While the entrance was crowded, more than half of the tables inside were actually empty. The staff seemed overwhelmed and very busy. We were encouraged to use the self-service kiosks, but the scanners kept giving us an error when we tried to use our coupon barcodes. We eventually had to go to the counter to place our takeout order. We waited about 25 minutes for our food: two Charburgers with cheese, onion rings, and the tempura green beans. Honestly? The burgers were just "okay"--nothing special enough to justify the long wait. The highlight of the meal was definitely the tempura green beans, which were delicious. The location seems significantly understaffed. Most of the empty tables were messy and hadn't been cleared yet. It's an alright spot if you aren't in a rush, but don't expect a quick or particularly clean experience during the dinner rush.

We were pleasantly greeted and escorted to a table. The hostess started to seat us in an area that the tables are placed very close together and next to a table full of adult diners. We had our grandchildren with us and I could see that wouldn't work so I asked to be placed at a booth which wouldn't be so intrusive to other diners and she was able to accommodate us. There is no denying that tables are placed very close together here. Our waiter was very professional and the staff worked as a team. The food here is very good and the servings are large. With that said I gave it a much better review this time. I just can't give it a 5 because of the seating. I would recommend trying it. If you don't mind dining in tight quarters this a great place for good food.

He made a smile become a warm feeling That spread throughout the day. I'm telling you what if this guy doesn't make manager, I would be surprised Dicks is wonderful. Their hamburgers are great. The most recent visit, I noticed they didn't have tables and chairs at the front but they also are doing a FFXIV collab so they were probably really busy. Speaking of the FFXIV collab, this location had the limited drink and it was pretty good. It does just taste like a watered down Gatorade but I did enjoy the crystal boba and they included a generous serving of it. The mashed potatoes were a great surprise. They had chunks of real potato in there, and they were really good. The chicken was crispy without being greasy and delicious. The star of the show, though was the peach mango pie. Incredible. If you haven't tried it before it is a must have. Great overall experience and highly recommended.
