I still find the manner in which they serve food (especially steaks & meat dishes) atop a piece of paper on a tray vs. on a dish, irritating. I find it impractical to place a steak atop a piece of paper, such that as you attempt to cut the meat (or burger) with a serrated knife, your knife shreds the paper beneath, resulting in the kife catching & paper becoming 'one with your steak'. As far as the service is concerned, it's a small restaurant, so, if it's not busy (a good likelihood) service is good.
