Every time I order from here, my food is wrong. I try to call to let them know and the phone rings off the hook. I ordered a sandwich with no onions, no pepper relish and no tomatoes because I cannot have any of the 3 - low and behold my sandwich had all 3 and I was unable to reach them. Overall OK food was good the employees were nice and courteous but with a fairly long line in store the employees were more worried about the mobile orders taking 10 minutes to make those in between each person in line. Maybe focus on the people actually in the store. Had 3 people with me and it took us about 30 minutes to all get our sandwiches made by the time we got to eat them they were super soggy. If you really want to do the online order thing do what chipotle does and have a designated person for that so your in store customers can get in and out in a timely manner. read more

Ran in for a brief sec to grab a late night sandwich (not long before close) & the staff were kind and friendly. My sandwich was so stuffed & I absolutely couldn't finish in one sitting (as you can see). If I'm in the area I'll definitely make sure to come back! read more

Jersey mikes has always served our fave subs from multiple locations, however, we were super disappointed with this location and our last order. The service was sub-bar. I ordered 3 sandwiches and one was a turkey bacon provolone. After my specific order specs from my online order, I got the most disappointing sandwich. I only had a little bit of bacon, a tiny bit of mayo and lettuce. It was the saddest sandwich ever. To make matters worse, I ordered at 5:57pm. And I didn't walk out with my food u til 6:48pm!!! I can't believe that I had to wait that long for 3 simple sandwiches. There were several frustrated online order customers along with me, and they just kept serving the in/house customers instead of trading off. Super disappointing!!!!!!! read more

Carla was amazing! She worked her butt off. She was so busy and was still polite and helpful. She was even having to show her coworker things and working on very large orders by herself! Normally a pretty decent place you get what you pay for so you would expect high quality foods and service based on the old adage. Well here at the Lugonia locations it's simply not true. An online order was placed 48 minutes prior to to arrival. I checked in with the cashier and asked if I could pay for the order. I did not place it online myself was to aware if paid for or not. She looked confused looked at the line and said they are still working on it. I asked again if I could pay for it so upon the completion of my food I would grab it and go. She said it was paid for and they are working out it so I sat quietly at a table and let them handle the customers who started to file in. As time goes by and people leave I could only wonder when will I get my food. I stay patient and calm because life is hard ya never know what people are going through. After about 30 minutes maybe 40 I go and check in to see what's the old up. The cashier goes what's the order under. So I tell her and she goes oh sir it's been ready. (Same cashier who I checked in with originally with. So I passed on the cold old food. I explained I was upset and frustrated by the process they have to conduct business in a timely manner. It was met with fake apologies and hope to see you again next time. This is a joke of a way to continue to earn the public's business. I am happy to say I will no longer be spending my hard earned dollars there. And I advise if you are looking to get what you paid for shop eat Participate else where thank you. read more

Legit awful. Ordered here on my lunch break as I was running errands and drove out of my way for it. I ordered at the wrong location on the app but figured I'd go anyway. Over a half hour after I ordered for my pickup order, they had not made it. Waited in the store and told them to refund me because I needed to get back to work and they hadn't even started it during the rush. I missed eating anything at all. Not the best JM location. In general, Jersey Mike's food quality is great. This last visit, customer service problems. Order taken by a nice guy John. I apologize in advance that I'd like extra mayo to which he says he totally gets it as he likes mayo also. Fast forward to Jason wrapping the hot sandwich, I look and ask if I could please have extra mayo. Jason says he placed mayo on both sides to which I again ask for more. He again argues he put mayo on both sides. It's like a comedy routine to which I finally ask if we're going to argue about what extra mayo constitutes. Jason tells me to close the door on the way out which is guaranteed to illicit an escalation. Bottom line.. Jersey Mike's is great. Stopped in at Jersey Mikes Subs at their Mentone/Redlands location and ordered their #13 "Classic Italian Cold Cut" sandwich on their fresh and tasty rosemary and parmesan bread and had a huge smile on my face after eating it! I washed it down with a can of Stubborn Vanilla Creme Soda The team at Jersey Mikes is very friendly and courteous evan though they were very busy with the lunch crowd.The line moved quickly so everyone was happy! Other locations I can still get a delicious properly sized sandwich for $12 ... which is steep by the way. Not going back to this location even though it's close to my house. Placed an order through the app 30 minutes prior to driving to the location. I was on a tight time frame but showed up 5 minutes after the scheduled time. When I arrived, I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before the girl at the register acknowledged me. She asked my name and mispronounced it (that's okay though), once she found my ticket she looked over at another girl and seemed kind of strange. I then asked if the sandwiches were started, and they said no, and she walked away. I said excuse me (no attitude at this point) and the girl turned around and rolled her eyes. When I noticed this, it bothered me. I requested my order to be cancelled. She looked at the computer and said I can't do it you need to wait till the other person comes back. I asked how long that was going to take and she said I don't know with an attitude. At this point I too had an attitude. Took them another 10 minutes to finally come out to say she could not process the refund as well and that I would be losing my points on the giant sub I used. She took my information down and said I would get a call from the manager the following day. It has not been 6 days, no phone call no refund. This is ridiculous. I was not angry that the sandwiches were not prepared on time as the app said, but the attitudes that I received at this location. One of my sandwiches was a hot sandwich so I knew it would take some time to prepare. This is due to a lack of personnel, training, and no follow-up from management as stated. read more

I work close and don't foresee not going to this location given its freshness and somewhat healthy options. However, I have had continued issues with my online orders being wrong over the last few months and even personally spoke to the manager at one point. I haven't seen progress and it's extremely frustrating that the staff seem to not take it seriously to be detailed with orders. In the past, my orders have been swapped (my salad was made into a sandwich and the sandwich was made into a salad) and another time my sandwich literally only had meat and cheese. In the past I have been given a free cookie as an apology but honestly I didn't find that sufficient. Each time an issue has happened I've had to drive back to the business and my lunch time has been depleted. This week I placed my order for pickup and it said it would be ready by 11:15. When I got to the store, nobody was dining it or in line with multiple employees standing around. A woman told me that my online order receipt was sitting on the counter and overlooked. A taller Caucasian guy said the boss called and he got distracted and apologized. This same gentleman I've encountered and isn't usually very pleasant. Then today I placed a salad order and got back to the office and my chips were left out of my order. When I called in, I told one employee who passed the phone and the response of the second employee was "so what is the issue?." Every time I've had to call in over an issue the employees I speak to are less than pleasant and don't show any empathy for their mistakes. I don't understand how I can encounter this many mistakes; one could only imagine how many others are going through this. read more

With that being said, the staff went above and beyond to fix the issue once I returned to pick up my correct order. They were friendly, quick, and made me laugh with their banter behind the counter. If you order through the app every sandwich is 1/2 price. We usually order a regular size sandwich but today we ordered the large, made 2 meals for us. It really was a good meal!
