An update from the previous review is that we just took the car to another shop and found out these folks didn't fix/replace half the things they said was fixed/replaced and charged insurance for. The current mechanic took pictures of everything that the previous paperwork said was fixed/replaced and was not. He's told us and showed us things that were still damaged from the accident and supposedly repaired/replaced by this place. I didn't recommend them after the previous review, and will be opening a claim with the insurance company & reporting them for the things they claimed were fixed/replaced and weren't. There has to be some kind of fine, penalty or punishment for stealing insurance money for things not fixed/replaced as a business. Bad business etiquette and thievery is what took place here. Well...here we go again. 3 weeks after picking up my car from my hit and run I got involved in another no fault accident when a woman decided to pull out of the curb without looking. Both right side doors ate it big time and they were completely gone and them some. This time around it wasn't a hit and run and she actually stopped to apologize and swap insurance info. Very next day brought my car back to ACC and Raul gave me a puzzled face. "Weren't you just here a few weeks ago?" he asked. "I know, I'm back, I got into another accident!" I replied in disappointment. Raul did a quick assesment and gave me a turn around time of 2 weeks. Since I was recently here I knew the drill and then had a rental car company scoop me up and take me away. I was updated with texts pretty much everyday on where the repair status stood. Got the car back exactly 2 weeks later like Raul said. When they pulled the car up it was literally like "nothing happened" damage wise to the car. Getting into an accident is stressful enough as it is, but the process of getting your car fix is a hassle in itself as well. I called so many places that were recommended by Tesla but they didn't pick up or said they weren't ready to work on teslas yet. Luckily ACC was able to fit me in for a quote the same day!! I was so excited- finally some progress towards restoring my baby. I went during lunch and they were understanding of my time and tried to get me back to work ASAP. I brought my car in the week after and was told it would be around two weeks. They finished in one and a half and called me to let me know that I could pick it up sooner. My Tesla Model 3 driver side door was dented so I looked for Tesla approved collision centers with 5 star reviews on Tesla's website. Automobile Collision Center in Hayward nearly had a 5 star review so I decided to take my car there to get it repaired. The body shop manager, Raul, was the one who assisted me and he was able to get me an estimate for the repair very quickly. As soon as I got an estimate from the other party's insurance, I was able to schedule an appointment with the body shop on the days I was available, which was really convenient. And although I didn't have my rental car reservation number at the time, the body shop was willing to assist with rental car arrangements with Enterprise. The body shop would send updates about the repair status daily and I was really satisfied with the work done on my car. My driver side door looked good as new and they even polished the interior and exterior of my car which I was not expecting but very happy that they did. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! Aside from their attitude and overall lack of professionalism they had my vehicle for over 2.5 months and never completed the work. Each week they'd tell me my vehicle was going to be ready then when I'd call on the date the story would change. It was odd because the entire time they told me my car was complete and waiting on a cosmetic part. After getting the run around and constant changing dates I decided not to call and just showed up on the date to pick my car up (after the pickup date kept changing 5 times). They were so upset that I showed up that they ignored me for 1.5 hours. Finally I was told that they are doing me a favor and putting my car together now. He was angry and telling me how the shop was rushing to put my car back together since I did not want to wait for them to fix my car. After 2.5 months and them telling me my car was ready and just waiting on a grille I saw that my car was in pieces. I had to stay calm because now I knew they'd been lying and were rushing to put my car together. After sitting in the shop for almpst 5 hours I got my car back and was told how they did me such a huge favor. They said since they had to rush to put the car back together and if anything happened to the car to give them a call before calling Geico to give them a chance to fix it since they had to rush their work for me. I was dumbfounded at how upset the shop was that I needed my car after 2.5 months of them just replacing my bumper. As soon as I got my car home I noticed some old parts on my car that were not there before and my car was driving like something was loose (or in my case like the car was put back together last minute). I called the shop immediately and was told the other parts only look old because of the newer parts they replaced. I'd been calling Geico throughout the entire ordeal letting Geico know that I was exceptionally concerned about this business but Geico did nothing. I explained that my car was not fixed and that I dis not feel safe taking my vehicle back to this shop. It was the worst experience I've ever had with an autoshop and after being with Geico for 10 years with no claims was shocked Geico did not hold them accountable. I got a new insurer and decided to buy the part myself. I took my car to another shop and paid out of pocket to have my front grill installed. In taking my car apart the new auto shop showed me how my car was still damaged inside and showed me the bent parts, missing screws and brackets. They told me it looks like the shop only fixed the bumper and the damage that remains is damaging my transmission. Now I have to reach back out to Geico to re-open my claim and let them know the work that was said to have been completed along with the deductible I paid was grossly incomplete. You have up to 3 years after an insurance claim to follow-up. If this shop has worked on your car within the last 3 years and did not complete the work or did a terrible job you can legally still get your car fixed under the origanl claim. I am updating this review with paint state on bumper after 2 years. Cracked and peeling. I've tried to get this repaired elsewhere but no shop is taking this repair and called it paint failure from the first shop. I am worried this will never be fixed properly and all shops will turn it away because of this repair... DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. LOOK AT THE REVIEW FROM 4 MONTHS AGO THAT ALSO SAYS THEY ARE COMMITTING INSURANCE FRAUD. Fight your insurance and do not let this shop touch your car!!!!! After a bumper replacement on a car with only 2000 miles, they put a refurbished bumper on (?!?!?!) and did an absolute failure of a paint job that is cracking and peeling. They don't care about the repair's lifetime warranty, it's impossible to get a hold of the damage adjuster, it's impossible to get Geico to make the damage adjuster call you. I've been trying for 3 weeks. "it's been too long since we repaired it it's not our fault that the paint is failing,You sure you didn't hit something?". Yes actually I'm sure, in fact a shop already refused this job saying it's paint failure and they don't know what was done to the bumper and they will not touch this car to repair it. I wasn't born yesterday, and grave mistake to treat a woman customer like they know nothing about their car. There is no primer on the bumper and there is no adhesion promoter, the bumper wasn't sanded at all. THE BUMPER WASN'T PREPPED. I'm looking the person evaluating the car in the eye and tell him there's no primer, and he's like "well there has to be primer on it otherwise it would've fallen off already". Really? Seems to be falling off at a pretty fast rate, just that the start was slowed down by the general cool mild weather of the area. That's not even it, I've been told about the exceedingly poor masking job they did around the paint, that I should walk around the dealer lot and see that all new cars have imperfect lines. "It is a one piece plastic texturized bumper, they're all like this". Really? The paint is lifting from the edges on new cars? The paint is cracking on the plastic panels of new cars every time it gets over 80 outside? As if the poor repair job wasn't enough, treating the customer as if they're stupid and gullible is really the cherry on the cake from this business. read more

DO NOT PICK THIS LOCATION EVEN THOUGH IT IS RECOMMENDED BY GEICO. Peek the other recent reviews on here - you've been warned. It took 45 days to get my vehicle back, and honestly they only worked on it for 2 days prior to my picking it up, and that's because I called in daily to check on its status during the last week. The other 43 days consisted of BS automated text updates that tell you absolutely nothing. When you call in, they just keep promising that the vehicle will be completed the next day, and then it continues to be delayed again and again. Took my Hyundai back in January since some jerks decided to try and break into it, they took care of my car so well and even gave it a detailed cleaning. I was notified every step of the way, since I got a rental car through my insurance I was able to pick it up from the shop and drop it off there as well. Pau was super nice and so helpful with the information she provided. I plan on using them whenever it's needed. I also took my Volkswagen Tiguan in January since someone hit it while it was parked. I was referred over to them by my insurance carrier and was completely disappointed the moment I walked into the shop. Extremely poor customer experience and work. Our SUV got rear-ended and had damage to the tailgate, bumper, and impact bar. The other driver's insurer sent me to a nationwide chain body shop, which wrote a ridiculously high estimate, so that insurer wanted to declare a total loss. At that point, I'd have to consider spending more money to buy a new car - a massive headache. I talked to Jeff at Automobile Collision Center (ACC), who was extremely helpful. He reviewed photos of the damaged area and recommended I go to my own insurer (Geico) because there was no way the car should be considered a total loss. I made a claim with Geico, which had the car towed to ACC on June 22. Raul of ACC sent me multiple emails with updates. He said the expected completion date of July 5 and sure enough, the car was ready on July 5. The car looked brand new. I really hope that I won't be in any more accidents, but if it happens, I'm going to ACC ASAP. read more

The project was a huge project and they really did a great job on the body work my gripe was the attention to detail after the fact or the "quality control" if you must. These small things can be over looked with a huge project such as this and after speaking with Raul the owner I'm happy with the way things were handled. He made it right and agrees he'll have a talk with his guys. He covered my rental for the extra time needed and did what was right. PLEASE PLEASE PICK ANOTHER AUTO BODY SHOP. LOOK AT MY PICTURE!! Do not get your vehicle fixed here. The picture speaks for itself. I am asking JEFF to honor my BBB complaint for them to fix my backseat. Their response was acting like this never happened so here is a picture showing the damage they did to my vehicle and the damage to my backseat from removing the parts from the front of my vehicle that they wrecked!!! This auto body company which has numerous locations has a practice of storing dirty, oily parts on their customer's leather backseats after breaking down the car for repair. This picture was taken by me after I took my car to this auto body shop to have a windshield fixed. They are an authorized Geico shop. When picking up my vehicle one of the workers there (you can see my previous review) was bringing out my car and wrecked it into the rental causing front in damage. I was appalled and it gets worse from there. The owner was very rude when trying to get them to fix my car from a mistake they made. I came to view my car while they were repairing it and found this what is shown in the picture. Is this what is going on behind the scenes at this body shop? Have other customers found that their backseats are messed up and asked why just to be told that your backseat was that way before you brought it in. If you have had your car fixed by then at any of their locations and have backseat damage like I still have then you should go after them because this is PROOF on how they do business behind the scenes. I fought with them to have my backseat fixed but little to my knowledge the backseat cover was replaced and now the springs are pocking out of the seat probably from all that weight of the parts for I don't know how long they were stored on my seat like that. Of course I went back to them and ask them to fix this and they said NO. So I am coming here to warn everyone so they won't have to deal with this just to not come here. I am a mother of an Autistic child (they know this as well and don't care). I use my car to drive my autistic child to his necessary doctor appointments every week sometimes as far as 2 hours one way. My autistic child sits in the backseat and this is where the spring is poking out of the seat. How am I supposed to get my autistic child to his doctor appointments. Catalytic converter seemingly disappeared after taking it to this shop and leaving it with them for a few days. When I called to inquire about it and shared that two men from my neighborhood thought they saw the catalytic converter shortly before it was taken to the shop, they IMMEDIATELY became defensive, saying that the two men probably didn't know what they were looking at. They claimed they had photos but when I asked for them, they said "we can't do that." Suspicious, anyone? It's hard to say whether or not it was stolen under their watch, but the way they handled it was not professional at all. Even before this fiasco, when you walk in, you'll notice a bunch of people hanging out who don't seem like they want to be there. When some elderly lady hit the gas instead of the brake when parking, her insurance repaired the damage to front of my parked car using this repair shop. They did an excellent job. Recently, I accidentally bumped a work truck. The truck sustained no damage, but the plastic grill on my little car cracked. I returned to this shop, and they found an aftermarket inexpensive fix. This shop deserves ZERO MINUS STARS. They are FRAUDULANT & THIEVES! I am filing a lawsuit on this company for the damages they have caused me & to my car and ask you to contact me if you would like to recover your damages in a joint action lawsuit. I had my car dropped to them 3 days ago since Geico recommended them which they will not anymore when the lawsuit is filed. My legal team is working with Geico providing all the witness videos, recordings that I have collected the past 3 days that they had my vehicle. After day 2 when I found that they are in the process of stealing my car parts, replacing parts with defected ones and not providing the information I am requesting, I contacted Geico to tow my car to another shop today. Raul REFUSED to release my car when the Geico tow truck & myself were at the shop. He lied saying that he did not get a release authorization from Geico when I already had that release confirmation with me. He wanted me to call Geico again. That is when I told him about my legal team in action and that I am recording this entire scene. He immediately agreed to release my car. He had openend up the entire vehicle for only a right side damage and refused to put the parts together for the tow truck. The tow truck driver had to assemble the wheels back to load my car and I know there are missing parts the damages and costs for which will be included in the lawsuit.
