Above and beyond. Contacted Mario the night before about some body work needed. He was ready and waiting for my car as it rolled up on a tow truck. He immediately got his two guys Ruben and Julio to double team the work needed. Arrived about 9am and they were done by 1pm. Super fast, efficient and very communicative. No bull shit! Thanks Mario and Ruben and Julio. Last but not least thanks to Juan for taking me to work and bringing me back once the car was done. Mario was kind enough to arrange to have Juan accommodate. Complete full service with high laser point focus on the customer needs which is tailored to the particular repair and urgency . Thanks again and I will return for all my body shop needs. read more

Had a GREAT experience, the Staff was very professional, respectful and friendly. Their service is top quality, my truck looks brand new, can't believe I got hit a week ago, took my vehicle on Monday morning and by Wednesday afternoon, I received a call from Mr. Mario to let me know that my truck was ready, they did an amazing job. I was feeling a bit nervous and confused because didn't know when or how to start this process, I was lucky enough to have found this jewel, basically their kindness and professionalism put me at ease. Mike, Jose, and staff were nothing short of AMAZING! I drive an old (2011) Pilot and the roof paint was oxidizing so I needed to get that painted, as well as some scratches on my passenger door touched up. Initially Mike said it would take 4-5 days for my car to be ready but imagine my surprise when Jose called me just 3 days later and said my car was ready for pickup ! They did an amazing job, and I'm super OcD about how my car looks . But this new coat of paint has my car looking brand new. Their exceptional attention to detail is apparent, and they communicated with me via text the whole time my car was in the shop with updates. They also can help you get a shuttle service to get a rental car and a discount through enterprise. These guys are friendly, kind , smart and go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. They even detailed and cleaned my car for me before I picked it up! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop for ANY type of body work. They're very trustworthy and their results on their cars are nothing short of beautiful ! Also they have fair prices read more

I had a great experience with A Street Collision. They did an excellent job repainting the roof of my 20-year-old car--it looks refreshed and well done. They even helped me rent a car at their discounted rate. This is my second time coming back, which says a lot about their work and reliability. The customer service was friendly and professional. Joe walked me through the process, and Jose kept me informed on the status throughout the painting. The pricing was very reasonable. read more

Thank you, A Street Collision, for making my car look amazing! I was hesitant about where to take my car because I wasn't sure who I could truly trust with my "baby." I brought in my Audi Q5, and Hector and the entire team went above and beyond. Even though I had plenty of options near me in Dublin, I chose A Street Collision based on the great things I'd heard, and I'm so glad I did. I took my Dodge Charger to A Street Collision I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone that needs auto body repair. David and Joe went above and beyond to help me. They were willing to meet with me after normal business hours due to my work schedule and even tried to help me when I wasn't sure if I was going to even fix my car. They explained the different options that I had and worked hard to get me the best price possible which I really appreciated. They are very professional and made me feel comfortable which is important since as a female that is not always the case. My car looks even better than before and they were quick! Although I'm hoping I won't need to take my car in again, if I do I would absolutely go back to them and I'm recommending them to everyone. Thank you so much David and Joe! read more

Great auto shop, Rico took care of me as I was in an accident over a year ago and finally the person at fault admitted to the incident. I took my car in to fix my front bumper and told him my door was clicking as well. Rico told me him and his team would replace the bumper and look at anything underneath to get it back to it's original look. Left my car with the shop for about a week and Rico called me throughout the week updating me about what was wrong and what he was going to replace making sure I was okay with it. After a week, I came to pick up my car and it looked amazing. Rico told me they even replaced my headlight and painted the rusty front lip which I didn't expect but it looked great! Definitely a good auto shop, and Rico is a super friendly guy who's always smiling and gives good vibes straight off the bat! Thank you!! read more

David and staff did a excellent job fixing my truck. They kept in touch with me during the process. I would highly recommend this shop.

What a great experience! My car was hit and the other drivers insurance was covering everything- however the driver had AAA and if we wanted the work to be guaranteed we'd have to go with a business that is on the AAA list. So I chose A street collision and I couldn't be happier! From the very beginning of the process to the end the service was amazing. Rico walked me through what would happen and called me to give me frequent updates so I knew what to expect. Their shop looked clean, organized and professional, which is not always the case in autobody shops. The work they did on the car made it look like a brand new car, probably even better than before the accident, lol. I am super pleased, and would definitely recommend them to friends and family. read more

After a minor fender bender, I got a recommendation to take my car into A St Collision. David helped me immediately as I showed up for my appt. It was quick, but thorough, and I was in and out with ease. What I liked best was the auto shop was able to help talk to my insurance, so I didn't have to spend my time dealing with both parties (insurance and auto shop). Once our claims were settled, I also wanted to get my headlamps fixed as I wanted brighter lights at night. Instead of replacing my headlamps, David offered to clean the existing to remove the cloudiness I had. I immediately scheduled some time to get my headlamps cleaned, and they were done within 30mins. At nighttime it was noticiable brighter when driving. Instead of replacing the light fixture completely, his offering to clean the headlamps realllly helped us save some money. Love a business that looks out for their customers, and helps us save unnecessary money when there could be other solutions. 10/10, would recommend. read more

You can tell a lot about someone by how they treat you when they have nothing to gain from you... Car crash. Other driver had AAA who recommended this shop. Turns out the car is a total loss, so no work for A street. These people were SO UNBELIEVABLY KIND AND HELPFUL. They were patient and understanding. Even helped us remove our 12 inch woofers from the car on GP when they clearly didn't have to do that. Rico, thanks for your graciousness. We appreciate you! - Clean shop - Labor rates actually posted on the wall in their office - Solid, beautiful work (When I visited the shop I took notice of the repairs they were doing in the garage 5 stars! read more
