I haven't had Five Guys in over a decade and was really craving them recently since I used to love them. I'm so glad that they still taste just as delicious! The workers here were also very friendly and even let me add in bacon to my shake just because I was curious about it. I ordered their cheeseburger (which I learned is actually 2 patties!), regular fries, and a milkshake with oreo creme and cookie bits. The only thing that wasn't so great was the price as it was a bit pricey but honestly, it was worth it. I learned that they really load up on fries and in my bag, there were more fries than what fit the cup it came with! What a pleasant surprise! I will say that all of it was quite filling and I would probably only go for their Little Cheeseburger next time. I really enjoyed my meal though and it still stands as one of my favorite cheeseburger spots!

$16.50 for a cheeseburger fries and soda? Probably not for long

What in the world is the reason to have online ordering, from which you alert the place exactly when you will arrive, if they don't have your order cooking before you get there. I stood here like an idiot for 15 minutes while people who ordered after I walked in got their food. This place is run like a bunch of fools. And don't get Me started on the greasy taste of said food. I'm back here another year or so later and the most impressive thing about this place is the enormity of their prices. When did a cheeseburger, LITTLE order of fries and a regular soda get to be $16.47? At a fast food place? Come on folk I tried to give the mother the chance during this Covid craziness and guess what this location that sucks so badly in terms of customer service during regular times is even worse now. Lock the door don't let people order over the phone tell him to go to the website and the website is among the worst experiences you can have to order a hamburger and french fries for chrissake

Been to plenty of Five Guys. For those unfamiliar...they are a higher end fast food. For this location in particular, the food was cooked well and the staff was super friendly. There's plenty of parking, short wait time and very clean. My only gripe is the price. This is fast food...just a bit expensive. I ordered 4 mini cheeseburgers, 4 of their smallest drinks and one large fries. At McDonald's or BK this is usually around 20-25 bucks. At 5 guys it cost me $51. Like I said...a bit pricey. Still though...good food and great service. Btw...one large fries is good for a family...take my word on it.

I've been here a few times. The burgers are definitely above average. the service is fast it takes about 10 minutes for your orders. The burgers are made to order so that's on par with what I would I expect. I tried to use to app to mobile order but it didn't work for me. I'll try again in the future. The service here is decent nothing spectacular, but when I come here it's never crowded during lunch so I'm able to get parking and get our pretty quick. The dining area and cooking area are very clean along with the restroom. The burgers are good but you need a double to get filled, because they're thin. Also it makes sense to get a lot of topics since the price includes unlimited toppings. Definitely check it out if you want an above average burger without having to go into a restaurant. The fries are also good, crispy with the skin and you get a lot even if you order the regular size. They also have the coke machine so you get to mix and match your drinks!

5 guys had 4 guys tonight an hour before closing. Aj helpful with suggest of what and how much to order. Jorge` cooking up the fries, Tyler working behind the counter, and another working in the back. Best French fries around. Hot fresh salty. A bit crispy tonight but still hit the spot for a yen of a snack. The Little Burger is actually not so little, thick with meat and made to order. Even the bottle of water was nice and cold. Sad that all those plastic bottles just get thrown away in the trash with no recycling in place. It's also a toss up today as to what you'd call Cheap eats. But you get a decent amount and fresh for the money than say, at that clowns joint.

Nothing.

Refused to do the extra scoop for fries. Asked them and looked dead in the bag and said yeah it's fine. Sad day to a great burger.

Went to Five Guys last night for dinner. I have to say I read a lot of reviews saying how great they were, But i was a bit disappointed. The hamburger was good, But nothing super. The fries would have been really good if they did not put a ton of salt on them, I feel my blood pressure going up already. I think the best part of the meal was the Fanta birch beer they had. Would not go to this location again, Might go to a different one to see if it was a bad fluke or not. In the mean while ill stick with the Shake Shack as it was 100 times better.

$14.20 for a burger, fries, and a small soda is a bit much. Especially, since the burger was disgusting. Very unhealthy tasting.

Great place to get reasonably priced, delicious burgers. Just like they are made at home - so big you won't need anything else.

Unfortunately, the level of expectation for subway these days is a little lower than some other chains. Come here a lot as it's near my office. I find the staff to actually be quite friendly, and the line moves along pretty quick. The food itself is standard subway fare, and I haven't found the portions to be stingy as some other reviews have mentioned. As far as the place itself, its clean and basically exactly what you would expect. Has a carvel inside as well, but never had anything from there. I actually had one pretty negative experience here though. I purchased a sub and was on my way out to door and got called back, as they forgot to charge me for something (one of the toppings I guess?). Anyway, I had to wait for them to ring me up for the nominal charge that they missed. They were very polite about it, but it still demonstrates a basic lack of customer service skills. The line was long and people behind me were delayed by them running my credit card to get the cents they missed. I can't remember the amount, but it wasn't 5, or even 2 dollars. Overall though, this place is fine. I've always liked subway, and this place is a pretty standard one. I'll keep coming back, but would prefer if I only get rung up once from now on.

I already posted this on Google and I sent an email to corporate about my experience, here I am sharing the experience I had was. Unfortunately I did not have a pleasant experience picking up my order. It was honestly really weird and so unprofessional it was not a good experience to deal with the only employee at the store apparently? Her name was "Jennifer" I'm not sure if thats her real name because when I asked for her name 2 times, she ignored me the 1st time then quietly said the name Jennifer when I asked again. The employee in question was an older woman employee. It all started when I walked into the store to go pick up my order, there was a woman, in what looked like traditional Indian clothes, long pink skirt and flowy white and black cardigan, who was sitting and laying down on the floor. This woman kept laying down, kneeling up then laying back down for a few minutes while I'm saying hello and asking if she is okay, because honestly again, this was just weird to walk into. This woman ignored me asking if she was okay for about 5 mins then she takes off the skirt and cardigan and walks up to the counter and I see she is an employee. I tell her I'm here to pick up my mobile order, she hands it to me, but I see that my order is wrong. I ordered 2 footlongs and I was given 1 footlong and a 6 inch sub, I tell this to the employee and she states no thats my order I tell her sternly no I ordered 2 footlongs look at my receipt. She does, and when she sees my order was wrong then she goes to make another 6 inch sub for me with a very sheepish attitude as if it was just a little mistake. I wait for the rest of my order and as she finishes wrapping the sub, I noticed she didn't put the Parmesan cheese on the sub (I got the boss footlong) and I ask if she could put some on the side for me please. She informs me that there are no little cups so she can't, I ask her if she could just sprinkle some into the small paper cookie bags. Then she places a paper cookie bag flat on the counter and begins shaking the cheese on top of the bag, she does this for like 5 seconds then she looks at me in my face and asks me if this is okay. At this point I'm very fed up with this employee, I tell her that common sense would tell her to put the cheese inside of the cookie bag, because how would she package the cheese if its on top of the bag? She then laughs nervously and she defends it with some half muttered response honestly I didn't care to listen to because I knew it was nonsense. After all of this, I knew I was going to report my experience and I wanted to name her properly, I asked for her name and she ignored me the 1st time. I asked again a bit more firm what her name is and she quietly said Jennifer. I've gotten plenty of orders from this location before but never have I experienced anything like this, I Unfortunately will certainly remember this when thinking about what to order for lunch at work again and thanks to "Jennifer", I guess I can consider the Jersey Mikes in Hicksville to be my new go to sandwich spot.

The chicken is crispy on the outside with good flavor, and you can actually taste the seasoning. I went with a medium heat level and it had a nice kick without completely destroying my taste buds. Perfect for what I was craving. I ordered the Hot Chicken Tenders with Fries, Mango Habanero Wings, and Garlic Parmesan Wings at Slappin Chick and overall had a really good meal. The Hot Chicken Tenders were crispy, juicy, and packed solid flavor with a nice heat level that built up without being overwhelming. The fries were decent and worked well as a side. This was the highlight of the night! Highly recommended. The wings were ok but i felt like it was more bones and skin than actual meat. These must have been some really small chickens. Their signature Slappin sauce is addictive (I ended up putting it on everything). Give it a try. Dont skip out. Solid spot. Would recommend it if you're in the mood for hot crispy chicken.

Since we were dining in, they gave us a table number and we placed it in the holder so staff know where to bring the food. Our order didn't take very long to arrive to our table, just about 10 minutes. After finishing your meal, you bus your own table. The menu has options for burgers, hot dogs, fries, salads, shakes, floats, and desserts. I ordered a Yellow Label Burger ($13.45) and a Strawberry shake ($6.75). My husband and I shared a Farm Salad ($9.75). The Yellow Label Burger comprises of USDA Prime Beef, homemade fried mac n cheese patty, lettuce, tomato on a potato bun. This was delicious! I liked how after biting into the crispy, breaded exterior it gives way to a hot, molten cheese center that oozes perfectly over beef. The Farm Salad which consisted of spring mix, tomato, blue cheese crumbles, sliced almonds, dried cranberries, and raspberry vinaigrette on the side was also very very very tasty, fresh, and a good portion. The strawberry shake was also very good and had pieces of strawberries. Black Label Burgers pride on only using USDA Prime Angus beef that comes from a single source, Double R Ranch, located in Washington State, a family-owned farm known for its responsible practices and superior beef. You can definitely taste the richness and juiciness of the beef. My husband had the Red Label Burger ($13.25) and the PB&J shake ($7.75). He really enjoyed his meal as well. I really liked the inside decor and the laid back vibes. Black Label Burgers is great for a quick lunch, a night out with friends, or a family dinner. I am looking forward to my next visit.

I liked the local (Long Island) themed decor, friendly service, spacious parking lot, wide variety of self-serve beverages (tangy lemonade - yay!) and nicely padded booths. Definitely a cut above competitors like Shake Shack in that regard. I chose the signature black label burger made with dry aged beef and regular fries. While the hand cut fries were wonderfully crispy and flavorful, the burger was kind of disappointing - not terrible, but the bun tasted stale and the meat was very bland. Also I ordered the burger cooked medium but it came out pink in the center, not my preference for chopped meat. Maybe I ordered the wrong item? I plan to try other menu items in the future to see if they hit my taste buds differently.
