I visited fix auto to have my new hood clear coated. Upon arrival I was quickly greeted by Cathy. Customer service was excellent. The turnaround was about a week and the hood looks magnificent. I would definitely recommend this body shop as their customer service is amazing and turn around time was quick! read more

I do not recommend them. The tow truck driver told me it would cost $175.00 to transport my Toyota Tacoma. I had it taken to FIX Auto San Leandro for repairs, but I later decided to take it to a different body shop instead--and FIX Auto San Leandro charged me $640.00 for the towing service. That is not right. read more

Someone hit my car when it was parked in front of my house and the first body shop I tried ghosted me after taking photos for an estimate. I went to Fix Auto SL on a rec from a friend and they were amazing. I got an appt right away, and by the end of the day I had an estimate and an appt for repairs. The parts came fast and my car was done in two days from when I brought it in. They had excellent communication and stuck to every timeline they quoted. They were extremely helpful in getting me the best parts for the best prices and explained everything well. It was less than a week between me coming in for an estimate and me getting my car back in excellent condition. They are right next to Enterprise if you need a rental, but I did not need one because they worked so quickly. I would absolutely come back here again. read more

Amazing customer service and work. Jose kept us updated on everything from insurance to parts delivery. They said it would take a week to fix the damages caused by a rear end collision, but I got my vehicle back sooner! They even washed and cleaned the interior!! Above and beyond by far! Highly recommend this place. read more

Recently got my car worked on here , and my experience was good . I worked with Jose he was very kind and explained to me everything they would have to do he was my point of contact and communicated with me on updates ,however the downside I was given one quote then when i told them I was goin through insurance the quote end up going up so I had to pay 1k out of pocket ,it took a total of 5 days . upon pickin my car up I only inspected the back where the damage was done , not thinking anything would be wrong anywhere else . when I got home I inspected the whole car I noticed it was a scratch on my front bumper that wasn't there prior to dropping it off so I immediately called Jose and told him , I brought my car back in on Tuesday due to Monday being a holiday and Jose and his boss handle the situation very well and fixed the issue it took them a day to fix the scratch read more

These guys are super professional and fast in what they do. I had a great experience working with them for an insurance claim I had to deal with. They were responsive and also quick in sending me all the documents. Unlike another auto shop I used prior to them... (I also wrote them a review, so if you are curious which one to avoid, you can go through my reviews). Only thing I say they can improve on is sometimes they could make you wait a long time in the office. I say don't be afraid to le them know that you want to go. They are also conveniently located right next to a rental car office, so if you need a rental it's super convenient to just grab one next door! read more

Not only did they fix the body damage but my car looked like it had been detailed. Through out the process they kept me informed of the progress. I could not be more pleased. read more

Luis is fantastic. He kept me updated every day on the status of my car, working with the dealership service and my insurance to get estimates approved and determine next steps. I didn't know what to expect from an auto shop, but they exceeded any expectation I could have had. Highly recommend. read more

Excellent work on the front of my car. Best price and friendly service. Also, they washed my car inside and out!

Walking into this whole situation I was clueless and had a lot of anxiety. I've never had a damaged car before. My car was crashed all along the side; had horrible damage. They are the only shop I genuinely trust now. They are patient in ensuring you understand the process and they ensure you're taken care of along the way. They update you as soon as the status changes on your car and assist you with all the questions you may have. The shop owner Roque was patient and making sure I understand what was damaged and what the next steps were going to be. Genuine people, definitely recommend read more

I was referred to BMC through the Honda dealership in San Leandro because they don't do body repairs. I dropped in and was able to get an approximate quote within minutes. My car doors were keyed on both sides. Roger and his team were very kind and professional. We had to handle this outside of insurance and he knew I was being cost conscious. I hope I'm not being too naive in saying that I think Roger did the best he could to give me a fair price for the repairs! They were responsive and on time and not the kind of shop to make any moves without your consent and then tack on surprise charges at the end. I would definitely feel comfortable recommending this shop to my yelp fam! The car turned out like new. read more

Robert and Luis went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired and ready in quick time! Robert's skill level and professionalism has my vehicle assessed and my insurance approval within an hour. He explained what had to be repaired, how it would be repaired and gave me an estimate of repair time frame. Luis worked hard and was quickly able to ensure proper and quality parts arrived quickly. He also went the extra mile to make sure my car was quickly back in my driveway, looking brand new. In fact, the entire Fix It crew, from intake, parts, maintenance and painting (as well as anyone else I missed) were friendly, professional and skillful. I am especially very pleased they managed to turn a predicted repair time from 5 days to 3 days! Excellent team work to everyone at Fix It! Thanks to all! read more

Àllstate gave me a list of body shops to take my car to I chose Fix Auto because it was located near a car rental. I was at a stop sign, fully stopped when I was rear-ended. Yes, the person hit me and ran. My bumper was crashed in on the left side and one of my sensors was missing, the other was malfunctioning. YES I recommend FIX AUTO to family and friends! Thank you so much, FIX AUTO!!! read more

Had an accident over the holiday's and without the leadership and management from Roger and his team with the entire process, whether it be regular updates or communication with my insurance, I was always kept appraised on an ongoing basis. Once the car was ready, he literally walked me through everything that he and his wonderful team did to get the car back to its original look. Roger would even check back with me post-pickup. Wow, such a great example of what customer service looks like. Roger and his team run a very tight ship and wouldn't hesitate for one moment to recommend them as well as use their services again should I happen to need body work in the future. They are simply the best and customer service is an absolute A+! read more

I wanted to wait a month after the completion of the job before reviewing this business in order to see if the job would still look the same as time passed. And let me tell you, it looks exactly the same. I came in after a job that had gone horribly wrong by another auto repair shop. I had to get the double passenger side door panels stripped/repainted, my car's left side bumper fender needed to be repainted, and the grille needed to be replaced. Roger was so understanding of the situation and worked with me to get the car back to its original state. He communicated the costs and what the shop's plan was prior to completion. After two weeks, I received a brand new car. It looked like the day my car left Toyota's lot. That evening, I noticed that the handle on the passenger side was a bit bumpy from overspray (from the first job that had gone badly), and Fix Auto San Leandro was accommodating, and was able to clean the handle up in less than 15 minutes! I am so thankful that I came here to get my car fixed. They did a fantastic job and really worked to meet beyond my expectations. Highly recommend! read more

I was referred to Fix Auto by a friend of the owner, and I am so glad things worked out and that I was able to bring my car to Fix Auto. Roque, Roger, and the team communicated every step of the way and did an excellent job with my repairs. Fortunately, my vehicle was operable, so I was able to bring it by in advance for them to take inventory of the parts needed. Once all the parts arrived, the team was able to handle the repairs within 48 hours. They even washed my car inside and out, which was an awesome perk that I wasn't expecting at all. I would definitely recommend Fix Auto to anyone I know looking for a body shop. Huge thank yous to Roque, Roger, and the team. I'm very happy to be back in my car. read more

I had the worst experience ever!! Roger is very unprofessional and a liar!!!! They received my car on the 1st and he sent an email stating he ordered the part. Roger gave me the part number and I called Honda after a received my car back and he didn't place the order until a week later. He emailed me on the 16th saying they just got the part and he will be finish with my car in the afternoon after washing it. Honda said they received a week ago and not to mention my car was not washed it still had the scratches and dirt all over it. Roger was yelling at me through email and speaking very hostile over the phone. If I could give no stars I would. read more

I was hit by another car over the weekend and my CR-V was I very bad shape. My insurance company gave me options to have repairs completed. I was so lucky to BMC of San Leandro to do the job. I needed a flatbed sent to get my CR-V for pickup and the guys Tam and Roger were on it! Getting to BMC of San Leandro I got to meet with Tam And Roger Reveles in person. Roger walked me the entire process of my repairs. The focus and attention to my needs were perfect. The team had a texting system to keep me posted during the process as I dealt with the insurance and my doctors visit. These guys are great! Hands down an amazing experience. Friendly and polite. Keep them on speed dial if you need a job done right. Thanks Roger and Tam. read more

My catalytic converter on my Honda CRV was tampered with and I couldn't drive my car safely anymore. I spoke with Roger from Fix Auto, he was very professional and helpful. Roger worked with my insurance company, scheduled a tow truck to pick up my car. Roger kept in contact with me throughout the fix and then explained to me that my catalytic wasn't stolen, just needed to be welded back together. They fixed my car in less than a day. They also cleaned my car inside and out. I highly recommend Roger and Fix Auto for any car issues and repairs, I am very satisfied with their work and customer service read more

McKevitt Volvo recommended Fix Auto after I was rear-ended, and fortunately they were on the list of repair shops provided by my insurance company. Fix Auto definitely earns all the 5 star reviews. We chose them because McKevitt Volvo referred us. Fix Auto was stellar: they kept in regular contact with us, they ordered parts before insurance company approval so that our car would be ready as fast as possible, they updated us regularly, and they asked us to let them know if there was anything we needed or any concerns we had once we picked up the car. My car looked fabulous and they went above and beyond to make it look great. I really appreciate excellent customer service, and Fix Auto was excellent. As good as it gets: I highly recommend Fix Auto. Thanks, Fix Auto! read more

A week after I got my new car it was broken into just so they could take a look into my trunk that had nothing in it (hatchback curse). He even sent me photo updates to show me that they removed the door panel to remove all possible glass shards. I thought I'd be without my car the whole weekend but I thought wrong!
