Someone backed into my wife's Jeep and put a dent on the passenger side fender. We know the family and didn't want to claim through the insurance for other reasons. I would have been ok with leaving the dent as-is but the dent made the fender bent in which was rubbing into the door every time we opened it. As I didn't want to get insurance involved I wanted to keep the cost low but pretty much all the body shops were asking for north of 2 grands to fix it out of pocket. First of all, customer service is top notch and they make the process of fixing your car very easy. Special shout out to Ricky who helped me with a quote and kept in touch with updates about my car--including letting me know what insurance was not willing to cover and what my options were. Scraped my front bumper against a wall pulling out of our parking space in our complex. It got scratched and part of the bumper came off. I emailed them for an estimate and Greg called me back within 30 minutes. They said to come in anytime and no need for an appt on an estimate. I showed them my car and they said they can pop it back in for me within 30 minutes.I gave my baby girl a bottle while we waited and by the time she finished her milk they were done. Very fast and friendly service. Reasonable price.Family owned and operated. They were quick to answer any calls that came in and never let the phone ring. Greg was very courteous. He even offered to help put my stroller in the trunk for me. I damaged my bumper rushing to take my son to half day preschool and I was able to get it fixed by the time I had to pick him up.This is the second time I have used them and I will continue to come back if I need future work done. My car was hit while it was parked and my insurance company recommended Aaron's Body Shop to repair the damage. Pat was the person who helped me throughout this whole process. He assessed the damage and gave me a run-down of how everything would go and even gave me some alternatives to save money on repairs for my car. Ultimately, I decided to go with repairing my car through them. It did take a few weeks to be able to schedule a day where I can drop my car off since they were very busy but I feel like it was worth the wait in the end. Leading up to the day I had to drop my car off, Pat gave me a courtesy call to remind me about my drop off date. While my car was in the shop, Pat gave me friendly updates on the status of the repairs and an accurate timeline of when my car would be ready. During the repair process, Pat alerted me that my car battery died and he offered to replace it for me which I felt was very thoughtful! My particular repair took a week to finish. Once I picked up my car, Pat gave me a run-down of the repairs and also gave me a few tips on maintaining my engine since he replaced my battery. Pat was awesome and a great communicator. Actually coming in to get my car fixed I was a little worried. Took my Infiniti in to the my sunroof, front bumper and rear bumper replaced. I was freakin amazed at how fantastic of the work they did. I mean having to buy a new front and rear bumper for me on top of painting it to the same color as my car all around. I mean I was skeptical about how well the paint was going to come out. But holy shit. They did an outstanding job on the paint. I mean I couldn't even find a single paint drip or discolor at ALL. Level-set: If you're at the body shop, it's already not a good day. I stumbled upon Aaron's Body Shop the same way many of us do - it was not too far from my house when first I looked them up back in the mid-2000s when my car was hit in a low speed fender bender, and my experience with them was quite pleasant - family-run business with a high level of service, did a nice job on the car. Since I regarded myself as a *safe* driver, I figured I'd never see them again. That did not hold. In 2016, my car was hit by a falling tree branch while I was driving, and I needed body repair. Went back there, and it had the same feel, but they had definitely amped up the customer service component, and their level of service and expedience was even higher than before. I am somewhat of a car guy, so when asked, they were happy to give me a detailed description (and they provide photos) of exactly what labor was entailed, and why. They also followed up in a timely fashion when there was uncertainty about parts availability. Suffice it to say that I've had some sub-optimal luck with my most recent car, and I've had occasion to go back to Aaron's TWICE in the last 6 months, and the experience is even better than I remember from 2016. When you interact with them, you never forget that it is a family business and that everyone there is respectful of the customers AND their fellow employees. The work quality is top-notch, cars are finished when they say they'll be finished, they follow up with timely information, and their prices are fair (sort of standard insurance labor numbers). They are always friendly and polite, and make sure that your body shop experience does not rank down there with a trip to the DMV. Bottom line, I don't enjoy going to the body shop, because it means my car has been hit, but my experience at Aaron's Body Shop makes me dread it less when I have to go.
