I also appreciated how organized and thorough they were. They kept records of all of our interactions and even took photos documenting the damage to my car. They took the time to clearly explain what damages were found and what repairs were needed, and they were very patient with all of our (sometimes tedious) questions and concerns. When I later came back with a couple of small follow-up issues related to the repair, they immediately got to work and fixed them promptly without any hassle. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and helpful. As a woman, I especially appreciated how respectful and comfortable they made the experience feel. After having my SUV for more than two weeks, they missed a large, obvious scratch less than 10 inches from an area they had just painted. It was not included in the insurance claim, and I was never notified. I would gladly have paid out of pocket to have everything done at the same time. Equally concerning, I dropped off my SUV with 11% of its fuel remaining. Although the odometer showed only one additional mile, the tank was completely empty when I picked it up. My car rolled to a stop on the property, and I had to call AAA for a gallon of gas. It appears that fuel was siphoned from my vehicle while it was at the shop. If attention to detail and your vehicle's safety matter to you, I would strongly discourage using this location. I hope this review gives future customers the warning I wish I had.
