Had to drop a review for Armando at ProTek Shine Studio, the guy seriously knows his stuff…read more A buddy of mine (who has the same car as me) recommended Armando, and after seeing his results and checking out ProTek's work on other high-end vehicles, I decided to go for it. I brought my car in for PPF, ceramic coating, and ceramic window tint. What stood out right away was how thorough Armando was during the initial consultation. Before he even gave me a quote, he carefully inspected the car for any paint flaws and actually pointed out some imperfections I didn't even realize were there. Instead of just wrapping over them, he took the time to correct as much as he could before starting the PPF install. The quality of the work is top-tier. The PPF looks clean and precise, the ceramic coating has made cleaning the car ridiculously easy (water just slides right off), and the ceramic tint was done perfectly. Armando is real, transparent, and super easy to talk to. No pressure, no sales gimmicks, just honest advice and quality work. If you're thinking about getting PPF or tint, do yourself a favor and talk to Armando first. Can't recommend him and ProTek enough.

The wrap job is best in the Bay, everything is so tucked, no one believes it's wrapped. I have to open the doors to show them. The finish is incredible. The staff are top notch professionals. Seamlessly functioning, capable and knowledgeable. Joe, the owner, is really good at describing exactly how things will turn out. Everyone there genuinely enjoys what they do, and they really do live up to the "OCD" name when it comes to attention to detail. I learned the hard way that not all highly rated Yelp shops deliver real quality. After going to another popular place, a friend pointed out several issues in the work that I had completely missed. Never again! I would much rather pay for top-tier service and have peace of mind than worry about fixing problems later. Most recently, I had a front PPF and tint done on my Tesla, and the results were flawless. OCD Detailing is one of the few places capable of tinting the entire Tesla roof using a single piece, with no seams, and it looks incredible. They were also kind enough to help install hub caps I purchased separately and recommended a great source for blacked-out emblems. My car turned out beautiful. The only downside is that I live in San Francisco, so the drive is a bit out of the way, but it was absolutely worth it. I recommend OCD Detailing to all my friends whenever they're looking for high-quality PPF or tinting. If you care about your car, this is where you take it.

The dent occurred through the…read morePPF applied to the hood, so I didn't need any paint repair -- paintless dent repair would suffice. I enjoyed being able to get a quote and schedule the visit with Mr Dent all via text messages. That worked well. Mr Dent arrived at the agreed upon time and quickly set to work on my car. The dent was a small one -- fingertip-sized -- and Mr Dent was able to completely eliminate it! I'd sent him an initial photo of the damage via text for a quote (the same image attached here) and he quoted 80% improvement was likely. Well, I call the repair 100%. It's great! Of course, there's still damage to the PPF, but that's the point: it saves the paint. I'll probably replace the PPF after a few more snags and dings on the protective layer. While Mr Dent was here, he noticed another minor door ding style dent on the front, driver-side fender. It was subtle, but clearly there once you knew to look for it. He ended up fixing that one as well for no extra cost. Impressive! Overall, working with Mr Dent went smoothly, resulted in a very nice repair to my car, and didn't break the bank. I hope I never get any more dents in my car. But, if I do, I'll have Mr Dent come over straight away!

What can I say about Auto Body Express?? Well, in the simplest word, outstanding!! I have had two vehicles repaired by this facility. Both times the process was professional and done in a timely manner. Alex is a very kind and understanding. He made sure I understood everything that would be done and even took the time to look and see if my vehicle had any recalls to be fixed. The office isn't like most shops, its warm and inviting. I was rear-ended on Highway 92 late January 2014. I found Auto Body Express on this site and based on the reviews decided to go with them for my repairs to my Toyota Sequoia. Shane and his staff took care of my vehicle and kept me well informed of the process, even when my insurance company didn't.
