There's something nostalgic about those fries and chicken nuggets, one of my son's favorites. I usually go for a Snack Wrap; it feels a little lighter than some of the greasier options (even if it's not exactly "healthy"). This spot can get really busy, and it could use a bit more TLC when it comes to cleaning. Still, it's McDonald's, you know what you're getting. What's cool about this location is the "Game Place" area. They've got interactive screens for kids and even a couple of game tables where you can play while you eat, which is a fun touch. Ordering is now completely digital, either through the app or the in-store kiosks, so if you prefer skipping the counter, that's a plus. Prices have definitely gone up with inflation, but the app has great deals if you take advantage of them. Pro tip: check each location's app offers, they vary. Today, we scored free large fries with a Filet-O-Fish purchase and got a $5 value meal. Four of us (me, my husband, our son, and my mother-in-law) ate for about $15 total, not bad at all! For a company that raked in 23 billion in profit last year, it's asinine charging customers for BBQ sauce at pick up. Y'all wanna make money every chance you get. Ridiculous. I encourage people to eat at home rather than eat your garbage food. I picked up 2 burgers and when I asked for BBQ sauce I was told it was to be paid separate. So enjoy your review. So every time I come here everything takes forever because of how understaffed they are. It is May 21st and I'm in the drive you and this poor sweet woman is working both lines and has zero help. She sounds like she's on the verge of tears. I don't know who is managing this place but it's absolutely ridiculous. I rarely eat McDonalds but today we felt it. So I ordered the food. The server handed me the bag and I just said thank you as he handed me the drinks and bag. I said thank you. He said WHAT? Very rude service. The food is cold and fries we cold and soggy, burger and nuggets were what seemed to be sitting out for a long time. It's really my fault for even going to McDonalds. read more

Consistently the most poorly managed McDonald's in the area. The staff is always overwhelmed and there is no leadership. Longer than average wait times are the normal even when ordering through the app. And upset customers waiting for their orders are the norm. I'm posting this review because of the horrible customer service. I frequently order from here for my daughter and her friends and her friends get meat my daughter likes to get the Big Mac without meat. I ordered 2 meatless Big Macs fries and and pies and was surprised bill was so high. I just wanted to check I had the right order and would have moved on and bought it. The manager at the time basically screamed in my face about what I ordered and then I decided with her attitude I would not okeep the order. I didn't realize I had been charged and when I did I called asked if I could get a refund. They said yes and I returned. They're not open 24 hours because the workers are too busy committing wage theft. They stay clocked in, and when you put in an online order they'll just not answer the order intercom. If you place an order past 11pm don't even bother. They won't take your order they'll just hide in the corner. You'll see them just standing still, doing nothing when you drive past the window after sitting in the drivethru for 10 minutes. I might apply to this McDonald's because apparently you don't have to work the shift you can just chill in the restaurant and do nothing for 5+ hours. read more

Worst McDonald's you can go to in California. Wait 30-60 minutes in line for food pre-ordered on the App. Ask to add a drink to a separate order and whoops your whole order is now cancelled and they won't give any of the deals or coupons from the app. This store should be closed due to the incompetent employees working here. They don't care to give any amount of customer service or have a single thought going between their brain besides punching the wrong buttons to mess up your order. Skip this place! The other McDonalds on the other side of Redlands is where you want to go. 10-15 minutes drive away at 1620 W Redlands Blvd. At least the workers there will get your order right and serve you food in less than 10 minutes. Yes! It is real.... cheeseburgers are .89 on Tuesdays in July at this McDonald's. We just got 14 plus a large soda for less than $13. What a nice throwback and nod to the .39 cheeseburgers days. The taco place next door had no line. The drive thru line around 8:30pm looked long but was efficient. Some cars were pulled into parking spots but we got our order through the window.
