Tiny, empty sandwich next to a garage opener

Tiny burger sandwich with little meat and veggies. Things have gone downhill there. Won't go back anytime soon.

I went into Five Guys for their wonderful french fries! They are just delicious, hot and crispy with a soft center. They add the perfect amount of salt. So I ordered the fries. It was around 7pm. The gal rang up my order after waiting a minute or two to find out some other workers code so she could ring it up. I was in a hurry and wondered why I had to wait for this. But I said nothing. Then I paid. I kind of hate it how the cashier can see the tip amount beforw they work on your food order. I didn't think french fries beckoned a big tip. So she looked at it. And started working on the counter, doing something else. No one else was in the room. Me and her. No other customers. No other orders seemed to be going. Then she realized that I was standing at the high top table, facing her, watching her. So a few minutes after I ordered, she put the fries into the oil. I watched her do it. Then I watched her go and flip them a few times. I finally got my fries and left. But I did feel like there was a delay starting the fries and it was not a good feeling.

Ode to Five Guys My beloved Five Guys, oh so sweet The delectable combination of cheese and meat If Jesús had a BBQ, I know he would make something identical They asked me what I wanted on top of my burger. I said, I don't know... give me the standard. The divine orchestration of the toppings in my mouth, opened up my sixth sense to experience new flavors. I guess they call it a sandwich "all the way"- I get it. It is the Platonic burger. If Plato could have envisioned the perfect burger in 400 BC, he would have mentioned five guys in the Republic The saddest truth is that cheeseburgers are ruined forever, now that I know the heights they may reach Other restaurants bow down as I preach.

Way to ruin one of our favorite burger stops for our kids! We are here almost weekly for my boys to grab a cheeseburger and fries. Tonight we took the whole family. I ordered my usual lettuce wrap burger and the lettuce tasted off. I complained to the staff. They said they would tell the manager. The second time they said he was coming to talk to me. The third time they said he is over at another table. Ozzie, the manager decided to take a break, eat and play on his phone watching videos. In the 30 minutes we ate and I waited, the manager never got up, never acknowledged me and the staff laughed it off. So my family ate their food and we left. They just lost a regular customer. Pictures are of the manager who didn't care about his customers only the woman who dropped by to see him after we asked for help!

There use to be burger here...USED TO BE.

Burgers are pretty good and so are the cajon fries. This place is way too expensive for what it is though. I'd say go to in n out instead.

The interior is bright with large picture windows. The restaurant was clean and comfy. When I entered the restaurant, there were no customers, I was greeted and my order was taken. I did notice others entering behind me and for some reason, they were not acknowledged or assisted until my order was completed. Strange??? At one point, the customer behind me was starting to feel neglected and almost left. One thing I highly recommend is Dave's Cherry Cream Soda. It was a light and refreshing way to cool off and I just couldn't stop going back for refills. It paired perfectly with the Dave's Single Burger which included a hamburger patty, American cheese, onions, lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo and ketchup between a premium bun. The French fries were crispy with just the right amount of salt. Drinks are self-serve and the machine boasts 100 flavor choices. For dessert I chose to purchase a Caramel Crunch Vanilla Frosty Fusion. (Who picks these names?) The frosty was very sweet with touches of caramel and a bold vanilla flavor. It's finished with a topping of tiny toffee flakes that are also mixed in. It gives you the "'crunch" that the name implies. Overall, a tasty meal.

The lobby was closed, hence the drive thru and we ended up pulling into a spot to eat. Her chicken sandwich was ice cold, hard to the touch ice cold. Both her fries, and my fries were cold and soggy. We went back through the drive thru to let them know and was told to pull around and they would bring it out to us. We took the bag and pulled back to a spot to eat. Her chicken sandwich was better this time, and they did replace the fries, but they replaced both of our fries with one small fry. The Iced Tea tasted like dispenser had not been cleaned in a long time and was not drinkable. Did not go back thru again as at a certain point it's just not worth the time.

Tried the scrambler with sausage and a chicken breakfast burrito. I was quite impressed with both, the burrito being more to my liking between the two. The staff were all very friendly, quite attentive considering the crowd and fast pace they were working in. Very clean restaurant, tons of parking in these morning hours. A little bit of a jump from the freeway, but a worthy visit. They have the place set up nicely for easter, now I am eager to see it during christmas. I ordered through the app and drove through for pick up. There was no line for a change. I got an original chicken sandwich and an Arnold Palmer (half unsweetened tea and half lemonade). I don't live too far away so it was still fresh and hot when I got home. In the past I have found their food a bit bland, but not today. It had a lot of flavor. Maybe it varies by location and I usually go to another location. I would get it again at this location. The staff member at the pick up window was friendly as well.

So my bro and I went in and ordered food for the rest of the fam. This place is set-up more for take out rather than dining in. The lady at the register was super nice and friendly. We ordered the carne asada and shrimp rancheros plates that came with rice, beans and a flour tortilla. Also two burritos, cabeza and fish. And a coconut flan for dessert. Pros: Convenient location Food came out very quick Great customer service Coconut flan was absolutely delicious The shrimp rancheros were also delicious, very well seasoned & cooked perfectly. Cons: The burritos were much smaller, not as filled as other burritos from other Mexican restaurants. The carne asada was over cooked and dry There was only 2 pieces of fish in the fish burrito that were so over fried that it was hard and inedible. We had high hopes for this place, but our first impression fell flat. Not sure if it would be worth it to try and go again.

The cashier was really nice, but she seemed more concerned with chatting with customers than working quickly (maybe she felt like she had to talk to these people, as they seemed like regulars). We waited patiently, but some customers were getting really upset at the long wait times and making a scene, so that was awkward and definitely took away from the atmosphere. The food was very mediocre, especially given the high prices. The guacamole was outright gross and we only ate about half of it, which is unusual for us as a guac-loving family. It tasted like poor quality avocados were used; it had that weird rotten fruit taste that low quality avocado variants often have. The beef taco was good with a nice portion. The fish tacos had a nice flavor, but there was barely any fish in them and one of my tacos had a bone that hurt my tooth. The potato taco was flavorless and definitely the worst of the tacos. My husband said his California burrito was 4/5 and my kids seemed to like their kids meals (though I ordered the quesadilla only for each of them and was given the more expensive plate with rice and beans, which they don't like, so I was charged for food I didn't order and didn't want...).
