Lettuce wrapped cheese burger with jalapeños and ketchup
    Veronica C.

Ah, Five Guys! It's been forever since I've been to a Five Guys location... I'd say it's probably been five years! This has been my first time going to a location in the state of Idaho as well, and I must say this location is a nice one. I was assisted promptly by a gentleman who took my order for a cheeseburger lettuce wrapped with jalapeños, little cajun fries, and a large fountain drink. The wait was a bit long, but I at least got to eat some peanuts in the meantime and drink a pineapple Sprite Zero. After about 10 min or so, my order was ready, and the same man who took my order handed it to me and apologized for the wait. Well, after taking a bite, it was well worth the wait. Everything was prepared as I ordered it, fresh and tasted great. No complaints on the food whatsoever. I will say too that for ordering the "Little" cajun fries, I received a generous portion.. they were overflowing when I took them out of the bag. I do agree with other reviewers that the food is expensive, but it's not too outrageous if it's just something you treat yourself to once a month or every other month. I spent just under $20 for my meal which isn't cheap by any means, but it's actually pretty in line with what other fast food restaurants are charging currently. It's rare to go out somewhere to get a quick meal without spending at least $15 for it and the way I see it is at least I got a good helping of fries and a large drink with my burger for that price because at some other establishments you'd pay the same and get less fries and a smaller drink. I ate inside the restaurant today, and it was very clean in the dining area. I ended up using the restroom before I left, and the restroom could have been cleaner, but really, it was just the floor that needed some extra love and attention. What I really enjoyed most about my experience here today though was seeing the employees interact with one another. I observed them working so well together as a team, and they actually appeared happy to be there as they were talking to each other, smiling and giggling all while working on fulfilling orders ! That was a breath of fresh air. Most of the time I go to a fast food restaurant or a store, the employees walk around like zombies and you can tell they don't want to be there at all so seeing that really showed me management here must be doing something right and I would much rather give my money to a business where those taking care of the customers are happy rather than despising their job and life. I will return to this restaurant in the near future, and based on this experience, I highly recommend this location.

Burger Bowl- awful photo but yummy flavors!

Burger Bowl- excuse the awful photo- as it has yummy flavors! This review is for a DoorDash Delivery: -came to me within 40 mins (incl drive dwn busy Eagle rd, so impressive) -pkg was well done, incl condiments & proper full portion of the fries -really appreciated calorie counts -really appreciated ability to get it in "burger bowl" (as let's be honest... all us gluten free folks know it almost never works to get a lettuce wrap in lieu of a bun!) -their fries have that yummy mineral taste legit potatoes have, & peanut oil... um, yum!

Double cheese burger All The Way

I have been hearing about Five Guys for the longest time, so finally I decided to try it. I ordered a double cheese burger "all the way", and a cheese hotdog with tomatoes, grilled onion and pickles. Both were very good, you do feel the quality in the meat Patty and the hotdog frank, real meat, not some spongy substance.

Burger perfection on every visit. This Meridian location was just as clean, safe and limited dine in as every other location has been. I liked the fact that Idaho potatoes were in use, while in Idaho :)

Yummmm nothing quite like a delicious greasy creation from Five Guys after a backpacking trip! My husband and I stopped by on the way back down from Stanley for a well deserved dinner. My cheeseburger ($7.69 including fries) tasted heavenly - especially after eating freeze-dried meals for 3 days straight. They also gave us so many fries! Our to-go bag was completely full of them. We paired our meals with a vanilla milkshake ($3.99). Not the healthiest was damn well a delicious wonderful dinner!

I am a big fan of five guys and this location proved to be no different. The burger and fries were great. My choice: Little bacon cheeseburger Add grilled mushroom, onion and jalepenos with a little A1 sauce... very good. My wife is a vegetarian and gets the veggie sandwich. A small fry feeds both my wife and I. 2 sandwiches, small fry, and one large drink around $18.xx Burger is fresh, bacon is crispy.

Good burgers, but it's not up to In-N-Out standards so far as food quality is concerned. But then, In-N-Out isn't here, yet!

The burgers taste plain, nothing special and the same with the fries. Not worth the time and money to dine here.

Awesome. Good price. Tasty. This a great place for a quick burger. Can't go wrong. Tip: only order one large fry for 4 people. It is huge.

Service was some of the best ever for 5 Guys. If you want a burger or hot hog this is the place.

Good quality chicken. 'The Box' which their smallest combo meal for $12.50 including tax is enough for two people certainly. The fries were good. The coleslaw was good as well. It was always busy every time I stopped in. With my new kidney, I wanted to be cautious with the amount of people I'm around. Now that Raising Canes has been open for a hot minute, I felt like the crowd to be a lot smaller and safer for me to be inside the dining area. Greg helped us today at the register. He was really patient with us since it was my husband's first time eating there. I snagged the 3 piece naked combo and my husband got the chicken sandwich. He is a cheese lover so he was bummed that he couldn't add cheese to his sandwich but he still had high hopes that it will be good. My husband's meal did come out first. For some reason they dropped the ball on my meal. There were quite a few people that got their meals ahead of me that ordered after us. I wasn't sweating it but I knew Greg was on top of it. As soon as my food was ready, Greg hand delivered my meal which was nice since they usually call you up to grab your food. It was nice that Greg made sure we were aware that he didn't forget about me. What I noticed last time I ate at RC was how small the tenders were when you ordered them naked. I only got the tenders last time and at 2 bucks a tender, I really felt like I was being ripped off. Today I got the 3 piece naked but was given 4 pieces of chicken. Honestly, I don't know if I got the extra piece of chicken for them dropping the ball or because the chicken tenders were small. I guess the next time we come in, that will answer my million dollar question. While we were eating, Greg dropped off another sandwich meal for us to take home. He wanted to make sure that our experience was good since it was my husband's first meal there. I appreciate that Greg went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. The customer service Greg gave us today was fantastic! Only if all customer service can be like Greg's. I know a lot of businesses would prosper! I enjoyed the vibe of RC. The dico balls, the music and the chill atmosphere of the joint. It was fun experiencing all of that with my husband. My chicken was tender. The fries were crispy and salty. I got to see what the hype was all about with the bread and Canes sauce. I'm happy I waited to eat inside so I can actually get the whole experience. I look forward to coming back and having more naked tendies.

I've eaten in twice, though majority of my experiences have been through DoorDash. We order at least once a month from here and let me just say they have THE BEST quality control for a restaurant. The portion of food they give you is always the same and it tastes incredible. Our go-to order is the gyro shawarma with fries, the chicken shawarma with Greek rice, a side of the gyro Greek fries, and the slice of chocolate pistachio cake. The meat is always well cooked with a healthy fixing of veggies. They even have the option to put no dairy which is great for my lactose intolerant husband. The crinkle cut fries are well crisped, perfectly salted, and a good amount of gyro meat mixed in. I would definitely recommend dining in here as well. They've got a vibrant decor and the staff are very friendly. A great casual restaurant in the valley!
