I ate my lunch at one of the picnic tables on the property, which was comfortable and fun (but they don't have bathrooms FYI). The service was friendly, and the place has tons of retro charm. And, there were also some foul, food-related, smells on the way the the spotless restroom. And, on the "meh" side was the milkshake itself. I ordered a strawberry shake. What I got was some vanilla custard(-like stuff) with some strawberry syrup and a bit of jam stirred in.

I went online to the website displayed on the yellow and black paper. There was a screen where I could enter in the store number and two other numbers I needed. I noticed one number was bare, so I could not even enter in for the free sandwich code. Poor service when I drove back the next day. They treated me like I was dirt. I asked the manager for a free sandwich and the customer receipt back. He disagrees and says he doesn't want to dig in the trash can for the customer copy receipt. Losers. I'm not coming back. I'm going to the Gaithersburg Checkers. The only Checkers I didn't want to go to anymore. I told him straight to his face.

I have been walking down to the same location every day at 2:15 sharp! Ask anybody there! They Will remember me! Michael, Jacqueline, Erica, Oliver! I know you'll be reading these reviews! I've had better experiences at Five Guys, but this location really let me down. I placed two orders with specific exceptions, and they got everything wrong. It felt like my requests were completely ignored. Considering Five Guys isn't cheap, I expect better attention to detail. Be extra careful when ordering here. read more
