She not only took my order with so much patience, but she went out of her way to reprint my receipt after I misplaced it and handled my food with such care. She was so sweet, patient, and kind, and it was lovely talking with her. I didn't want to bother the managers since it was busy, so I wanted to leave this review in hopes they see it. Isabella is more than amazing and the food was top quality as always. Thank you!

Getting Right To the Point: - WILDLY OVERPRICED…read more- MEDIOCRE FOOD. I've said this before and it is worth stating again: I always have a problem whenever I pay for food that I could have made better myself. If it is a matter of convenience, I could even understand that you may pay a little more (e.g. Starbucks McDonald's, etc.). At Shake Shack, we paid $60 for a family of three. We ordered a Shack Burger, Chicken Burger and a Grilled Cheese Sandwich. Sides were a Onion Rings, Fries and a shake. For the same food at Red Robin, this comes out to approximately $45, for better food and larger quantities. My burger literally fit into the palm of my hand. The chicken sandwich was dry. The rest was OK, but not great. Overall - Red Robin, Famous Dave's and Applebee's easily win over Shake Shack. THE BOTTOM LINE: We would have happily paid $60 for the food. The problem being that, if you're going to charge premium costs, you had better "bring it" with the food. Mind you: right next door is Sosogu Ramen & Japanese BBQ, Amoi Mok Mok, J Riley and the Redlands Public Market - all of whom have better food for lower prices. With average ratings of 3.5 across the board in all locations, I just don't see Shake Shack keeping up with the competition - but this is merely a personal observation. Sorry - just being honest.

I've been to quite a few Shake Shack locations and this one is just as solid. The restaurant was…read moresuper clean and the workers were friendly and welcoming. We ordered a shack burger with caramelized onions, a double shack burger, and the new west coast fries. I actually preferred the regular shack with crispy onions since the caramelized onions made it feel a little heavier. The west coast fries were good but it was a little heavy. The tropical mango shake was definitely my favorite. It was refreshing with the perfect amount of tartness. The tropical mango lemonade was also really refreshing. Shake Shack is one of the most consistent burger chains for me. The food is always solid and the service is quick no matter which location I visit.

If I were younger I'd be here weekly. Since I now eyeball my cholesterol it's more a once a monther -- and it never disappoints. The menu has grown significantly since 3 years ago. I've enjoyed their burritos, haven't tried the chicken sandwich yet, but it's that crazy burger that calls to me. "Lenore... Lenore... come back baby!" I've told anyone about this place that will listen. Not because I'm obsessed but because if BB's hidden location closed... I would be sad. Yes, they're hiding behind the Circle K gas station at the corner of Orange and San Bernardino. You'd have to be crazy to get gas there and not give it a try. It's so close! I've been told it was a Dairy Queen many moons ago. And you think it's just me? Apart from their high YELP ratings, the readers of the Redlands Community News weekly (that free paper a lot of us get) rated BURGER BVLD as the Best Burgers in town. It's hot as blazes as I write this and so you might want to pick up or have Doordash drop it off to you. They have an indoor/outdoor situation. But don't let that dissuade you. The Mom and Pop owners are top notch people and insist on pleasing you. My only knocks here is that I wish they offered a vegetarian burger and a turkey burger. They'd see a lot more of me and my partner in crime if they did.

We ordered two bánh mì sandwiches (shrimp and lemongrass beef) along with an order of four fried egg rolls. Their fired egg roll option are only available in either shrimp or pork. They were tasty, but I would have loved to see a chicken option on the menu as well. One thing to note: jalapeños are automatically added to the bánh mì, so be sure to request no jalapeños when ordering if you're sensitive to spice. The seasoning and flavors in both bánh mì sandwiches were excellent, and all of the vegetables served with the bánh mì and egg rolls were fresh and crisp. In my opinion, it's often the little details like fresh produce that reveal the quality of a restaurant, and this place definitely delivered. We arrived around 7:30 PM and were a little concerned that we might feel rushed since it was getting close to closing time. Fortunately, that wasn't the case at all. The staffs allowed us to enjoy our meal at a comfortable pace, and we never felt pressured to leave. The dining area had two TVs showing family-friendly programming--one featured a Vietnamese cooking show, while the other was airing FIFA coverage on a news channel. It created a relaxed atmosphere, and we enjoyed a calm dinner with our 3- and 6-year-old children after a long day at the lavender farm. I also tried the Orange Thai Iced Tea. It was refreshing, though I didn't really notice much orange flavor. There are two individual single-stall restrooms available, and both were clean. Families will also appreciate that high chairs are conveniently located near the sauce and drink station. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely return. Next time, I'd love to try their pho!
