This place is the best! I really trust them to do great work, and the owner and employees are really kind. Oliver has treated me really well for the past two times I've had to drop my car off there. They do a thorough job, do a good job communicating, and took care of working with my insurance appraiser for me. They also usually detail my car after the service is done for free! They really make me feel cared for and pretty much only trust going to them as much as possible for any car body work. read more

The only thing I ask for was communication and my 2023 car to look like it did before the accident. To my amazement it looked better! As far as the communication Oliver was the best, he went above and beyond. I never once had to check the status he provided weekly updates and let me know if there were any changes along the way! I strongly recommend SCR and I highly suggest you ask for Oliver. I recently brought (towed) in my 2025 Lexus NX350h for collision repairs, and I'm absolutely blown away by the results. Oliver Ramos and the entire SCR Collision staff treated me with professionalism, honesty, and care. Mr. Ramos took the time to explain every step of the repair process, provided regular updates, and worked directly with my insurance to make everything as smooth as possible. When I picked up my vehicle, I was honestly stunned -- it looked showroom new. The bodywork was flawless, the paint matched perfectly, and every detail was restored with precision. You'd never guess it had been in an accident. It's clear that this shop takes pride in their craftsmanship and customer service. If you care about quality and want your vehicle handled with the highest level of care, I can't recommend them enough. Five stars across the board! read more

1 broken driver window, $8,700 and 38 labor hours later and I'm still wondering what I actually paid for. The quality of what was fixed looks fine, but a lot was left to be desired. They say "transparency is our priority," but I never knew what was actually being done. They even removed my rear bumper and I still have no idea why. The shop claims they can only repair things that were officially reported, but they still went ahead and fixed other items I never mentioned. So it felt like cherry picking... they took care of the easy, high ticket stuff, but ignored dents and scratches right next to the areas they worked on. The new trim already had swirl marks(from last minute buffing?), and I found glass still sitting in the center console. That could have easily cut someone's hand. For nearly $9K and weeks without my car, I expected better attention to detail and a more complete job. This was insurance work. These shops thrive off insurance claims because they know insurance usually won't fight back. I will not be returning. Next time I'll take my car somewhere local that actually values quality and accountability. Until then, if you read this review, take your car somewhere else. I'll talk to San Leandro Honda and tell them to stop recommending this shop. read more

Had to pay another visit to SCR Collision after I ran into a huge pothole in my 2011 Honda Pilot that was completely unsafe to drive afterwards on a Sunday. Just my luck since SCR Collision is close on a Sunday but I still wanted to test my luck again by reaching out to the owner of the shop Abraham Alonzo who guided me through the process and even helped me open up a claim through my insurance. He responded immediately and even arranged for my vehicle to be towed his repair facility all on a Sunday. In my past experience with inconveniences happening to my vehicle, no shop has ever offered me any assistance with opening a claim or even sending out a tow, if that does not speak quality I do not know what to tell you. It was completely effortless I tell you. The staff even went as far as calling my insurance to get me set up for a rental vehicle however I did not have that coverage on my policy. The day after Drew Torres, one of the estimators at the shop reached out to me notifying me that my vehicle inspected and an estimate was submitted over to my insurance company State Farm. A couple of days passed, Drew notifies me that State Farm has yet to reach out to the after after SCR attempted multiple times to get in contacted State Farm. He asked if I could reach out to apply pressure on my insurance company because they were being unresponsive. I was completely appalled that State Farm was dragging their feet on my claim because my family and I have been a customer of theirs for well over a decade! Long story short it took over two weeks for them to review SCR's estimate after SCR and I reached out to them multiple times. Throughout this entire time Drew was in contact with me the entire time and never once left me in a grey area! Anyways my vehicle ended up totaling out out because the amount of the repairs exceeded the value of my car. It was a bummer that it took my insurance two weeks to determine that since I was out of a vehicle the entire time. To sum up my rambling review, SCR has once again exceeded my expectations with another insurance claim and I cannot thank them enough for making this process as simple as it can be. I will 100% recommend coming into this repair facility for all of your collision needs. read more
