The server who initially helped me was really cool and brought the menu out to me. Since the happy hour special applied to drinks rather than food, I asked if I could order my drink outside and then take it inside to order my food. She was accommodating and brought my drink inside for me. It worked out well because Tuesday is also their taco special day, so I got to take advantage of both deals! I ordered a chicken taco and a fish taco, and the food came out really quickly, within about five minutes. Both tacos were tasty, and the margarita was decent. The fish taco was HOT when it arrived temperature-wise, so be careful taking that first bite! The tacos were fairly simple, with toppings like shredded cabbage and onions, and I was asked if I wanted hot sauce. They didn't come with much else, but considering these were special-priced tacos, I wasn't expecting a full meal with sides. Service seemed to be shared among the staff. One person took my order, another brought out my food and checked whether I needed anything else, and someone else handled my payment. Everyone seemed to manage things just fine. Overall, it was a decent experience. Nothing particularly blew me away, but the food was tasty, service was quick, and the Tuesday taco special was a nice bonus. Don't skip on the sides, their yuca fries are super crispy and thick and I love the crema and plantains.
