I only wish I found this place earlier! Roque saved me over a THOUSAND dollars! I had a really bad dent on my trunk lid and all the other body shops charged me over a thousand dollars. Roque told me I could pick up the part at a salvage yard for $450 and put it on for FREE. Who does work for FREE? Apparently these guys do. He did a great job and I am definitely recommending him to others. Thanks Roque! read more

I had a small fender bender and BMC was able to get my car in the day they received my parts. The did have to order additional parts, but they made the process as seamless as possible. They were pleasant and very helpful. I will use them again if needed. read more

Fantastic, fast, quality job with these guys. Honestly, the best body shop transaction I've ever had. Tam, Essa and the rest of BMC team were informative, transparent and extremely helpful in getting my hatchback repaired. The finished product was outstanding and on time. They walked me through every step, kept me informed of the status and completion, and actually took care of every little detail in between, including pick up/drop off support for Bart so I could get this taken care of with minimal impact to my work schedule. Great value and flawless service. I hope I don't have to see them again for any other vandalism/damage issues with my car, but it's great to know who I can trust and go back to if needed! read more

BMC of San Leandro provided amazing service to my car in a short amount of time at a spectacular price. I had my rear bumper completely replaced and they completed it within 3 days. Our company vehicle was involved in a hit and run accident and Doral's referred us to BMC San Leandro. Harry at BMC kept us updated on the progress on the repairs and was a pleasure to work with. I am very happy with the service and love the fact that my car was personally delivered to another company, Sam Signs, for our company wrap. If you need any auto body work go to BMC. read more

I am 9 months pregnant and I've been claiming over my middle console this whole time. Places I called said $500 and I can't afford that. But when I showed up here they found an affordable way to fix my car and now me and my baby couldn't be happier. read more

The people at BMC are wonderful! Our brand new Chevy Z71 truck was hit by a drunk driver while parked. They hit the back driver's side tire and did extensive damage to the internal rear end. There was body damage to the fender as well as the front bumper. It took awhile to get it repaired but it was because of their meticulous efforts to have the work done right and up to specifications. I highly recommend this body shop for your auto repairs, if you are ever in need of an auto shop! Two thumbs up! read more

My mother in law got a little to close to a yellow pole causing some damage. Worst part of it she was backing up with the drivers door either open or not closed all the way, anyway the edge of the door hit the pole first pushing the car door in a matter that it ended up about two inches lower than it was supposed to be. Which meant you had to lift it to close it. Anyway we took the car to Fix Auto in San Leandro where we were greeted by Roger Reveles one of the estimators he took all the info then took us out to start the estimate. After looking at it the door he told me about an adjustment tool they had for alignment of doors. He then asked to borrow the keys and lead us waiting room showed us where to get refreshments and said give to give him about ten minutes. About ten minutes later he walked into the waiting room and said you are all set and took us outside. We looked at the car and not only had they realigned the door they removed the yellow paint and reattached the molding that had popped out. The best part there was no charge . Thank You and we will definitely be back if we need their services read more

My car was hit in a parking lot in a hit & run. I had damage to my quarter panel. I yelped and found that BMC of San Leandro was close by and they had 5 stars. I decided to try them out so I called and spoke to Harry who told me to come in so they can inspect the damage. Once I arrived, Harry and Roque came out and they were really friendly, professional, and made me feel at ease about getting my repairs done with them. They told me how long it will take and gave me in an estimate on how much it will cost. A few days later, I dropped off my car. When I picked up my car, I could see a lot of attention to detail was done on my car. I was definitely satisfied with the repairs and I was very impressed. Great all around service. I would definitely recommend BMC of San Leandro to all my friends and family. read more

The owner of this place really took care of my vehicle after it was t-boned. Roque even dealt with the insurance appraiser after she under appraised my vehicles damage. I was able to get my car repaired sooner than promised too which was a huge plus since I didn't have car rental covered by my auto insurance. My car looks as good as new and the repairs have a lifetime warranty! All in all, I'd come back here for any future repairs, but hopefully I won't have to. ;) read more

First time experience with having to get my car's body fixed and fix auto took care of business. BMC did a great job getting our vehicle fixed. The front end of our '11 Chevy Malibu was smashed in and they fix her and made her look like new again. QC Roque Moya made sure we were fully satisfied and we were. This is our first time going to this collision repair shop and the positive reviews are accurate. Bottom line, If you need a professional job done with stellar service this is the place! read more

About one month ago I was rear ended on the freeway, didn't really know what auto body shop to take my car to until I stumbled across all the great Yelp reviews this place was being issued. Fortunately, I wasn't disappointed when it was my turn to take in my car. From the very start of my claim, Fix Auto in San Leandro alongside with Roger and The entire staff were extremely attentive to all my request and questions. Roger is a solid dude in which he explained to me all the steps he was going to take to make sure that everything was taken care of correctly. The staff were all extremely respectful and helpful, Roger and the staff was able to deliver the car three days in advance and he made sure all components on the rear bumper were as it was just completed from the factory floor. If your looking to take your car somewhere for any body work issues, make sure you touch base with Roger at Fix Auto in San Leandro. The crew they have down there is definitely worth the drive, I'm giving them the full five stars because Roger and his staff truly deserve this compliment. Now I know where I plan to take any future issues (knocking on wood) / projects too. Roger, thank you for taking care of my Situation in a timely and honest manner. Yelpers!!! You cannot find this kind of quality staff and work now a days. You owe it to yourself to at least have them check out any issues that you may be having. You will not be disappointed. Many thanks fix auto San Leandro. read more

I have had the best experience at Fix Auto-San Leandro for the repair of my car. let me go back. No one wants to be in the situation with the aggravation of a accident then have to deal with insurance. While driving up 101, my baby was rear ended. When I say baby I mean my car only had 4000 miles on it. Pretty brand spanking new. Still waiting for permanent plates- new. I was devastated! After the initial shock, I started asking around for recommendations to the best body shop and a friend suggested Fix Auto. Specifically San Leandro. Well, my friend did not steer me wrong. When I booked an appointment, Roger handled all the paperwork, dealing with the insurance (multiple times), making sure I got genuine WRX parts and making sure I was updated regularly. They took the stress out of a bad situation and I wouldn't hesitate going back if I was ever in that predicament ever again. Thank you Fix Auto, and thank you Roger! My baby is whole again! read more

Thank you BMC I have the worst luck with every new car I have ever purchased I swear they are like a magnet for the first 6 months for scratches and door dings but after it comes home from BMC it looks brand new again read more

I was referred to Fix It by my Auto Insurance. I was hesitant at first. So I checked their reviews, I was surprised by all the positive comments from previous customers. I made an appointment to check them out. I met with Roger. He was great, answered all my question, and I ask a lot. He made me feel extremely comfortable and explained how it would all be repaired in steps for me. This was the first time I had to go through this. My car had a great deal of damage and explained it was going to take a while, and that they would keep me posted the entire time on their progress, which they did. Fix It were Professional, Helpful, and didn't make me fill like a dumb female. Which happens a lot in this type of industry. I'm very Grateful and would highly recommend them to everyone I know. read more

The front driver side panel of my Acura got damaged while it was parked at my job. I took it to Fix Auto and 2 other places for an estimate and Fix Auto in San Leandro was cheaper. I scheduled a drop off date with Roger and 3 days later my car was completely restored. Throughout the entire process Roger stayed in contact with the lady, whose son damaged my car, so he may inform her of the final price to pay. Thank you Fix Auto! read more

I had an excellent experience here! My car was hit in a parking lot and I needed to get the bumper repaired. I came in and met with Essa Man and everything went smoothly. I had a few questions about steps to take and she had answers for everything. She kept me completely updated via email about insurance payments and the progress of the repairs; I never had to call her because she always contacted me first. My car was repaired on time and it looks like new. Essa was friendly, informative, patient and professional. I'm so impressed with the excellent customer service I received. It made a stressful situation very manageable and if I needed repairs again I wouldn't hesitate to go to BMC of San Leandro. read more

I was referred to BMC by Hartford Insurance (AARP) due to my accident last week, at first I was going to go to my LOCAL collision repair shop on Lake Chabot Road but after speaking to the receptionist on the phone @ BMC I gave them a shot. When I arrived I noticed that this was the NICEST/CLEANEST office I've been to. They were very friendly, professional and attentive to my needs. They advised me to come back on Monday to drop off my vehicle and after 10 days later my BABY was good AS new. I would HIGHLY recommend this collision repair shop, would DEFINITELY go back if I ever needed any repairs ! read more

BMC is a shop who's work is guaranteed by my insurance company and was therefore recommended to me. I like most people hate having to deal with body repair shops, because you can run across some pretty shady people! Well, let me just say that is not the case with BMC! Roque is totally awesome!! I brought my car in for an estimate on a Thursday, Roque called me on Friday to let me know the parts had arrived and I could bring my car in Monday morning, and my car was returned to me on Wednesday! My car looks totally amazing, inside and out! The staff at BMC show total care and concern for their clients time and investments in their vehicles. I have never been as happy with an auto body shop as I am with BMC! I know I don't have to tell you all to keep up the great work, because I know you would do nothing less! So, let me say If or when I ever need to have any more body work, I will not hesitate to return to BMC! Thank you for a very professional, stress free experience! Sharon M. read more

My car was damaged in a parking lot of a major store. I was very upset since no one had left any information behind and didn't know where to take my car for repairs. I took my car to couple body shops to get an estimate but I didn't get good service. I decided to call a friend and he recommended BMC of San Leandro. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and very understanding. They wrote up an estimate, contacted my insurance company, called the rental store and scheduled a pick up to get a rental car. Couple days later I got a call that my car was ready. My car was not only fixed but it looked brand new. BMC really knows how to take care of customers, especially when it comes to fixing your car. I strongly recommend BMC of San Leandro to all my friends. Great job BMC! read more

Got into a minor car accident and the other persons insurance co called me and referred me to BMC. I take my car to Hyundai for everything so was a little hesitant. Wow so glad I brought my car here. Essa is the nicest most helpful person. She contacted the insurance co and set me up with a Enterprise for a rental. Literally didn't need to make any phone calls. Dropped my car off Monday and it was done Friday. I work full time and go to school full time and have no time to deal with car issues and BMC made it so easy for me. They are my go to place now! Thanks you guys so much! read more

Henry is a top notch person to do business with! Thanks for all of your help!

I had the best experience taking my car there!! They are very professional and experienced. Very fast and great service.

I first went to Little Red's due to their reviews, which is around the block. I will be writing a review on them! I went in early in the morning and lady was not welcoming and wanted me to replace my whole side fender. And just gave me a notebook page to fill out with my information. I wasn't going through my insurance due to my deductible being high. I just needed my passenger door to open, I bumped into a post in my carport. I yelped other auto detailing places and found BMC with great reviews. I walked in and was automatically greated with a smile by Alfredo. Awesome guy. He was very friendly and said that it might be half hour until the guys arrive to be able to do my estimate. I waited only 15 minutes and a friendly man arrived for the estimate. They were able to fix my door and fix scratches on it too without replacing entire fender. I spoke to another customer that was there and said they always go to BMC no where else to fix their car. The customer said his car was almost totalled and they were able to fix it. I will be recommending them to my friends and family. Great experience. read more

First off, I apologize to the honest hard working people of BMC for not writing this earlier. I own a business myself and I know what it takes to thrive, it takes good work ethics, honesty and to deliver the goods. BMC delivers. I will always take all of my vehicles for repairs here. My dodge ram got into a little doozie with a tractor. Roque, the owner took a look at my truck and completely explained what needed to be done to get everything fixed properly, this explaining made me comfortable, it was easy leaving my baby there. Once the insurance company did their figuring for repairs and opted for parts that weren't right, BMC didn't settle for less and explained to me that they would notify the insurance company that things needed to be adjusted to make the truck as it was. They dealt with the insurance for me. The truck came back better than it was in the first place. I still have the smile on my face. Thank you BMC read more

Brought my 2013 Challenger here to have the trunklid spoiler painted and installed after being recommended from the Dodge dealership in San Leandro and I highly recommend this body shop to anyone. Roque the manager was very polite and helpful and provided me with all the information in what was needed to prep/paint and install the spoiler. The moment you walk in the lot you won't be dissapointed as the shop really looks good and professional, you can also tell by the cars they service that they know what they are doing. The work on my car was only suppose to be half a day but needed an extra one when Roque himself noticed that the color combination was a bit off and he himself was not happy with it they also paid for the extra day I had the rental; that speaks volumes in a shop that goes above and beyond for their customer's satisfaction and notices the very small details. Like I previously said I highly recommend this shop. read more

What an Experience. BMC is the BEST. I took my '86 Mercedes convertible to them to get my door repaired after it was hit by an uninsured driver. The body shop techs are Rock Stars. I Love my car and considered selling it but now....I think I'll keep it another 30 years. The paint job is outstanding and the car drives better?
