My only real complaints are about the parking lot setup and the crowd. The exit lane is super narrow. It really should have been designed as a one-way street, because incoming traffic constantly clashes with the cars trying to leave the drive-thru. But oh well that is done! Also, this location has become the ultimate high school hangout spot. Teenagers completely take over the parking lot. You'll see groups on e-bikes everywhere, and another group of kids in big lifted trucks being incredibly loud honking at each other with what sounds like actual 18-wheeler air horns (white truck with the glowing rim lights, you couldn't miss it if you tried). Now I have the time since I won't be able to eat the rest of my food. I ordered over the phone and was told the food would take 15 minutes. I ordered 5 pieces of the Fish Fry and double fries and my girlfriend got the Hatch Chili Burger and upgraded to Sweet Potato fries for $2+ dollars. I live 2 minutes away down the street. I left 20 minutes after my order was made. When I get there I tell the cashier I have a to-go order and he has me pay. After I finish paying, he walks away without saying a word to me and starts sweeping the floor. I just wait and we make eye contact multiple times and he doesn't say anything. I assumed my food was ready because it had already been 25 minutes since I ordered. I realized maybe it's not ready, my mistake, I sit down in the table near the counter. He's watching me sit down and the literal exact moment I sit down he yells out that my order is ready. And when I get up to go get it, that's when he starts putting it in the bag. He doesn't go to the kitchen or anything so I don't know if my order was just sitting there this whole time and he was just waiting for me to sit down for some reason? I'm in no rush so I don't care its been 35 minutes at this point so I give him the benefit of the doubt still, and move on. Stacks the tartar sauce as he's trying to put everything in the bag and the stack falls over and a sauce falls on the floor. He looks at me and looks at the floor then he looks around the sauce drawer and puts another 3rd sauce which I assumed was another tartar sauce. It ended up being ranch. I wouldn't have cared if he just told me that he was out of tartar sauce but I guess trying to deceive me with ranch is a better option. After my 2 minute drive home we opened our containers that held extremely soggy and half cold sweet potato fries. However I realized it was 2 pieces of fish fry stuck together causing the stuck sides to be soggy and have semi uncooked breading. The biggest piece I was excited for was the biggest disappointment. The only saving grace was the Hatch Chili Burger. The beef patties were soft and cooked well, unlike the last 3 pieces of fish fry. We spent $40 dollars on the entire thing. And we only ate the burger and 2 fish from the meals. Super convenient location for food that I will be completely avoiding in the future. TLDR: Bad service if bald guy is there. She is super friendly and observant based on the fact that she noted my glass with water in my arm. The dining area was full but we found a table away on the opposite side from the entrance. A manager came around to acknowledge us then, an assistant manager, Nate, brought our food. He gave us each a card to redeem a dessert because of how long it took. We didn't find the wait long but that was a nice gesture. We both ordered the 3-piece Atlantic Cod Dinner with fries and coleslaw. It comes with a roll. The roll was hard and not appetizing. The fish and fries were hot and tasty will a sprinkle of salt on the fish. The coleslaw was delicious and there's not many places where I order the coleslaw. This was a nice, relaxing lunch.

Recently I placed a curbside order and sat in the curbside parking for 20 minutes after checking in before going inside to inquire about my order and being told nobody brought it out because I never checked in on the app. Except, I DID check in on the app. Then today. Placed a curbside order. I checked in and waited 13 minutes. I got out and went inside. The drive through had 1 car in it at the time, the dining room had one person and all other curbside spots were empty, so they definitely weren't busy. Went inside and not an employee in sight. I went up to the register and I yelled out "hello, excuse me" and I got no response. I looked over and saw what appeared to be my order sitting on a shelf. Mind you this is 15 minutes after I checked in on the app. I started going through the order and I said pretty loudly several times "I *think* this is my order, I'm not sure what's going on, etc" A manager eventually emerged, ignored me and proceeded to start socializing with whoever was sitting in the dining room. I may just stop going here. I could have had a much nicer meal for the time and hassle I put into what I thought was picking up some McDonald's real quick. To top it all off, $20 worth of fries were undercooked, soggy and lukewarm.
