I was referred to Auto Body Express by a family member who highly recommended them and they did not disappoint. I had a mishap and my BMW needed some body work covered by my insurance. I have been to a few body shops over the years and even went to the shops recommended by my insurance company and I have to tell you the experience left much to be desired, but Auto Body Express left me in awe at the work they did. I had such a great experience at Auto Body Express and highly recommend this place!! Very professional and super knowledgeable staff. This is a genuine business that actually cares about their customers. I dread going to mechanics / car shops but this place really made you feel comfortable and at home. Shane was great at listening to my needs and keeping prices affordable especially since I wasn't going through insurance. I got a few quotes at other body shops that were in the thousands more than my car is worth!! Other places quoted me 15 hours of labor, and basically replacing my entire front of the car. Along with a paint job which I didn't even ask for. I drive my car a tons and it's very old that when I dented my front bumper it was hanging off and needed fixing ASAP (see before and after pictures). Auto Body Express knew exactly what to do... they heated the bumper then popped it out and attached the bumper back to the car. I don't care about the aesthetics of my car since it's very beat up already. If you need body work, don't go anywhere else except for this place. I brought my one year old leased car in because I stupidly crunched my front fender. The paint had these reflective speckles imbedded in the paint so I wondered how it was going to look. OMG I could not tell any difference between the new fender and the rest of the car. It was like the original paint. On top of it, Shane detailed the rest of the exterior and interior. He is a perfectionist. Someone you won't find in a dealer body shop. This is his business so he owns the work. You cannot go wrong coming here. Plus he a super nice guy. read more

One day last year the front bumper and grill of my car got caught on a concrete parking stopper and it ripped off 80% of the connection to the rest of the car. I was completely broke, couldn't afford my car insurance deductible at the time, and the front of my car was hanging off. I rolled into Auto Body Express and they attached it back the best they could and gave me a temporary fix where the car was at least drive-able. They did it for free, in about 15 minutes, and gave me an estimate to get it fixed properly. Their quick and dirty 15 minute fix lasted me for over a year. So they get 5 stars for helping me for free when I really needed it. I came back over a year later to get the car fixed properly. I wasn't completely happy with the job they did because it turns out they missed a couple of things. But I am forever grateful for their generosity and service when I was in a bind. read more

I had an issue with my car's (BMW) bumper where my bumper tabs were broken. I took it over to these guys on recommendation by an auto shop that has been working on my family's cars for year so I didn't hesitate to try them out. The place seemed very disorderly and not properly managed when I got there just the first time. it took me 3 whole visits just to finally get a hold of someone who was (or atleast claimed to be) a manager there to take a look at my car and see if they could help me and give me a quote for the repairs. On the third visit there was an Indian/Fiji looking man who was on the heavier side and said he was one of the managers. He said he'd come take a look at my car. Upon looking at it he says right away that the clips are broken on the bumper and they can't fix it. Then he starts pointing out that the alignment on my bumper is wrong and that it shouldn't be that way. He says something about a portion of it covering the headlight and it's wrong. As I tried to explain that the vehicle naturally has that look, he starts calling me "rude" and saying he won't work on my car to which I tell him he already claimed they couldn't work on it even earlier to which he says we are able to do it but I won't do it for you which makes me really wonder if they really could help me or if he just made accusations on me to hide the fact that they are incapable of doing the work. Either way, PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. I repeat, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Very poor service and disregard of customers and their issues:((( read more

I brought my SUV in today after scraping my front fender when backing out of a car garage...the impact ripped the molding and part of my bumper loose. After seeing my vehicle the manager named Chris got his helper Gustavo to take a look at it free of charge. To my surprise they actually put it back together and bent the frame to even it out and make it look 100% better than it was before when I showed up..after the fix he gave me an estimate and everything took about 30 min...I really appreciate your guys help and I definitely will recommend to my family and friends.. Super highly recommend this place!!! I brought my Mini Countryman in to replace the bumper, which was cracked (long story) and to fix one of the flood lights. Latchman did a thorough walk through with me around my car to review everything and pointed out what needed to be repaired and explained why, which I really appreciated. He ordered the parts and let me know when they arrived. The parts took a while to deliver but Latchman kept in touch with me, providing updates and following up with BMW for the parts. After the parts arrived, I brought my car in on a Monday at 7:30am. Latchman said they would do their best to have everything done by Friday. It was ready on Tuesday,the very next day!!!!! 4 days early!!!!! Joe was able to work on my car all day Monday and got it done. Everyone there is so nice! Now I have a "guy" who does autobody work. This review is LONG overdue - Auto Body Express went ABOVE AND BEYOND my auto repair expectations!! I would definitely come back and recommend this shop to anyone! I was sideswiped on my way to work one morning and it left my car severely scraped and slightly dented on the drivers side. I called to see if I could bring my car (appropriately named Carla) here for repairs, and mentioned it was being covered through their insurance, Geico. Shane said he works with Geico so I brought my car here with a preliminary estimate. I was then scheduled an appointment to bring in Carla and even have Enterprise meet me there so I could go to work that day. Now the day I bring my car in, enterprise had a bit of a delay picking me up that morning - no problem - one of the guys at the shop was happy to drive me up the street to the enterprise where I was taken care of. This is where it gets epic, I dropped my car off I believe midweek and I get a call a few days later with an update. They have already begun working on the paint and putting the finishing touches on Carla and will be done with her by the end of the following week, and even sent me pictures!! My jaw dropped - Carla had a bit of a booboo and my dad and I took it upon ourselves to try and cover it up last winter to avoid any bare metal exposure causing rust in further rainfall with an "in-home-paint-job" we referred to as a band-aid LOL. They guys did such a nice job cleaning up said band-aid and making the whole job come together so nicely!! I was impressed to say the least - Carla was getting the works. Dents, scrapes, paint - all taken care of thanks to this team! All in all I believe it took about a week and a half until I picked up my brand new looking baby doll and left the Enterprise rental with the guys. Everyone was super proud of the hard work put into my car when I picked her up and I'm relieved to say the least that the whole crew was clearly in on the amazing results I see in Carla every day now. Thanks a million for the hard work and integrity put into not only my car here - but also five star communication and repair time and quality. I'd give this shop more stars if I could. Long story short, I came to the shop to get an estimate on the work needed to repair my car after someone rear-ended me. Shane thoroughly explained that he could not give a proper estimate due to a number of underlying issues from the collision aside from the obvious paint and bumper issues. I relayed that message to the other party involved in the accident but they wanted to hear it directly from the shop. Fair enough. We met at the shop. Shane again outlined all of the potential issues that he had already explained to me but the other person refused to believe it and accused Shane of taking sides. The truth of the matter is there are no sides. All that matters is the cost of the repairs and who is paying for it. Shane was unbiased and did not allow for any disrespect for a customer hadn't even spent a penny there. This shows that there are good, honest people here at this shop. I've taken my 1996 Jeep Cherokee here several times for 3 new back gates (people keep rear-ending me -- there must be an invisible target on it) and each time the prices are beyond fair, the work is superb, and they're very fast at getting my Jeep and me back on the road. I recommend this business highly. This time the gate had shifted, wouldn't close properly and finally jammed shut. Shane took car of me and my 65 Mustang and I'm extremely pleased with the work. It looks way better than it did before the accident. I rear ended some lady and damaged my hood, bumper, grill and left fender. There was a couple other parts that he was able to repair and saved me some money as well. I didn't want my insurance to go up so I didn't claim this one. Shane saved me some money and found some aftermarket parts and did an excellent job matching the custom paint color. This was everything you would want from an autobody shop. Fast, efficient, great job, with a high level of personal service. Details are some morally challenged person decided to key my car in a parking lot. I took it in to AutoBody Express for a quote. Shane handled all the paperwork including arranging a rental vehicle and getting claim approved by insurance.I took my car in on a monday and they painted the whole passenger side beautifully. Job was complete by Wednesday afternoon. One satisfied customer. I found Auto Body Express through Yelp and this is one those times where I can confirm the 5 star reviews are legit. Shane and Rolando were friendly, funny and put me at ease from the second I walked through the door. I immediately got an estimate that was below what I expected after reading body work horror stories online and the work was done fast, in less than 48 hours, and my car looked brand new when it was done. Proof is in the execution though - I was having a scrape, showing bate metal, on a fender fixed and got detailing inside and out, as I was returning a leased car at the end of its lease. Even though I thought the car looked great, I wondered what the dealership would think and they agreed, which is true confirmation. I will definitely be bringing any body or detailing work to Auto Body Express and they really have some great guys there.
