The chicken was just okay but it had skin and bones on it. She could only eat about 10% of it and of course we didn't take it home. The house arancini was chicken stuffed, which we were only told about after we ordered the dish. Sadly, the chicken pieces were large and there was just not enough cheese to really make this dish work - nor enough sauce. I even got a piece of bone in my arancini, which just ruined my appetite. We then had decided on the chicken parm for the main course (which later we realized was rather similar to the arancini). The first chicken parm piece that was got was rather large in size, however as we cut into the dish we noticed that half of the meat was still pink and cold to the touch. We showed our waiter, and instead of treating us with some empathy, we were told that "well its not our fault, but I've been trying to tell the guys in the back to pound the meat before cooking it." We were given another piece of chicken, and it was only slightly better than the first piece, but we ate a few bites and called it an evening. It's too bad, I'd be willing to try this place out for other dishes but I don't know if I'll choose this place again, knowing there are other options nearby. The best part of the evening was the ambiance and the wine, so maybe a happy hour in the future is in order.

Going downhill. They are still the best pizza delivery in town: quality, quantity and speed. They should have stuck to pizza. They recently introduced wings to their menu. A little pricy, but I've ordered them several times. The consistency is improving as far as size and cooking times go. I've always ordered mine plain with the hot sauce on the side. HOWEVER, the last time I ordered, the cost had increased slightly over $1. It turned out that they were charging 50 cents for each side, and I was getting 2 10-wing orders. Spoke to a "manager" , since this had never happened before; he didn't charge me for the sauces "this time". but would check to confirm the policy. I called back a few days later to check on the issue, and was told by a different "manager" that that was indeed the policy. If they poured the sauce on the wings, there would be no charge, but putting it in a SMALL plastic cup was 50 cents. Why? It was their policy. I could understand if it was extra sauce, but it wasn't. I asked which cost them more, the little cup of sauce or the container of Ken's blue cheese dressing (which comes with it at NO extra charge). He acknowledged it was the blue cheese, which I don't usually even get. He wanted to sell me some wings, but on his terms; he'd comp it, he'd give me special treatment, he'd substitute the sauce for the dressing. He was "winging" it as he went.:) The policy is simply wrong-headed. When you're charging almost $1 per wing, don't nickel-and-dime the customers over the sauce. Bottom line: If you must order out a pizza, do call them. If you want hot wings, call a Publix deli and pick up the order at half the price. read more

This was the first time we have ordered in a while. I placed the order online, and drove in to pick up. When I walked in they were very busy and still greeted me as I came in. My order was ready and they offered me plates. As I was leaving one of the staff ran to open the door and also helped with my car door.
