When i first dropped off my car Safi had his brother give me a ride back home after dropping my car off which was nice of them since i didn't need to order a ride back. Also Safi was very communicative throughout the entire process which was great. I felt very confident and safe leaving my car in their hands! I appreciate Safi for making the process super smooth and easy for me, lifting the stress and worry away from me. Simply Amazing! No one is happy when their vehicle is involved in an accident. It is a stressful experience. Add to that the insurance company making your life difficult. If you look through my reviews I initially went to a shop that my insurance company recommended and they gave an estimate that included replacing things that were not even an option on my vehicle and gave an estimate that made the insurance company declare my car a total loss. The damage was cosmetic but enough that I wanted it fixed. From the moment I met with Safi it was like a boulder was lifted from my shoulders. He was very patient and helpful. He explained the entire process of the reiregistration process and said he would help me navigate the paperwork and inspections that will be required. My car is 18 years old but I have taken good care of it so the engine should last a while longer. Imagine my surprise when I picked up my car and he looked better than he did before the accident? He looked like new! I can honestly say Safi treated me like a sibling making sure the car was the best it could be. He was very mindful of pricing and advised against getting things done that would cost too much and were not necessary. His staff even noted that one of my brake lights was out as I was leaving and he took care of that as well. He takes pride in his work and will not let you drive away if your car does not look like new. You don't find people who are so meticulous in their attention to detail and desire to provide a high quality outcome. Honest, Fair, and Highly Skilled - Safi is the Best! I had a heartbreaking accident backing my brand-new Tesla into a post. I was incredibly upset, and it got worse when I visited several body shops--including Tesla Authorized centers--who all insisted the entire quarter panel had to be replaced for a small dent. A family member got struck on the freeway and could not operate the car afterwards. The front-side wheel was misaligned and was unable to move. Safi and his team were extremely accommodating with both the transport and insurance procedures for the car. I was referred to this shop by one of my friends after getting into a collision. I showed up with no appointment and there were ready to help me. They made sure all my concerns were covered and kept me updated on my vehicle. I had some concerns with the insurance taking care of my car and my rental, but Autocraft made sure I was covered. I had requested for some of the left over supplies to fix some of my own damages but instead they went ahead and helped me out and fixed it. They had made sure my car was coming out brand new and left me with no concerns. The service advisor knew how much I valued my car and treated it as if it was his own. I am so so so happy with the services I received here. I have been trying to find someone I could trust to fix the top coat failure on the hood of my car. I was actually supposed to go to 2 more places after getting a quote here, but I committed to an appointment as soon as I talked to Safi. They seriously turned my neglected mom car into a shiny princess. Also they gave me a perfect color match, polished my head lights (they were so cloudy) and pushed out my dents without me even asking. I'm pretty sure they also vacuumed my car. I went to a local auto bodyshop in Mountain View, and got a quote on 1200-1500. They listed about 8 hrs in disasembly / assembly for a small scratch on my front fender. A friend suggested to check with Safi at Auto Craft Body & Paint. I drove over and showed my dent and Safi took a totally different approach. This can be fixed without all disassembly, and can be fixed quickly. I left the car with them same day, and picked it up on the morning 2 days after. The dent / scratch was fixed, and the paint was matched 100%. You can't see any signs of repair even if you knew it have been fixed. And the best part at the end..... the price was less than half compared to the other location doe to all the saved labor in disassembly / assembly. I know where I will go next time !!! read more

I found AutoCraft on Yelp after looking for a shop to get some hit n' run damage on my bumper looked at on my lease. AutoCraft was the second shop I called and I sent photos over text looking just for an estimate. Safi, the owner, reviewed and offered to polish it out before seeing if painting would be necessary. I brought in my car - where Safi himself was able to thin out the paint, polish, and wipe down the surface all within 5 minutes. We brought our Lexus here over 5 years ago when the car was less than 6 months old and got rear ended. We had such a great experience which you can read about from my previous review. We got into another collision 2 months ago and brought the same car here again. There was a lot more damage and a lot more parts that had to be replaced this time around. With the pandemic, there has been a supply shortage on parts.
