Made an online order and ordered a Cheesy Double beefy burito SUPREMED and paid extra for the supreme part. Went to pick up at drive thru and decided i wanted to place another order in addition to my pickup order which also would include a Cheesy Double Beef Burrito SUPREMED. Well RICK told me that was not an option. I asked him what exactly did i pay for online then when i ordered the same thing on the the mobile order. He corrected himself and said he was wrong and it was available. I asked him if i had paid for nothing online ort was he going to make sure the order was supremed and he said he would fix it. Well I guess no big surprise... The online order was not SUPREMED. I Called the store and RICK told me he was the one who. dealt with me at the drive thru, but is now denying again that the supreme option is available even tho he literally just sent me home with one out of my 2 burritos. Go figure the one time i did not get a receipt while i was there which they usually put in the bag or hand with your change. But he told me he could not refund anything without a receipt and could not refund my mobile order either. He also was adamant about the fact that they dont offer the "supreme" option for that burrito. ‍ It was late, an off night but yeah i know beter then to expect much when ordering TACO HELL. read more

I'll reiterate the other positive reviews here. This Taco Bell is by far the best one in the Frederick area. The restaurant is clean, the staff very nice, and the food good. Unfortunately in this area, this Taco Bell is the exception than the rule. Our order was on the more complicated side since it was a big order (Over $40), and we don't eat meat or dairy but they nailed it!! I only decided to give this location a try because of the other positive Yelp reviews and I'm glad I did. Hopefully this helps someone else who might be on the fence to try this location. read more

I ordered the $5 nacho fries box with a double decker taco, a Doritos locos taco and the nacho fries with cheese in it. Also comes with a medium soda. The service is pretty great with almost every visit to this location and I was given the extra hot sauce I asked for and enough napkins. I have never had an order that wasn't screwed up so make sure that you check your order is accurate before you leave. I frequent taco bell pretty regularly, and overall I am happy if they just don't mess up my complicated vegan mobile order. However, this taco bell experience was above and beyond. We came here for a quick morning bite and two employees stood out to me to be exception. Ryan and Seaquan (sorry if I misspelled your name I did it from memory) were extremely polite and kept checking in on us to see if we needed anything, honestly better service here than from seated restaurants. The remodeled location looks great, however the service was nonexistent. I decided to go and try their new breakfast taco. I walked in and found one employee washing the windows and nobody at the counter. I stood and looked at the menu for a couple of minutes without anyone coming to take my order. The worker washing the windows walked to the back, I'm assuming to tell the cashier that I was standing there. I heard a female in the back "don't they know we closed." I stood there another minute or so watching the other worker preparing food and other people in the restaurant eating food. This is the best Taco Bell I have ever gone to. The people are extremely attentive. Cashiers are always super nice, we are always checked on at our table multiple times during our meal. Last time we were there the manager brought out a free slushy for my 7 year old and told him it is all yours after you finish your meal. They are amazing for a fast food restaurant that strives to make it a dining experience. read more
