I've used Tom Eplin's several times for body work. They've done great work each time and delivered when promised. I stopped by the other day to get a quote on a non-insurance fender repair. It turned out that all I needed was a few clips which they provided and installed for free! I would definitely use them again! read more

I really didnt know what to expect using them, since they were one of the shops on our Insurance company list. I have to say they do not disappoint. From the time I walked into their shop, they were very professional and upfront about everything they would do, reasonably priced, zero hidden costs about the repair and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone needing auto repair work. And as an added bonus, a handsome shop cat aka landlord named Mowgli read more

Highly recommend Eplin Automotive if you are looking for a used car. I have been shopping for something specific for a few months, and it is hard shopping for used cars out there. You don't know who to trust, I've had several rude encounters especially over Craigslist and fb marketplace. I was so relieved to find David Eplin, who happened to be selling the car I was shopping for! He was great! He made it so easy, accommodated my schedule, and not pushy in any way. The car? Beautiful. I'm having so much fun driving my little stick shift. So if you see something you like, check them out! You won't be disappointed! read more

Quick efficient and good value. Work well with AAA. Knowledgeable and experienced.Thank you Eplin's!

I had to take my car in for repairs after my bumper got damaged. Tom Eplin was one of the recommended shops. After reading the reviews I chose this shop. the reviews I read were 100% true. I was extremely pleased from the moment I met Dan. He was everything and more that I read in other customers reviews. They did excellent work on my car and always kept me up to date on what was going on. When I picked up my car, it looked like a brand new vehicle. They even washed and detailed the car. I now have a permanent place to take my cars and will recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their vehicles. They are a family owned business, and I love that because you know they will take pride in their work. we are in the process of having my truck done now. You cannot go wrong with Dan and the gang. Thank you guys!!!!! Vincent C read more

This is by far the best auto body shop I've ever been to! The staff was friendly, professional, and they even finished ahead of schedule. The service was great and they even gave me updates throughout the process. The quality of work done went above and beyond and I'd definitely recommend them to anybody in need of repairs! read more

I can't comment on pricing since I ended up here on an insurance claim. I do want to credit them on their customer service, specifically Adam. So the scum(s) decided to steal my catalytic converter. Fate sent me over to Eplin's. Adam was able to install a new catalytic converter and get my car back to me in two days. WOW right? They even washed the interior and exterior of my car. Super impressed. I did get lucky that the part was in stock. People are stealing these things left and right these days. Sad state of affairs. Adam also recommended an anti theft device that COULD prevent / discourage thieves from doing this to my car again. I had to do it. Anything to discourage the scum(s) is better than nothing. I equate it like the steering wheel club. It COULD prevent theft. For example, 3 identical cars parked next to each other, two have a club. The thief will more than likely go after the car without the club right? BUT! if someone really wants your car, they'll get it. Anywho, nice people. Took care of me and my car. Thanks Adam!!! read more

Their service goes beyond expectations! Reasonable price for quality service. My Porsche had a damaged front lip replaced. When I picked it up, my car was detailed to perfection! Not my first time using their services and would highly recommend them. read more

Did a great job with my car. Had no problem dropping it off or picking up. I really needed my car before the holiday and rather than shutting me down, made a huge effort to have it ready and can't thank them enough for the great customer experience! I was referred to Tom Eplin's shop through my insurance. The customer service on the phone and in person was so wonderful. My anxiety about getting there before they closed for drop off and pick up was always met with a calm reassuring solution. I picked up my vehicle cleaner than how I dropped it off. Every piece of broken glass was vaccumed and they even washed the exterior too. The environment there is so wholesome and felt like a family bussiness. From the sweet care of the old cat that is there you can tell there is heart all around. I recieved text messages during the process letting me know when to expect the finished proccess. Which was also calming knowing that I had to prepare for my rental to be returned as well. I will definatley look here for repairs if my insurance is not a factor. Again, Thank you Tom Eplin's for a job well done above and beyond! read more

Unfortunately I had to return for need work on my brand new car. When the car rental shop fell short I was pickeked up and dropped off, the work was done for 7mder the appraisal and all my expectations were meet. read more

Truly a great experience working with these guys!!! About a month ago my car was damaged while I was at work. The shop was recommended by a family friend, they did a great job with not only the work they did but really made sure to stay on top of insurance to make sure they were following through. Definitely will use them in the future and I'd highly recommend them. read more

We had our car crashed into by another group, who very thankfully, footed the bill and referred us to Tom Eplin's to get our car fixed. They did a great job with our car, which took about a month or so due to the holidays, but at the end of the day, our car was in service again. When I went to pick it up, I drove away in our repaired car, and it drove as good as it was in its original condition before the crash. Not a very long review, not much to be said here, especially since I may be biased since our bill was covered. At least everything was well-communicated and we drove away happy with the service done to our car. read more

My daughter went there with an appointment (may I add) to get her car repair estimate. (This place was referred to us by our auto insurance.) My daughter told me when she got there they rudely told her they were busy and will need to reschedule for the next day. I was disappointed for my daughter... so I looked up their customer service ratings ... And sure enough they had poor ratings. I told my daughter you don't need to give them your business. We found another body shop. I advised my insurance about this shop as well. read more

Let me start off by saying I am forced by my insurance company to come here. Been here two times now. The first time was to replace the front bumper and left headlight. This second time was to replace the rear bumper. After they fixed the front bumper, we had to come back twice because the bumper kept falling off. I suggested they use more glue and the front desk guy snaps back that they don't use glue. All their work has a lifetime warranty and that's great, but insurance only covered for a rental the first time I brought the car in. Not the second and third. Oh...and I had to miss work both times. This second time around, I did everything I could to avoid bringing my car here. My deductable is $500, so I looked into replacing it myself. Looked all over the internet for the bumper and the best I could find came to about $450 with the matching paint. Minus well pay the $500 for a professional to do it. So I took it here again. They quoted the job for $1500!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No wonder we all pay an arm and a leg for auto insurance. Because of places like this! read more

I got into a fender bender and was referred here from my neighbor that got her car fixed here as well. I came in to get a quote and was able to make an appointment and take my car in couple days after. I needed a car rental while my car is being worked on so they contacted hertz and had the car dropped off and ready for me to pick up on the day I dropped my car off. It was really smooth process without me having me to get a rental myself. They also send you text alerts on updates of your car of when it scheduled to be ready, halfway ready, and of course when it's ready to be picked up. When I got my car back, not only was my bumper fixed but my car was also washed and detailed! :) Lastly, Albert noticed one of my headlights were out went the extra mile and had the mechanic replace it, Thank you! All around, I had a great experience and left happy! read more

I would definitely recommend this body shop. My car was not only fixed to perfection but the extra service that was provided for my car was amazing and incredibly kind. They treated my car (an older Volvo) as if they were caring for their own and have great customer service and are very professional and know what they are doing. They provide service that is from a past era when businesses took pride in their work and reputation. read more

This place is a "God Send!" When my car was hit they took such great care of me and claim. They fought with me, they searched high and low for a part. This "part" if went unfound would have rendered my car total loss. They found the part because I have GAP insurance, but it would have paid my upside-down loan and left me back at square one. These guys are true advocates! You can really trust Tom Eplin's to take care of you. read more

First, I've had a couple accidents over the past couple years and my insurance referred me to Tom Eplins, and every time they communicate and meet or even exceed expectations. Great service, great technical jobs, and extra stuff beyond the call of duty. All State driver rear-ended me in California, so All State sent me to this shop. I got there at exactly 8am, and they were ready for me. However, Enterprise wasn't ready with a pick up, so one of the shop's people drove me. I got a call everyday to update me and tell me a progress report. One report was a different in price from the insurance quote, but that was already taken care of. In 4 days, the rear bumper was refurnished like new AND they detailed the car. Here is a great kicker, they found some dollars I left in the car's center console for emergency, and when they handed me my keys at the end, there was also an envelope with all of the money. Plus, the same shop guy I was working with came in at 720am, before their normal 8am open time, so that I could pick up my car before I went to work. Incredible service and Honesty. read more

My auto insurance recommended this place for repairing my car after an accident. The team finished the job within a business week, which was quite impressive. I was getting updates about the progress of my car and when it could be picked up, which eased my mind of stress. They washed my car exterior and kind of cleaned the interior. I overall had a good experience with them so I didn't dock any stars for the incomplete interior cleaning. Highly recommend for their quick service and friendly staff! read more

Honestly! Tom Eplin's Automotive folks are AMAZING!!! I went in to get my bumper fixed after being rear-ended. I was unsure of what to expect, but they were so friendly and thorough! I chose not to deal with a car rental since I lived pretty close by and they dropped me off at my house. They even called to let me know that they needed an additional day because the part they ordered was delayed. Thanks for the update. The day of I got a call that car was ready. I was in a bit of a bind trying to get over to the shop to pick up my car. They were so sweet they dropped it off at my house! I've never worked with an auto body shop that was extremely friendly and nice. They did an amazing job on the bumper too! Oh one more thing they even washed my car!!! It was so pretty parked in front of my house. Thank you Tom Eplin's Autobodyshop for a no stress experience! read more

I have several issues with the work that was done on my car: 1. Service was very slow- 9 days. 2. I was not consulted nor notified about extent of work. 3. Unnecessary work was performed- rear bumper painted. I was not consulted about this before work was done. A bumper sticker was removed without my permission. 4. Communication was inadequate. 5. Upon delivery the vehicle had an unpleasant chemical odor in the vehicle- it smelled like motor oil or gasoline. read more

This body shop is awesome. Adam is incredible and this shop does AMAZING work. My vehicle was recently hit and the damage was pretty substantial. I was really worried that my car would never be the same. I was shocked when I went to pick up my car; you can't even tell it was ever in an accident. This body shop worked their magic and I couldn't be happier. There was a delay in getting a part for my car and the staff at Tom Eplin's was really good about keeping me up to date and communicating with me. Their level of service and expertise is top notch! This Body Shop sucks. They tell you that they going to do fix everything. But in the end they don't end up fixing what they agreed upon. And to top things off the over sprayed my parts they poorly fix. And to top things of I complain to the owner that happen to be on site the day I picked up my truck. And he gets all bend out if shape when I'm telling him what is wrong. And starts to curse me just because I told him everything that was wrong with the work. I will definitely not be back to this place. And also will tell my insurance which is AAA. IF THEY HAD NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS. read more
