My family and I have never had a bad encounter at this specific location. Today we were helped by Marty & he was a kind, fast, tentative and caring. The food was nice and warm when he walked it out to us. The parking lot is always clean, drive thru is always full(but they get through everyone in a timely manner). Today 9/12/2025 Friday at 8:48 pm We ordered late dinner, my kid opened his cheeseburger and look what we found? hair all in the cheeseburger, my kid has a medical condition and this is very ridiculous and disgusting, please see video, I'm heading back now for my refund. Ordered at the kiosk came with my 1 year old. Got a number to put at the table so they can come drop it off at the table like it says on there. Honestly the food is good and well prepped and the workers are generally pretty nice. There is in an issue however with how long the food takes to get ready and a lack of organization when ordering from the drive thru's. I've had multiple instances where I arrive before a car and no one attends the microphone and yet when another car arrives on the other drive thru line they immediately get their order taken. If they could prioritize the correct customers and maybe just make the food prep time a little bit faster this would be an amazing establishment. read more

Ordered curbside pickup today. The 40 piece bundle with 2 large fries. Not only did it take 35 minutes for me to get my food, but they skimped me my nuggets. I got only received 3 boxes! 1st box only had 7 nuggets, 2nd box had 9, and my 3rd box had the full 10. I had to get out of the car to get my order because I sat in the parking lot waiting for my food for over 15 minutes and waited another 20 minutes in the restaurant. After ordering multiple people came in after us, we had been sitting a while and every person who came in after us got our food besides us. When we went to ask about it they said it was still being made (we had one sandwich and 2 drinks and had been waiting at least half an hour to 45 minutes) Once we got our food the packaging looked almost rushed and the fries had no salt. Blew the horn for 5 mins while they all ignored me finally opened the window and I told them I did a mobile order and already paid on app. The lady got an attitude with me saying they out the cone there for a reason. Well u close at 11. How else am I to get my food. So they had me wait there till 1119. Finally gave me my food. 39 min wait with no one else there. Gave me the food and they had dumped salt all in the fries.
