3 little burgers with a large French fries
Deidre B.

Ordered to-go 3 burgers and 1 large French fries. I checked my order on the scene before paying and everything looked great. When I got to home, our order was wrong. I asked for no cheese but it came with cheese and no sauce as we asked. Make sure to check your order before you leave if you are not dining in. The cooks were very nice and attentive. I had asked the register guy for a water cup and he ignored me but the man cooking, heard and came to me to give me one. Food was good just order was wrong with one of the burgers. Will give it another chance just will make sure to check before leaving.

Ugh. This place is gross. First time trying Five Guys. It's super overpriced and you have to order everything individually. The cashier didn't even explain to me what all the works means. I even told him it was my first time and he just rushed me through the whole ordering process. So I'm not sure what I got in my burger. I think I got everything by the picture but not sure. Bacon is good can't go wrong with bacon unless it's fake bacon lol. Burger was suppperrrrr oily and fell apart as soon as you bit into it. The fries are gross too. Soggy and not fresh. Not enough salt either if any at all. I've had better burgers for that price tag. Service is not great here either. Go to a different location if you're so hung up on eating at a Five Guys. They're everywhere.

Bun was so stale and overcooked to cover up that it was stale

Our food was extremely disappointing. Our buns were stale and hard. I asked for relish, and got pickles stuffed into my burger. Relish and pickles are not the same thing, nor are they the same flavor! Our food was extremely underwhelming and not up to standard. I have pictures of the stale bun that we did not consume, and the overcooked fries.

The lady that took our order was confusing and made the ordering process longer than it needed to be. But the burgers are still good.

Matt's dog's are not giant Costco sized but thin skinny dog's with a snap when you eat them. The bun is always moist and never hard or crusty. Not sure how they manage this but I like it. Generally I stick with two types of hot dogs. The traditional bun, dog & " MUSTARD " combo or the bun, dog & chili aka chili dog! YES, chili dog is not only famous but its delicious. But Matt's offers up fries and a burger to menu items. Now I've never tasted the burger and someday I will , however it's half the quality of it's hot dogs well I'm sure it's a winner. Service at MATT's is exceptional. Always speedy & with a friendly greeting when ordering. On a cold day's it's limited in space to eat inside but when the weather changes the outside tent is nice to eat at. It's like being in your backyard table. Well, if this doesn't make you wanna hot dog well your probably a vegan. But for those who love hot dogs like myself you'll need to mark this place down. "Dirty Harry" "You know what makes me really sick to my stomach?" "Is watching you stuff your face with those hot dogs. Nobody, I mean NOBODY puts ketchup on a hot dog."

For this review, I had their mango sticky rice donut and one that looked like it had pistachios, along with two strawberry-like donuts and a churro-flavored donut. They have relatively strong profiles in every one of their donut flavors, though I notice they are best eaten the day of; they do not sit well overnight, so if you're not a big eater I wouldn't grab more than 3 donuts. The inside of each donut ball is more like a regular soft donut inside than a squishier, mochi-like texture like Dochi's. From previous visits to this location - including when they opened to long lines back in 2021 - servers are usually pretty fast and accurate when it comes to getting people's orders in and grabbing donuts. The same probably couldn't be said for making their hotdogs though I'm not sure if that's changed now. They always have new flavors every Monday, and one server back then has suggested calling in to confirm their flavors of the week. I still have yet to get the banana milk flavor donut for my mom, and I'm not sure if this location has it, but I'll definitely come back and/or have their donuts every now and then. For now I prefer Dochi and their longer-lasting donuts.

Hot Dog, corn batter, deep fried? Yeah, those things. I mean those things are kind of a staple thing you probably eat once and a while and think 'hey, that's tasty'. This place is those. Except they use rice. Yes, rice. WHICH FACE IT IS A PINCH DIFFERENT FOR A LOT OF US. Don't judge me. Rice and hot dogs just aren't two things that seemingly go together in my mind. However, it is very common in Korea. Apparently, they've been holding out on the good stuff. Because Rice Hot Dogs are good stuff. And this place has that good stuff. They've got a ton of variety of types, so you can even get a range to try. I recommend all of them. Though I had two. They were good, the ramen covered one, and the spicy cheesy one. Super fun, very unique around these parts, very worth the wait in line, and the calories.

I always believe in second chances, so today I stopped by again. Again, they were one of the most crowded spots in the food court and service was a bit slow - yet picked up when the lunch hour hit. I was happy with the cheeseburger, which was tasty even without any condiments (I just added lettuce and tomato). I also tried the tiramisu shake. Thoughts on that: 1) I've never felt that shakes that include coffee really do anything coffee normally does and this was no exception (to be fair, tiramisu doesn't give you a buzz, either); 2) don't forget to chip away at the cookies inside the shake because getting those cookie bits into the mix really ups the taste. If you are vegetarian, they have some options. They will also do lettuce wraps instead of bun or gluten free buns. Pretty great. Hard to rate ambience - it's a food court. But there was plenty of empty seating nearby, even during lunch; many people come for takeout orders or are dashers. They have installed a couple of self checkout stations now, which was nice, and moved pretty smoothly.
