful and professional explaining everything in details starting from estimating how much it cost to get my bumper fixed, timeframe to get things done up to following-up with my insurance. Everything was smooth sailing and they said it will take 3 days to get things fixed but they did it within 2 days. Fantastic! Rental car wasn't a problem too since enterprise is just a block away and they got me a rental car as well. All in all, I had a great experience with Fix Auto and now my car is fixed with a new bumper. Again, shout out to Roger for helping me and getting things done hella fast! Estimator Roger helped me when the tailgate spoiler on my Prius V got knocked off by the garage door. He found the most economical way to order and install the new matching spoiler and we scheduled the work for the following week. When I brought the car in for this one-day job, Roger kept in touch during the day then called to let me know that the car was ready. He also buffed out some scratches, and expertly retouched a long visible bumper scratch all at no extra charge. My car looks like new! They had also expertly repaired collision damage on another vehicle for me some years ago. Because in both instances I received excellent, above-and-beyond service at Fix Auto San Leandro, I highly recommend them if you need quality, fair auto body repair. read more

I have a 2019 Honda Civic and my car was hit from the rear exiting a freeway. Roger took care of everything for me. Since my car was still drive able, he recommended to wait to bring in the car until the parts were already at the shop. A few days later he called me to bring in the vehicle, and in less than a week the car was ready to go! I was shocked at how quickly they got it done, and the car looks just as good as when I first purchased it. Not only that, but they also put in the time to clean the inside AND outside of the vehicle, and waxed my tires! Overall, if i was able to give them 6 stars I would, because they deserve it. read more

I was referred to BMC by McKevitt Volvo in San Leandro as I was looking for a body shop that would do quality repairs on a Volvo. So I popped my trunk today. And it was vacuumed. And all my junk was organized, including my jumper cables bring nearly tucked behind my sub woofer. These details are the reason I've come back to BMC several times for all of my family's cars. BMC has gone above and beyond what a typical body shop does for its customers, and it has been consistent since my first visit. Having to get your car fixed and dealing with insurance companies sucks, but everyone at BMC makes all of it manageable. This review is long overdue but Fix Auto San Leandro is literally the BEST. As a woman, I am unfortunately always wary of who I conduct business with when it comes to my car *cough* San Leandro Kia, you suck *cough*, but Roger and the rest of his team were a dream to work with. After a series of unfortunate events that happened to my Kia Optima, I took it to Fix Auto SL after many recommendations from my friends. Throughout the entire process, Roger was transparent and kept me frequently updated which I appreciated so much since we were dealing with a horrible and shady insurance company. Despite that, he always had my back the entire time and I'll forever be grateful because he turned a dreadful process into an easy one. I learned a lot from this experience and I'm thankful that I had such good people on my side. On top of that, they helped my busted car look brand new again. I am highly satisfied my family and I decided to trust in BMC of San Leandro. We brought my mom's car in for a second opinion because we didn't trust the first shop we visited. BMC offered total transparency and educated us with thorough explanations until we understood. This was a difficult time for us, we want to recognize Essa and Tam for making this process seamless. THANK YOU! read more

My insurance company recommended this shop after I was rear-ended on the freeway, then slammed into a Mazerati in front of me. I was going to shop around first but when I saw the 5-star review people were giving them, I thought I'd give them a chance. They did not disappoint. Essa and Tam were amazing, and the crew did a fantastic job fixing my car. In a lot of ways, it was even better than it was before the accident. Some minor rattling noises are gone, and even the emblem color that was fading was repainted or replaced. BMC of San Leandro definitely went above and beyond and I am very happy with them. Great job, guys! read more
