Five cars moved forward in the left lane before one moved in the right, and the right lane is the only one you can escape from (eventually). If you go here, don't go through the drive-thru.Go to the counter instead, but know that you'll wait a really long time there, too. Horrible experience all our drinks, including our kids were not filled all the way my wife got me the new Red Bull drink. We really love this McDonald's all the employees are always very nice and very professional. We really love the famous and delicious Big Macs. Especially with large fries. We love the chicken sandwiches. We love how all the cooks wear clean and brand new plastic gloves, when they touch food. They only touch food with these clean plastic gloves and nothing else. To obviously prevent cross contamination. Every time we use the drive-thru service is always fast and so far they always get our order correct. The employees that work here are a team. They always look happy with a smile. When you wait in the lobby by the cashier they usually rush over to help you with a pleasant smile. First off the drive thru took really long, it was nearly 40mins, while waiting in front of the order screen, the menu didn't pop up but the guys order before me was still on screen. It's not hard to rate these pathetic fast food places, the employees here have no pride in their work what so ever and they're paid more than the regular minimum wage workers. I ordered (2) Deluxe Quarter Pounder meals with no salt on the patties, and easy ice in the drinks. Well we collect our order which was stuffed into one bag so I had to request an additional bag for my quest. So we stop down the road under a shade tree to enjoy our meal and low and behold we open our burgers and right away I can tell they messed up the order. We both got regular 1/4 pound burgers missing the lettuce and tomatoes, the three pickles were nice if they weren't all stacked on top of each other, for goodness sakes does can't you at least spread them apart, who wants to eat all your pickles in one bite. I always order my patty with no salt so I can be assured that the patty is fresh, wellllll you can only guess what I got, a dry patty with salt that looked and tasted like it has been sitting in a bin for an hour. The fries were not equal in portion and the soda was filled with ice. I wish I had taken a picture and attached it to this rating. I know better returning to get the food right, you face a rude manager or employee who acts as if Im sawing off her arm. Carl's Jr now serves freshly made patties, it takes just a minute or so longer but it's worth the wait. Before writing this review I noted that all of the McDonald's in Redlands have very poor ratings, 2 stars or less, I wonder if they're owned by the same person. For a company that raked in 23 billion in profit last year, it's asinine charging customers for BBQ sauce at pick up. Y'all wanna make money every chance you get. Ridiculous. I encourage people to eat at home rather than eat your garbage food. I picked up 2 burgers and when I asked for BBQ sauce I was told it was to be paid separate. So enjoy your review. The young male employee named (JACOB), who handed me my food at 04:34 PM, was very rude, unprofessional, and made me cry. When I was handed my food before I left the drive-through, my children noticed that the fries were cold. I circled back in the drive-thru. I had my 11-year-old and newborn in the car and didn't want to leave them in the heat. I waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru. I told the man who answered the intercom that my fries were cold. He said, " I am so sorry. Please pull up to the last window. When I pulled up, Jacob was at the window. I said, "My fries are cold". He said, " I don't know what you're talking about. If you want new fries, park the car." He rolled his eyes at me. I parked the car and pulled down all the windows for my kiddos. When I went inside, Jacob screamed, " SOME LADY SAID HER FRIES WERE COLD. I AM SURE I HANDED THEM TO HER 15 min ago. I told him that his confrontation is unprofessional; he would not back down, and the shift manager had to tell him to stop. My food was remade, but I never ate it because I was so upset. I frequently order from here for my daughter and her friends and her friends get meat my daughter likes to get the Big Mac without meat. I ordered 2 meatless Big Macs fries and and pies and was surprised bill was so high. I just wanted to check I had the right order and would have moved on and bought it. They're not open 24 hours because the workers are too busy committing wage theft. They stay clocked in, and when you put in an online order they'll just not answer the order intercom. If you place an order past 11pm don't even bother. They won't take your order they'll just hide in the corner. You'll see them just standing still, doing nothing when you drive past the window after sitting in the drivethru for 10 minutes.
