Spoke to Claudia and the other salesman who were not of help. The u was told I could speak to a manager and was sent directly to voicemail. This was seriously the best possible car repair experience I could ever have asked for. After a pretty vicious parking garage scrape to my 2021 Tesla Model 3, I wasn't sure if timely repairs were going to be possible given the extent of the damage, and I was looking for a verified body shop that could get this car repaired before I moved out of the state. Every shop in the Bay Area either wasn't verified with Tesla or had an awfully long waitlist, but the folks at Weatherford were responsive, communicative and helpful from the start. I was able to schedule an appointment within the week. They were extremely communicative and kind as this was the first time I was filing an insurance claim and they walked me through the entire process. They helpfully worked directly with the Tesla insurance claims team so that I only had to fill out a few forms and pay up to my deductible to get thousands of dollars worth of repairs. Once I had my appointment with the extremely helpful service rep and adjustor, Inn Roe, the experience was so incredible. Inn Roe was proactive and responsive to keep me in the loop about the repair process. He was detailed and comprehensive but also made things very easy to understand. He was also able to get the team to work within my accelerated timelines so I could get the car back and repaired with plenty of time to spare. I worked with Jivan on getting the XM and a M5. Came in and saw the M5 but did not see the XM just yet. Today he texted me and told me the XM was ready to be scene as the vehicle was still going through for service for a recall. I called today and asked if he had time for me to look at the vehicle today and his response was yes and he had the car pulled up for me. As I got there he showed me the car and left me to look at the car and then I asked if they had a white one or was able to locate a white one. He went inside for 20 mins and I went inside to find him working with another customer. I guess he was trying to work a deal while "trying" to help me out with the cars. I was shocked that he tried to not acknowledge me and went to working with the other customer. I then gave him back the keys and waited another 15 mins and since he did not help me I just walked out and left. No calls or text from him. I will take my business on purchasing 2 cars elsewhere. I decided to have my 2018 Tesla Model 3 repaired here for a door dent after interviewing a few shops. As insurance is paying for the repairs, I wanted to use OEM parts, and this shop advised to replace the door shell instead of repairing. The initial insurance estimate came in low, however, but my adviser Michael Ortiz assured me that Statefarm is easy to work with and getting adjustments approved would not be a problem. I took a risk based on his assurance, and lucky for me, the insurance company did approve and I was responsible for only the deductibles. The repair work was great and I am completely satisfied, and Michael kept me updated on progress throughout, and I got the car back within the expected time period. Steven the manager was easy to work with and his service advisor Chris really took good care of me. It was an effortless and pain free process. They communicated and updated me with everything. I was so impressed with their professionalism they I said I would bring my cars there for any work. While there I noticed they service many Tesla's, and that they wrap and tint many of those vehicles. So I recently purchased my Tesla and immediately called Steven to schedule an appointment to get the car fully protected with the clear protection film and get the windows tinted. I couldn't be happier with the results. They got the car back to me quicker than expected, couldn't be more excited to get the car back and start driving. I've been to this BMW collision center twice. The first time my BMW was totaled and as upset as I was, it was good to know that I wouldn't be stepping back into a car that's deemed structurally unsafe to drive. The second time around, was for a scratch made by someone on my front bumper. InnRoe and team were excellent in their work, communication, quotes, working with insurance and added on a lot of work into the overall job without charge. They did an absolutely fabulous job of the repaint and PPF and it looks better than when I bought the car (it was Preowned at 29k miles). It's a portimao blue, and I was concerned about color matching. They did an excellent job of color matching and let me inspect under special lighting and we marked some areas which could use a buff and polish before PPF installation. I would not wish for anyone to have to go to a collision center, but if they did need one I'd highly recommend this specific location. Finishing this off with a general PSA: Being in the service / auto industry is a really tough job, one that cannot be done remotely or WFH. So more often than not, a little bit of empathy with a side of mutual respect can go a long way when you need your car restored to its original state. read more

Excellent body work - I brought my 2021 BMW in for bumper repair after a woman back into me in a parking lot. Angelica provided excellent service from the moment I walked in, kept me informed, negotiated with the insurance company and was great throughout. Unfortunately, the detailers used some kind of something on the interior of my car that left a white film that no one seems to be able to remove completely. Apparently, it was a 'new' product and they'd never seen it do that before. They tried to get it off, then arranged to take it to the dealership so their detailers could get it off but after keeping my car for an entire day, they were unable to get it all. Now, my pristine interior looks like I either went through a car wash with the windows down, or that I spill coffee on a regular basis. The car has less than 16k miles and the interior looks like I've had the car for 20 years! I took the car in for a bumper repair on EXTERIOR; no one told them to touch my INTERIOR! I can see if they wanted to sterilize it with but this is ridiculous. I'm still shocked that they didn't even notice it when they brought it out to me the first day I picked it up. Jhonny Kochui opened the door for me & even though the gate was closed & he was closing shop, he opened the door, reopened the gate & took my car in. I would've completely understood if he said sorry we are closed, but he didn't. He said I could wait inside ...my ride was still 15 min away. I felt bad bc his friends were waiting for him to go eat dinner & my ride was still not there. They were all very sweet. My Tesla Model 3 was rear-ended in November 2022 and sustained a crushed left rear bumper and damage to the left rear quarter panel. After reading nearly unanimous positive reviews on Yelp about Weatherford BMW Berkeley Collision Center and finding that they were on the Tesla-approved list of auto body repair shops, my wife and I met with Jhonny Kochui, the customer service representative for an initial estimate. Jhonny was very courteous, thorough, and patient in examining my car and explaining that his initial estimate of $1,600 would be supplemented by a higher estimate once they disassembled the car and could examine all the damage not visible from the outside of the car. He also explained that an estimated time frame of two weeks to repair my car would be dependent on how quickly any required Tesla repair parts could obtained for the car (I told him I only wanted OEM parts), and how soon my car could be put on a frame for repair work. I asked for a tour of their repair facility and I could see that there were dozens of cars in the shop ahead of mine in various states of repair, most of them being Teslas and BMWs. Jhonny assured me he would work closely with my insurance company and keep me informed throughout the process. I sensed Jhonny's sincerity and integrity and decided to have Weatherford repair my car. The initial estimate was $1,600, and the final cost of all repairs was $12,000 which my insurance company will cover. It took 2.5 months to complete the repairs which I did not mind since we had another car available for our use. Jhonny made the whole process as stress-free as possible. He did an excellent job giving me weekly updates on the work being done on my car, what repair parts were still awaiting delivery, and where my car stood in the queue of cars in their busy shop to be disassembled, put on a frame, and painted. He sent me timely detailed supplemental repair estimates for my approval, explained them to my insurance agent, and set up appointments with my agent to periodically inspect of the work in progress. When the car was finally ready, I discovered a small misalignment in the trunk. Jhonny quickly had a mechanic resolve the problem to my satisfaction while I waited. The rest of the car was immaculate - the car was washed, tires were reinflated to proper air pressure and shiny tire dressing applied, and there was absolutely no sign that the car had ever been in an accident. My car looked better than new (absence makes the heart grow fonder). The repair work was perfect! I can confidently give Weather BMW Berkeley Collision Center two big thumbs up for the superb repair work they did on my Tesla Model 3, and I thank Jhonny Kochui for his conscientious, honest, and professional communication with me throughout the repair process. I had what must have been a forklift strike my BMW Sedan in the fender and then a nick on the rear quarter panel . SAFECO, sent me to a service center to get a quote, and the quote was just odd....one price for the entire job, and then, a discount of reduced deductible if I did not repair the other scratch/ nick. I know from experience, that scratched paint was more than a $300 repair. I then went to another site with a quote that was seemingly high and as I passed the Weatherford Center...I thought, "perhaps ask for a quote" Inroe was the service counselor and he was GREAT, just professional and let me know all in where I would be. I KNOW it is Policy from prior Weatherford repairs to not use Aftermarket material, and the former Service Center told me they only use Aftermarket, as they usually cannot get them approved other wise. Inroe told me he needed to really check the unit to see if I needed an entire bumper which was needed. The Quote was all inside of reason, Weatherford took over all the negotiations from there, Full OEM Bumper replaced and everything looked great. Due to Covid, there was a couple wek delay in getting the Bumper, but I understood that, Really appreciated the effort and I will return if need be in the future for other repairs. read more

After I got rear-ended I told my insurance company I only wanted to go with a dealer for my repairs. The insurance company set me up with this place. They scheduled me to come in the day I made the report to get my car started. I came in, and the two staff members I dealt with were wonderful. They were considerate and efficient. My car was there for quite the period of time, and the body shop called me weekly to give me a status update on the car and the repairs they were doing. He'd also ask how I was feeling after all that accident hooplah. Excellent communication, fast service, and friendliness isn't something commonly encountered when dealing with body shops. I brought my Nardo Gray 2016 M3 in to replace my front and rear bumper. They had to order some parts and required a $1000 deposit. What they didn't tell me was that they only had 2-3 repair men due to Covid, and a very large garage full of cars on the list. After a month the parts came but I had to call to find out. I could only make an appointment for repairs 3 months out. I could have made other arrangements if this information was given to me the first day, instead I wasted my time waiting. After I complained they gave me $350 refund, less a $650 part restocking fee. Horrible customer service, choose another collision repair shop. You will thank me. read more
