Hello, I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit. Esmeralda took our order inside, and unfortunately, there were multiple issues. I ordered a 10-count of the minis for my baby and me to share, but we only received four. My husband also asked for a spicy biscuit, which was not included, and we were missing his bacon biscuit as well--even though we were charged extra for the bacon. When I went back to correct the order and asked if I could receive the 10-count I originally requested, Esmeralda mentioned to Anahí that she had entered four instead of ten. Anahí then attempted to charge us the remaining balance for the 10-count, but I declined, as the mistake was not ours. We did eventually receive the missing bacon biscuit, but overall the experience was frustrating. I hope this feedback helps improve future service. Thank you for your time. read more

First, I just wanna say the girl who helped at the register was probably the sweetest out of all the employees. The overall wait felt rushed after ordering the food took a little bit longer than usual even though their lobby was not busy and at 9 o'clock when we went to finally order food, their supervisor notified us that it would only be carry out only no dining in even though the restaurant doesn't close for an hour. I get trying to get things cleaned and done early but a whole hour just so you can clean up the tables and put chairs up. Not a pleasant experience this time around. read more

I was in the area and had a free chick-fil-a sandwich reward so we stopped by before going to a wedding. Around 2pm this place was overflowing with students and families. It was hot as hell outside but luckily we got two seats at a communal table inside. My order was taken but the cashier didn't ask for my name. I waited about 15-20 minutes for my order because they didn't call me due to not taking my name. If your name isn't taken then you'll have to be proactive and check on your order if the other person with you gets their order before you and you ordered first. There's a play area so this place is packed with kids. Luckily the sound doesn't permeate through the room it's in but kids will be running around as you eat in the dining room. The food wasn't bad and it's what I'd expect from a Chick-Fil-A. I was able to request extra sauce when I received my order. I like how you get crushed ice with your water cup. The carbs from the sandwich and waffle fries saved me later after drinking a ton in the evening. There's plenty of parking in the lot and it's free. read more

The space felt very clean and while staff were in training they honestly were excellent! Shout out to my Spanish speaker Anahi for helping my parents with their order and extra sauces. Mobile order for pick up in person. The mobile app is convenient for placing orders on the go, instead of having to go in and order then wait. The app tells you when your order is ready for pick up and you just go in and get it. Since there are a lot of orders there is generally a worker there managing the orders and calling out the names and giving it to us one by one - assuring we got everything we asked for. Chick fil a workers are amazing ! Any location I go to they provide the best customer service and this location is not far from this statement. I noticed that I had a free shake available because on the app you get reward points and she was kind enough to ensure I got this with my salad order during their lunch rush hour. This day it was very busy and everyone was there enjoying their food. I believe we all have a collective understanding of how busy this location gets and are just grateful for all the hard work they do here and the delicious food the give us all. This location is always busy! So if you go in your car (which I have many times before) be prepared for that line that goes out to the street! They implemented a new system for cars so it is a lot easier to navigate and other cars won't cut in line like they used to. Thank you for this because that was frustrating! Went in with sweetheart and 2 of our grandkids. Ordered chicken sandwiches, fries and milkshakes (strawberry and cookies & creams). Chicken was fine and flavorful but little pieces of soggy mostly skin pickles in it was disappointing. Waffle fries cold and not crunchy at all. Not sure if that's how they do it here. Had to go to counter to ask for our missing shakes. Strawberry shake barely has strawberry flavor in it. Had to complain and tasted better after they added more (strawberry syrup?) flavoring. Reception and service with mix of warm, friendly and accommodating by some staff to I don't care and I don't want to attitude by some. Even a snotty look and flat cold attitude of one with short hair. Overhear line of people with complains mostly wrong or missing item (were seated close to counter) with their orders. I give them credit though for quick response and accommodation in fixing the problems. Average noise but unsatisfying feeling and not an enjoyable experience overall. Their service is fast. They also have people outside to help with the drive thru line when it's long. I prefer to just come inside because the line can be quite long. I recently had an issue with the change of lettuce in one of their salads, and I had to go the evening without dinner. When I went back to return the salad, the manager on duty did not even offer to replace the meal in any shape or form. it's very unfortunate that I wasn't even offered any sort of apology for the waste of my time and gas. Only one cashier was open while other employees behind the counter were chatting and on their phones. Stood in line for 20min. Mariah was our cashier, she had an attitude from the moment she took our order. I asked for a special request on my sandwich and she ended up not properly explaining it to the kitchen. We waited another 20min for our order to be called, Natalie who was the shift lead was joking and laughing with more employees as I can see all her screens were flashing red. Our order is finally called after 25 minutes, my special request was messed up and had to wait an additional 10 minutes for that to be given to me. A total of 55minutes for two Chick-fil-A sandwiches with some side salads. Just moved here and I can say this gives Chick-fil-A a horrible rep. read more

Drove back and went inside and it took an 10 minutes to scoop cheese into two containers.
